I visited to print some papers, they were overpriced in comparison to others. There is office equipment in this place with plenty of choices.The customer service is excellent.There is parking in front of it ( free of charge )They accept cash and credit for printing service only credit.

Im surprised Office Depot is still in-business.Everytime I go in there, its super dead.The atmosphere is dry, and quiet, and the lighting is this dead blue, like youre in a laboratory.Some of the stuff is marked-up very high.I come here, sometimes, just because there are not that many electronics stores anymore, in general, and its nearby.Customer service always does okay, so no complaints, there.They just need to refocus their stock, and liven-up the atmosphere, if they ever expect to compete.I would suspect they are going-out-of-business, soon.

My husband and I visited this location last month in search of a computer desk; However, I also happened to fall in love with a pretty silver accented glass bookcase that I just HAD to have! Mark and Jacob were so attentive, courteous, considerate, and professional during our visit and had impeccable customer service!They are the reason that I will continue to shop at this location for all of my office and home decor needs! Thank you Mark and Jacob!

I recently purchased an office chair from this location. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Surely the GM of the store doesn’t have to be doing that, but he did and it made me feel valued as a potential customer. I came back to return the chair and purchase a nicer model and the return was quick, simple, and the cashier was very nice and pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases!

I came in rushing trying to get some documents printed in scans using some of my rewards points but was having trouble. The representative I believe his name was Kurt was super supportive. Polite courteous exactly what customer service needs to be. I love patron aging businesses where customer service is valued and practiced.

I always go to this location.... But the Google hours of operation is different from its website. Now I got to wait tomorrow for my pick ups... Not happy!!

Looks like you can not only get bait and switched at the store on merchandise, this store does it with their hours as well.Ispite of having the Office Depot website and the business listing say they are open until 9, dont be fooled. They close at 8.I didnt really expect them to have what I was looking for, since all of their coupons exclude anything someone would actually want to buy, but I thought it was worth looking into because they had a couple of good things listed in a recent advertising email I got. Turns out and made a ten mile trip for nothing.This email was one of about 3 a day Office Depot sends, and the one time I read it and followed up on the store, I found out that once again they disappointed.

Had to scan and send an ear test for results based for programming my hearing aids.The service was courteous, fast and cheap. Shopping around in store found and bought many items at very good prices. I was a happy camper when I left.

Pulled in at 721pm. Website and phone recording both say the store is open until 8pm. Myself and 2 other customers were turned away at the door by a guard who stayed that this location is an exception. The store closed at 7pm.

I bought a laptop from a Dallas store and decided to return it with unopened package after less than 30 days. The store manager, Mark Smith, refused to accept the return telling me that I need to drive all the way to Dallas store to return it. Called Dallas store and they said that they should accept the return. Went back and talked to Mark but he still refused. Went to another Officedepot in Arlington and they accepted the return with no questions asked! bad customer service and wasted a few hours of my time!

Decent place.Convenient in terms of getting what I need for my computer.Also, the print shop is nice.The store seems so dead, though, its weird going here sometimes.Someone really needs to come in here, and liven up the store.Change the lighting, etc.

Great customer service. i would patronize them again. Stephanie is a really sweet lady. she helped me find the items i needed to purchase and her customer service was on fleek. Items are kind of expensive but the great customer service is worth the price.

At checkout I decided to pick up a case of water, but I could find the expiration date on the package, I asked the cashiers to help me, but they couldn’t find it either. Then one of them said “ water doesn’t expire “ i kindly told them it does have a self life., I didn’t get the water. Seems to me they should know the basics of what’s on there shelf.

Shopping around in store found and bought many items at very good prices. the great customer service is worth the price.Lady representative there was very kind and helpful.

Its a wonderful and reasonable place to shop for home, school and office supplies.

Mail dicount cards are misleading! They say 30% off you total of $75 or more but most things you purhase dont qualify for a discount. I asked if there was a way to tell when you were shopping in the store what qualified and what doesnt. The answer was no. Supposedly it is listed on the back of the discount card. Office supply is listed, return address labels dont count. Ledger book. Notebook. Folder for note paper they dont count either. Seems misleading to me.

You can never just come here and get out in a timely manner .If it’s not the employees trying to sell you something or them not having enough people working, your going to end up waiting.

