Paul and his staff are the kindest and most knowledgeable shippers. I just take what I need to ship into them and they will cut a box down to fit so I don’t pay extra. They are quick, friendly and well priced for the service.

I have a private mailbox here and the cost is only slightly more then a USPS box would be. The small amount extra is worth the extra service I get here. The guys are friendly and helpful. The hours are better than the post office to pick up large packages but even regular mail is accessible 24/7. If youre looking for something specific, they will call you when it arrives so that you dont have a wasted trip in--just ask and theyre happy to help. Other services are offered here like faxing, notary, shredding, passport pics, also pack and mailing of course. I found this to be a great place, very safe, and in a nice part of town.

The staff was very friendly.However...they tried to charge me almost $700.00 to ship 2 packages via Fed-ex.I left and went to Fed-Ex. They shipped the same thing for $200.00.Expecting keystone plus keystone markup on shipping is pretty gutsy.

I am extremely disappointed with their service. I have a roofing contractor client who needed a business address. I called and specifically told them that I needed to be able to verify a Google My Business listing and they told me that they have other clients who did that and that Google accepts their address. So we ordered the mailbox and when I entered it into the Google my Business page, they immediately Suspended the account. Now I have to go through a long process to get it unsuspended. Even though they may tell you Google accepts this address, DO NOT believe them. Google will Suspend your page if you use them!

Highest place on earth to ship. I use a pack n mail near my business normally but was close to home at the time and thought I would try them out. Wanted $28 to ship an item that I later had shipped the same way at my normal location for $15. Definitely mail here if every place on the planet is closed and they are the only one open. Best of all when I brought up the absurd cost they could careless! Would give 0 stars but you have to click one to provide a comment. Ridiculous!Update 12/15/17: went In with a priority FLAT RATE usps small box that mail. Picked up three calendars to purchase as gifts. The usps $7.15 FLAT RATE box was $12.35. When asked why they charged more than the post office for a FLAT RATE parcel all I got was we are a retail store. Needless to say I walked out. I own a retail business and get profits need to be made but really. Make it on your boxes, tape, packaging services and other things you offer. I don’t get overcharging for a flat rate item. I didn’t ask but they probably charge Double for stamps. I tried to give it another chance but this was my last.

My partner and I were very patient in explaining the service we were looking for and were treated terrible regardless. I have been in customer service over 15 years and the man I dealt with was unbelievably rude and unprofessional.***original review*** Very bad overall experience. Called ahead on the phone and tried to communicate what we wanted to ship. The man was very rude on the phone. Brought the item into the store for a quote and more details and was met with a friendly girl but the man was rude, rolled his eyes- sighed as if I was incredibly bothering him. I just said I will go elsewhere. Overall very rude and very bad experience. I would NOT recommend. Just to note- I do NOT give bad reviews and am a very friendly and easy going person.

Ive been using Pack N Mail for several years now and cant think of one think negative to report. The staff knows what theyre doing and are always easy to work with.

Bui is the best and the cheapest of all services he offers anywhere. Been a customer since they opened in 1999. Had a mailbox with them since 2004, wouldnt go anywhere else.Thanks Bui
