I was shot that they didnt compare prices from another store I had bought a heating blanket I was very disappointed they told me no.

Enjoy the fact that they are accessible but the one on East Berry needs to improve in VARIETY of items and IMPROVE Customer Service ATTITUDES..

Will not be coming to this walmart anymore employees are very unprofessional always on they phones at the register and they food is always molded or something...the molded brought garlic bread was the last straw for me!!!

Really gone down hill lately. Not a single cart available and lines at least 10 carts per isle in the 4 isles that are open.For a Tuesday evening when the store isnt even so busy its a bad situation. Id have to say this location needs attention!

This walmart is always out of items compared to other locations. Im always looking for the Jumbo Size Calidad Round Tortilla Chips for parties etc... and they never have it in stock. There has been countless out of stock seasonal items, yet other locations are fully stocked during holidays. Hopefully, this location starts to do better.

Don’t get orders delivered or Picked up from here they take forever and it’s always the same excuse. Had another order that was supposed to get delivered today and then I get a email and 9:58 pm saying it was Delivered. The time is was supposed to get delivered was from 5-6 pm. On top of that I didn’t even get my order! This happens way to often. Your better off driving further to a different Walmart!

Local store is always busy.. but can’t beat the convenience and since it’s where I always go, I know where everything is.

The parking lot at this location is always dirty. The store runs low on stock and runs out of grocery bags as well. There are never enough cashiers no matter the time of day. I could manage this store better than whoever is running it now. I drive to another store eventhough this store is behind my house. What a joke.

Got me 2 books of mailing stamps and some envelopes for my journe.... then caught the 24 going back to university....I get out for peace i just left the library as well

Big super center. This Walmart has everything except parking. The parking lot is horrendous. I can’t really explain it and it could be a nightmare just because people are thoughtless and drive like they are the only ones in the lot. My only complaint is the parking

The worst Walmart in Fort Worth. Only time I ever come here is when it’s the closest option but even then I instantly regret it because the check out lines are ridiculous. If they have all these lanes closed why not just convert them into self checkout? Restrooms are also always dirty.

Right when they close they have like 1 or 2 checkouts open. The lines are ridiculously long. Like almost to the back of the store. I know it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see this. It is not complicated. Open up a couple more lanes...

One stop shop for young and old including groceries car repair and machinery tools with toys for kids and a pharmacy for the elderly

Pickup is absolutely useless! I hate that i had to even come here for an item that was out of stock at a better walmart. The customer service lady giggled & said no they dont ever answer the phone. I literally have been sitting here 20 mins & seen 1 person come out once with a tiny sack walking slowly & hasnt resurfaced.

It’s a really popular Walmart in this area, and can sometimes feel like they’re understaffed. There’s a middle school just behind the Walmart that ends up causing a lot of traffic during student pickup and drop-off times, since the parking lot of the Walmart is used as a queue for parents to pick up their kids.

Parking lot is chaos! Patrons drive erratically only avoiding you if youre vehicle is bigger and numerous grocery carts are littered all over the lot! Does walmart staff even care to collect them? Curbside pick up has a number that doesnt work and another number taped on the sign that nobody answers??? Only way to check in is to wait until someone comes out for you! In their curbside staffs defense, they were friendly and attentive.

Clean and well organized with sanitizing stations all around the store. Pleasant, helpful associates and made even easier when used with the Walmart app.

If I could I would give them a zero . I just needed one thing and a left the store without one thing but gained a headache. The one item was automotive paint . It was locked up. I understand that they want to lock up items due to theft. But when you have to wait more than 20 minutes for the one person that has the key or might have the key. Most of the time,I am a pretty patient person. I am sorry, I am having a hard time with this…. I never going back ever. I at moment of canceling my membership. I don’t care they provide lower prices but the company as a whole needs to change or no one will come back. I will one of them that will not come back, I don’t care if they are giving it way. Target you are my new best friend.

Lines are extremely long! Self checkout is limited to card payment only, something you wont know until you get your turn at a register. They really should post a sign for this. Its angering to wait so long in line only to find out card payments only are accepted at this time.On a lighter note, this store has extended their hours to 10:00pm from the previous early bird 8:30pm (yeah, covid-19 again 🤬).Another point worth noting: The Jewelry Counter is closed until further notice.Otherwise, this Supercenter has a plethora of items to choose from and usually has a couple of aisles dedicated to various items marked down to clear somewhere in the middle of the store [Isle G19].I included some of the items I picked up that were just put out in the junior department. 😁Great store!

Older store. Stuff was easy to find but the lines were very long.

Too crowded all the time. No selection on shelves, need inforced limits. And services I PAY FOR (Walmart+) not working in store because theyre afraid of theft.

Wow this walmart is like a war zone.... Parking lot is filled with shopping carts and the store does not care to collect them. Its super crowded here and no room to breathe. The store is disorganized and always cluttered. Employees would rather do any thing else in the world than to help you. Wow.

Truly horrific customer service! Late night on 08-03-21 I needed help to get paint remover which was locked up, I asked 5 different employees and nobody showed up. One of the employees said they were close it was 9pm and they close at 11pm I assumed he didn’t want to help. They told me to look for the electronics associate Demetrell, when I finally found him I ask for help but he decided to ignore me and went to help someone who came after me. I went to customer service looking for the manager on duty and nobody ever showed up. Later on other employee advised me to look for the lady on a purple shirt, Yeah big help, thanks for nothing. Chasity the lady on a purple shirt was rude and was on her phone all the time she make us feel we’re bothering her. Very disappointed experience you have beg for help for items you are paying for, employees have nasty attitudes they need training customers should not be treated like that. I do want to mention Rita the front cashier was nice and was trying her best. Don’t visit this Walmart location you’ll be wasting your time besides the waiting time for check out which is like an hour I know every business is short staff but they should make customers feel a little bit better. Do yourself a favor and don’t visit this Walmart.

