Very pleased with the overall experience using AAA Glass & Mirror. Had a custom multi-pane mirror installed in our daughters playroom and it looks great. Jose & Melvin were a pleasure to work with on a challenging project. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Great job guys!

Takes a couple of weeks to get estimate to replace broken glass and fogged glass. That’s fine, no emergency. Finally install. Both large windows and neither match the other windows of the house. All existing windows are bronze. Estimator acted put out and simply said “you didn’t tell me”...Really? Installer was about to leave and I pointed out there were decals, adhesive, and silicone on the windows. Acted very put out that I expected all that cleaned off.

AAA Glass has friendly staff and exceeds expectations in their service. They respond quickly to messages and their work is accurate and prompt. Their knowledge and quality is the best in glass services. I recommend them for all your residential glass services!

I have had the worst experience. The woman that answers phones is absolutely the worst! One would think when I am trying to spend my money at your place of business you would exhibit some form of customer service?! Instead she has been nothing but rude the 2 times I have had to speak with her. The only reason I am giving more than one star is the gentlemen that called to go do the quote was very helpful /pleasant.

Why I am not happy with AAA glass.. yes I broke a window and did not mean to I reached out to AAA glass and was more than happy to bring by another window I had to get measured 4 days go by and I’m told my order is ready witch mad me really happy.. during my lunch break I came by to pick up my order and went straight home to drop it off to make sure it did not break. Just got off work to find out they had giving me the wrong order and that they closed at 5 witch is ok but when I called them to see if there was an after hours person.. I was abruptly told sorry office are are such and such and hung up on me. And could not get a word in l. now I have to go home bored up my window again and try to go on my honeymoon for two weeks and just have to pray water dose not get into my house while I’m away....

Had them come out twice to quote. First time, the quote was not detailed so i could tell which room was which. Then the second person came out to quote and spent another half hour of my time trying to recount the windows and measure. Since they werent detailed they missed a few windows the first time. I call back four days later only to find out the person that worked on the quote, sonia, said that the project managers dont want to do the windows because I had some portrait windows. They gave no other explanation and wasted several days of my time chasing them. Very frustrating

Our contractor hired them to replace a vinyl beads damaged by hail on windows to our rental and home. We agreed to their disclaimer that they will not be responsible if they cracked the glass windows in the process. That is fine with us, and we gave the approval. They ended up cracking 3 window glass panels. That is when the horrible experience with this company started. Their crew never told their office or called us to informed us (at least as a courtesy so we could move to next step of repair) that they damaged the few glass on windows. We had to call our contractor of the damage and set up a replacement. It took them many tries to complete the replacements. Issues with each time they tried: ordered 2 windows glass pane for the rental and only processed one. Could not install second window due to wrong measurements; panel had grills and ours were just plain glass panels; Not tinted; cracked the glass in transit to the house. There was a lot of confusion as to what was discussed and or agreed on and you have to prove to them what was agreed on. Never return calls when they say they would. You have to keep calling to follow up. Just horrible experience.

About 2 months ago, we started remodeling our bathroom, turning it into a shower and taking out the tub. After putting up tile throughout the bathroom, we decided we wanted glass door without seams. We ordered it through AAA glass. After having it install, Wow! did it make the bathroom. They did such a professional job and it looks beautiful. Cant thank Jerry enough, for the help, and for the guys that measured and install it.

Came in early replaced all the glass looked ok but didnt clean the glass when finished

If i can i will give them negative review. I call them to check on to replace glass for my business. Lady answer the phone she said it will be 2 to 4 weeks before they can come and measure it. I told her its broken and i need it replace today or tomorrow. She told me ahhh ya its 2 to 4 weeks.

Had a mirror repaired there 5 months ago and stored the mirror flat until ready to hang it a couple of days ago. The piece they repaired fell off within 4 hours and upon closer examination had only been affixed with cheap grade double sided foam tape after I paid them almost $100. I took the mirror in and the girls at the desk tried to claim that they only provided the mirror piece and they had not been the ones to install it. That doesnt even make sense and I assured them I had not installed it myself and I had picked it up from them so this was AAAs work. They refused to accept this and sent me packing with my borken mirror and a bad taste in my mouth for AAA. Terrible quality work and even worse customer service. Will not be using them again.

Great bunch of people. They were cheaper, more efficient, polite, and smarter than A Jax Glass by far.

Dont bother calling them...2 to 4 weeks to come for an eat. Only