I think I would rather drive an hour to a ups or a FedEx then to come to this location. SLOWEST service eveeeeeeer. What do managers actually do at this location? Absolutely USELESS. I have seen better trained monkeys at a zoo than these employees. One manager told me she couldnt work the computer and walked away!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!

My first Vape came from this store. The staff was accommodating, patient and they even provided me with a demonstration regarding the use of my Vape. Highly recommended.

This is the worst customer service ever. Stephanie who works at the copy desk actively ignored me for 10 minutes while chatting on the phone. I finally asked if there was anyone who could help me to drop off my package only to be told that the other employee standing there could not help because they were not checked in yet. Took 20 minutes just to drop off a package! Go anywhere else and avoid this place and their terrible service!

Worst Office Depot ever. If you want racist service and you want to be insulted by the employees head over. I got there at 7:30 and left at 8:20 to send an ENVELOPE with no one THERE. Every employee including the manager does not have a single competent cell in their bodies. After waiting almost an hour the employee handed me the receipt and I wanted to take a picture just for her to rush me after making me wait almost an HOUR. Hedious, despicable, incomparable, disgusting, revolting service at this Office Depot. I have met more capable people at Walmart and Macdonalds, what interview process did they go through? Did they just ask their name and gender ? I have seen better service at third world flea markets. Office Depot you should be ashamed if these are the people you want representing the company. People are paying for the service its not free so at least have the decency to treat customers with respect regardless of ethnicity. i have waited less at the DMV for gods sake.

NOTHING AT ALL WHAT A JOKE, SERVICE DESK? TECHNICIANS?Went in last Tuesday with what I thought was minor issues.My HP was slow or not connecting to the WiFi at all, thats it otherwise fine.My Toshiba had a green screen but audio when I try ed to watch a video out of FB, youtube, etc otherwise very fast and,everything else working.Last Tuesday went in just before 11am and got out around 2pm.First the manager looked, I say that cause he sure didnt know how to work on them with lots os well I dont know, could be, maybe gave up said his top computer guy, guess he was referring to sales not servic, they said needed a toonup, installed checked both all was fine.Need to mention think the manager spent more time on phone, radio and working copies than on the computer.Ok, after having major back surgery was pretty well hurting by the time I left but got my computers working for the cost of a tuneup.Well at least till I got home, the HP had on screen resetting for next two days before I gave up and shut down.The Toshiba well thats another story was running very very show would load pages one ad or section at a time, kept waiting to hear that old squawk from the slow dial ups, but best of all, green screen, green screen when I wanted to see a video.Made am appointment for 2:30 today got there little after 2 in our 104 temp, backbreaker and cain.Can we help you with a big smile and sales representative on his tag, he jumped right in shook his head a lot, looked at the screen like a deer in headlights, then you guess it along comes the asset manager wanting to talk about numbers and sales with the so called tech, ask if he was manage.ent, head high chest puffed out said yes sir I am, short conversation and he was going to fix, said best, I sad best he could figure out was to do a reset to the last time I logged with the HPSaid the Toshiba was running slow because last Tuesday they remove some junk? Have always thought cleaning the computer out of unwanted files and junk kept it running faster, but thats just silly me.Finally told me oh look it shows u have mallard issue thats why the screen is green and running slow.Now remember this computer was running fine at great speeds, only issue was getting settings right so wouldnt have green screen, they connected it to their WiFi loaded in their program and wow just out of nowhere got a malware, but for $89 he could remove.So at home after another two hours, back killing me, the HP he sent home to finish reloading just said cant reload blocked and now got a blank screen 4 hours laterThe Toshiba still has its green screen and according to THEIR program has Malware, damn I thought Windows 8 had pretty good Antivirus and so did McAfee they sold and installed for meSO I THINK THEY MIGHT WANT TO HIRE OR TRAIN SOME CERTIFIED MICROSOFT TECHNICAL PERSONNEL WHO ACTUALLY ARE COMPUTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN not sales personal who dont have the slightest idea how to trouble shoot computersMy recommendationDont buy another thing from Office Depo, push off whatever makes them money with talk of extended service warranty and in store tech service.Had spent tons of money at Office Max never with an warrant issue over many years but since they were bought by Office Depo figure can expect the low level of technical support there as well.Just me but I and anyone reading this should go look for another store with well trained and honest staff.I figure this is just a waste as sure it will be removed but do love these days of social media, so many places to repost and repost till maybe someone gets the message, their store is a looser in my mind.

Employees were very helpful. Had everything I needed.
