We had gone to Builders Surplus and my wife noticed The Grille Shop next door. We have wanted the gas fire logs for our house and they sold them. They said they could do the logs or they could layout with fire glass. They showed us pictures and we decided to do the fire glass. They were able to install with parts for about the same price as some stores sell the logs. We are very happy with our service and set up! Thank you!

I stopped in for information about servicing my gas logs. They recommended someone and then Warren the VP offered to stop by on his way home and give us a quick inspection. He answered all our concerns and said everything looked fine. He would not let me pay him. Their customer service is top shelf. I would recommend them to everyone.

Purchased a Big Green Egg here. Wonderful service and probably the most affordable place to purchase the BGE in the fort worth area. Owner will work with you on pricing. Update 4/10/2015: My wife just bought some additional stuff for my BGE for my birthday. Our daughter was asleep in the car so one of the employees came outside and provided car service so she didnt have to wake our daughter. Thats outstanding customer service!!!

Acquired gas grill parts for my 2nd-dads old CharBroil. The gentleman there was able to locate the old gas burners and have them shipped. The rack that goes between the burners and the grilling surface was no longer manufactured, but they knew someone who machines new new parts for ones that have been discontinued for people who want to keep using what they have. my 2nd-dad doesnt ever remember owning the grates in the first place, and he just had another older grill in its place with the small pyramid bricks all over it. Now with the plates he no longer has to use the little pyramid bricks! I stayed and spoke with the man about some of my own grilling aspirations and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going here for grill servicing and purchasing. Very knowledgeable staff that are nice to do business with. Thanx Grill Shoppe!!

After purchasing a Weber Summit 6-burner from a national home supply (HD), receiving a damaged grill and going through four weeks of red tape and hassle, I contacted the Grill Shoppe. I priced a XL BGE all over Tarrant County and found the best price here. They offer an in-house warranty for fast repairs. I would recommend Fort Worth butane for anybody in the market for a BGE.
