Hobby Lobby is awesome. Changing out colors in one of the bedrooms to orange which one of my favorite, favorite colors. Hobby Lobby was the only store to have the jumbo yarn. Making a throw blanket to go with the comforter. So excited. They ran out of the yarn, but was gracious to give me a rainck.

Like the options of variety and prices. They have items that are both none expensive and affordable to fit your budget. I asked an employee to help me find a particular item she was wonderful and gave me different options on what I was looking for. Checkout was also a good experience.

I love this place, but its ashamed they stopped carrying Halloween Decor 2 yrs. Some people really need to stop stealing the fun away from children. If they do not want participate in certain Holidays, then dont. But leave the rest of the people alone. Geez!

My favorite place on earth!

I was extremely disappointed in how we were treated at this location. The staff followed us around like criminals and even called the police because I put my own cup in my purse. After we checked out the staff watched us get in our car. I drove up to the front, got out and asked her what she was following me for. She said she called the police... I left but called the manager after I got home and asked her why and she said we were acting suspicious... We were not acting suspicious we were just shopping. We spent $100, we paid for everything we got. I have never stolen and do not appreciate being accused of it! We went to may stores that day and Hobby lobby is the only store that found us acting suspicious....

I came to this store instead of the Burleson store ( much closer), based from reviews and so glad I did.I need a sit down hobby and I am clueless to crafts, art, anything! Assistant Manager at door said to find Jacinda. I had numerous questions, indecisive, CLUELESS, changed my mind and so on.Jacinda was very knowledgeable, informed me of what items were on sale and when, offered suggestions, conscientious, stayed right with me at the beginning guiding me along. I felt like a kid, but she and three other employees were right there every time I asked a question, with respect.NEVER felt like I was putting them out even when I asked them to put many items back when I changed my mind. Didnt feel pressured to buy anything and pleased with my final purchases.

I have to say The Customer Service in this store is off the Chart. I am a Bride to be living in Wedding planning HELL.I am not Bridezilla. But, I know what I want. and my budget is a constant concern.From the moment I walked in the door I noticed the staff loves their job. That typically trickles down from Management. If the staff feels overworked or pressured it affects their attitude. They tend to ignore the customer because they are more focussed on speed and production.Stock personal was concerned if I had enough room to maneuver my shopping cart. They were not even working on the aisle I was shopping on.I stopped another staff member while she was concentrating on her task at hand. She smiled, assisted me and was extremely pleasant and Knowledgeable about the product.. My cashier was helpful, and again with the smiling ?Her sincerity and her concern for my Wedding issues were refreshing. (I know the brides tend to have tunnel vision and think the World re olds around them. lolMy cashier went above and beyond without being ask.AND, That brings us to the Manager. (Im not a Karen! I didnt ask for the manager. My cashier requested her to help with my damaged item. She was honestly attentive. She gave me helpful hints and even a small tutorial as far as store policy and Online Shopping.The store was clean and organized even during the seasonal and stock exchange process.I drove 30 miles to get to this store. Im gathering a particular shade of Flowers.(I have gone to 4 different locations buying them out of said Bushes because they have none in stock for online ordersAND of course they are seasonal. I know they wont be around again until several months after my Wedding!I pinned this stores location on my GPS app. I would rather drive 30 miles for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE than to Drive 2 miles to my local store and leave feeling like I was just in their way.Standing Ovation to this Team of Associates! Yall gave me back the Joy of Wedding Planning.I wish I had wrote down their names! (Im a Senior Citizen and my Brains File Folders are full. aka. New to the area and tried out my new Hobby Lobby!! Was really missing my old Hobby Lobby within 2 minutes. It was so hot in there. Was talking to another customer and she said every summer its that way. A manger walked by and said they were working in getting approval to get an A/C guy out ASAP. Approval???? Its too hot for red tape. Come on Hobby Lobby step up. Not to mention the store was just a mess. Not a great first impression.

I’ve spent probably $1,000 bucks here in the last 6 months buying things for my upcoming wedding. I recently bought a $55 large poster frame and when I took the backing off, the glass broke from applying very slight pressure. I called and spoke to a manager to see if I could come exchange it and they told me no “because it has been 2 weeks” ? Not sure why that would even an issue. The first time I go to use the product it breaks. I wasn’t even asking for a refund but they should do the right thing and exchange it. Will go spend my money at Michaels down the street instead

I went in and got my artwork framed ahead of schedule. And it looks amazing 😍....then bought some awesome art supplies for 50%off!!!! If you need art supplies, get your butt into Hobby Lobby! Friendly people there.

Everything about the store is great, except for the judgemental employees... I was profiled immediately upon walking thru the doors, and followed by either am employee directly, or a member of loss prevention, with EVERY STEP I TOOK!!!! VERY RUDE!!!!

Polite staff -they allowed me to use the ladies room - I had to do a quick wardrobe change - and they wished me a good day as left! What a wonderful place to shop!