My daughter and I went here to pick up food. There was hardly any wait time. The delivery person was very polite and efficient.

Typical Walmart, nothing special. Needs to be cleaner. Need more carts for disabled shoppers. Need to restore benches for customer comfort. Needs more and better customer service. I go here only when absolutely necessary.

Went in to buy bedding for my great grandson. We found one that he liked paid for it and left. Never had a long line everything went smoothly

A very busy store and if you wait late in the afternoon or evening time to checkout or go to the bank expect a me long line at every register. Dont even try the bank after 3pm unless you dont mind waiting in a very long line. Everything else here is good, associates are nice as always and most of the store stays clean and stocked well at all times. Great location for shopping and nearby restaurants. This will be my number one location for Fort Worth. But keep in mind expect a very large crowd and a very busy store after 3 or 4pm everyday til close.

They always cancel my order for not reason and hold my money for 2 to 3 day I really hate this place

The management at this Walmart is wonderful! Chassity specifically was so kind and helpful to my cousin, who lost her keys in one of the carts. She checked the cameras, sales floor, and all the carts until we found them! Chassity, thank you so much, you have no idea how much that meant to us 💜

5 stars for Alexandria inPharmacy. She’s working by herself today ( Jan 16, 2021) and her customer service skills are up to par. She didn’t get frustrated because of the long line with people waiting to pick up their meds. She is the true example of maintaining your cool under pressure. She was the only cashier in the pharmacy department. Alexandria, your doing a good job!

Someone came up to me in the parking lot and offered to sell me drugs. When I declined they proceeded to verbally harass me and threaten me. Then I went inside only to be given an attitude by the cashier for simply asking if I could split my bill with two forms of payment. Never coming back to this location even if it was the last one in Fort Worth

Ive been on a long search at every electronic shop in town which means Dallas and Fort Worth area. I did this for three weeks and finally this Walmart had what I was looking for, I went there to buy groceries, not even looking for this product, they had it! Im happy.

Why is the collect of Black/African American greeting cards so small, while the store is in the middle of the Black community? Other ethnic groups’ collection of greeting cards for exceed what you fine for the African-American community. Walgreens on Miller & Berry does a much better job of providing greeting cards for the majority in the community.

Theres only ever 3 to 4 registers open. Needs more security because its always someone fighting in wally world

Not much to say, this place is on life support. Prices are little higher here for the cheaper product compared to somewhere else. You can tell some of the employees are there just to be there; Floors uncleaned; Shelves half empty or empty completely.

Low on produce, nearly no cashiers 1 most of the time even during after 4pm rush.

Sorry, Never have what I need. The Pharmacy lies saying they are going to order products and Do Not.

I went to get a large bag of cat food that was very heavy. A nice gentleman put it in my basket. I offered the lady that was sitting on her butt checking out that I could use the gun and scan it for her she wanted me to pick it up and hand it to her and I told her no. Instead of standing up and scanning it she made me bring my basket all the way around to the register. Thats not customer service if you cant do the job dont be there

Its usually pretty organized. Kind of hard to find help, but thats normal for a Walmart. Usually the lines arent too long, and even if they are, self-checkout has a lot of registers. The layout is mostly intuitive. Sometimes its hard to find things, but most of the times things are where youd expect them to be.

A little dirty and my buggy was doing the three wheel motion, other than that staff was courteous and had good experience

I was looking for a game but they didnt have it but it was a good experience

Very helpful. Although I couldnt get ahold of anybody in the automotive department when I called or the customer service department. It just rang and rang. But once I got in the store the lady helping me was so nice that she helped me carry the battery an offer to take it up to the front to me. Would definitely recommend this story to anybody.

Walmart Supercenter is the place I be and the prices are okay

Always second rate service. Prices are missing on more than a few things. Some of their People are rude. And people just throw their trash all over the outside in the whole development. A big contrast to other Walmart stores. But there are some not rude people there but really need to step it up people.

The clearance prices are never marked. I know most walmarts have long lines but this one is absurd. The stocking is so messy. They dont even open packages that were received. If you want a case of Gatorade you have to open the case it was shipped on to pull out your single case. This is something a customer should absolutely not be doing. An employee started telling me about another customer she was helping with the most vulgar language. Why would you think its okay to have a conversation like that with a customer. It is clear management has no idea how to train or keep up with what their employees are doing or just dont care at all.

When I went here I needed help finding a certain item and I could find noone at all to help I had to go and ask a cashier to call for someone which took close to 13 minutes just to help me and by that time I just wanted to leave.

Cant stand this store. Whole different breed goes there. Shouldnt have ever built it

I stayed in that store trying to buy a TV for 1hr and 30min and could not get any help someone at the counter wouldnt help servic disk would walk to come and help I just left very I mean very poor service I wouldnt be going back I just go to target and I got help and got me a tv

The employees are very RUDE. The sheriff badge #6918 was the worse one. He talked to a group of shopper waiting on the PS5 like they were trash. Two employees stated they unloaded the PS5. The manager Pracilla said they didn’t have any. This is BS. The managers and the sheriff stood in a huddle and bashed and laughed at the customers. This is the worse Walmart.

Every single time I come here all the registers are full, it does not matter what time of day you come and they are painfully slow, even the so called speedy checkouts.

Walmart is walmart. Its like women. Cant live without them but they do get on your last nerves! Walmart is not cheap and customer service is less than great but they usually have everything you looking for all in 1 place.