I needed some sewing items. I found a sale lady storing her shelf, she stop to help me. She show me different things that I needed that had arrived that week. We even talk about my project. Pam was very helpful, she made my shopping easy. Pam treat me like a friend, made me feel important. I do go there all the time just to look around and shop.

I went here yesterday to get room decorations. I got the big elephant picture, the bear, and the raccoon, and I must say that they were at a good price. I honestly did not see a single staff member other than the cashiers, but it was overall a good experience. As an employee myself, I understand the value of customer service and customer reviews. Do it for the Lord and not to men! And do not be discouraged when people leave one-star reviews! Learn from it.

I got what I needed, but it takes to long to check out. They are so antiquated with their checkout system in this day and time. Although they have tons of nice products I wont shop there unless its a last resort.

The ladies in the Framing Dept are geniuses and know exactly how to transform your artwork. I am pretty clueless about mats/matching so I put my trust in them and Im so so glad I did! Totally affordable and you can also bring in your own frame for a small fee (I think $10 or so?) if youd like. Would highly recommend!

So this place cannot get a fifth star only due to the holiday rush (needed 8 bows only found 7). :) Amazing prices, and unless your trying to get bows in late November early December, unbeatable selection!. My favorite part has been their half off Christmas trees, while supplies last. Got a 9ft cashmere tree this year for under $350! Of course they have more than Christmas, but they are my go to every Christmas season.

The bathrooms could use some serious attention.

Great place to find homes designed decor at good prices

They always have a sale. Love their spring collection, it was 40% off as we head into summer.

I entered this store on Hulen street, looking for handmade stickers or labels. On my visits I stroll around and look at home made items and ideas. I was followed throughout my visit by a man who looked like a district manager (Tuesday). As i left my cart to look at other items, this man came up to me and tapped me on my back. He asked if i meant to leave my cart behind. This man was rude, i have never in my life encountered someone, especially a manager follow me around...i would hate to play the race game, but i do believe that this manager profiled me because of my race He treated me as if i was a shoplifter. As i waited in line to pay, there was another manager looking at me from the front side of the store. I have my own art business, make purchases online and on store. NEVER again will i buy from this company.

Love going to get things for my crafty stuff.

Large selection of cotton and wool yarns, more specialty type. While it didnt have many of the bigger brands of yarn (Red Heart, Lion Brand, Caron, Bernat) you typically see at say JoAnns, it did jave several interesting options that I hadnt seen before that would be great for baby blankets or sweaters.

This is a large store. They rarely have everything in stock. However, they have an extensive clearance selection and youre bound to walk out with more than you wanted to.

Always love going in and seeing all the new seasonal variety of items. Never able to walk out empty handed

Service is good. The workers will lead you, not just point you, in the right direction.

Place was a mess when I went. Employees barely seem like they want to help when you have questions about what’s half off due to them putting 50% off signs where they don’t belong. Very different from the ones I’ve previously went to. When I was ready to checkout, the cashier didn’t greet me and had a problem with me correcting the things she was ringing up wrong, even after the managers approval. Your customers are the reason you have a job, be kind of someone is doing the same to you.

Well stocked, very well stocked. The employees are blah. There was some inappropriate behavior while two employees were stocking shelves. One manager was more anxious about taking the Christmas stuff down and putting new stock up he needed us to move on out of the way. The poor Salvation Army lady was put in the corner outside a door, she had to make sure she didn’t hit by the door.Why so hard in them? Because they are supposed to be set apart but instead they come off like snobs. At Christmas this is inexcusable. Go to Target down the street and learn customer service.

This place is what Garden Ridge used to be before they sold out to el-cheap-o Asian import junk dealers! I visited looking for a nice wall clock on the advice of a friend and bought two (they have 2 for the price of 1 on all kinds of wall-hangings every other week) & am so glad I did! Just that still alone is too much to describe - paintings, garage type signs, its a great place to go if you need to decorate a new move-in or just shop - guarantee youll find something you cant live without; it seems good quality & reasonable. Call for the BOGO week dates!

If I could give NO stars I would. The customer service is TRASH. Almost everyone working there seems bothered by customers and aren’t very helpful at all. And don’t even get me started on the manager. I applied to work there and when I went to turn my application in they told me to wait up front for the manager to come and speak to me. I stood there 25 minutes waiting on him. Just for one of the cashiers to tell me to come back another time because he was busy!!. Then today I called to check on the status of my application.it took him 5 minutes and two rings from the cashier to finally answer but then he rushes me off saying “ it was fine there’s nothing wrong with your application we aren’t hiring anymore bye” and hung up, as if I’d called 100 times before and annoyed him?!! Definitely don’t want to work there now nor shop!!

My mom called me from California to say Hobby Lobby has 50% off ALL Christmas decorations!! I was so happy to find the same deal, here in Texas! My bank account wasnt so happy lol.The store was packed with people. The employees were wearing masks. If you are being extra cautious, I would encourage you to shop early in the morning or call ahead to see how busy they are. The aisles are tight and its difficult to social distance from other shoppers.
