Wonderful produce, but I went there specifically for rosemary oil. They had something even better...rosemary shampoo and conditioner. Perfect.

I appreciate the great produce selection and selection of unconventional food items. Sell prices are good but a lot of times things are just not worth spending the money on to try new things.

Always have a great time shopping here. Awesome produce, usually when I go its always fresh and I get some awesome deals on cherry tomatoes. One thing I definitely love is that they sell grains, nuts, flour, etc by the ounce/pound! Very convenient when you don’t want to buy a big container of it at the store! Sometimes the lines can get a little long but for the most part that has never been a big issue as far as I know!

I waited 45 minutes for the employee to make my sandwich and ended up leaving because he still had people in front of me. This location is horrible, because they never have enough staff to help with anything. When I called them to explain the situation they said that there was nothing they can do. I typically love Sprouts but this location is not good. Beware

Its a food store with organic food but they dont have very much stuff in there its not like a WinCo or a Central Market and that you would be familiar with it if you lived in Texas

Entering the store w/a challenge for a price chk. The Mgr made everything right. I left the store pleased as Donna said have a blessed Day. The Mgr said she wanted my experience to be the best. It was and I feel blessed.

One of the worst Sprouts Ive ever been to in the country *crying emoji* Prices are often not updated in the system to reflect whats posted, longer than normal wait times, and one time the sushi made me sick instantly after eating it. Ill probably just drive a little further to find another sprouts or pay extra for whole foods.

Ive been shopping at Sprouts since it was Sun Harvest way back in San Antonio. This Sprouts is probably the best one in the DFW area. It offers a good selection without being overwhelming.Their baked goods are excellent.

They have a wide variety of products, and their fruits and veggies are super fresh.

Sprouts has a great selection of produce, a massive inventory of bulk items, and plenty of options to choose from for any dietary need.The weekly sales will keep you coming back.

I bought a rotisserie chicken 3 days ago and I finally had time to cook today. I opened up the chicken, and to my dismay, it was the wrong thing. I wanted the unseasoned chicken but I got, what I believe is, the herb chicken. I called to ask about what I should do with this, and they want me to freeze the chicken and bring it back??????? Thats a waste of everyones time and refrigerator space. I honestly cannot understand why they cant give me some sort of voucher and just tell me to throw it away or even give it to a neighbor. Mistakes should come with an apology, and I did not receive that. If I did, I wouldnt have posted this.

Dear Sprouts,What is wrong with your bananas? The past 5 or six times I visited you your bananas were either super green or sickly gray. As much as I hate buying from your organic section that is what I have been forced to do, until this last time. ALL of your bananas were green or gray! I only needed 5 yellow bananas, but all you had were 80,000 green or gray bananas. What gives?!

I love Sprouts! Its large enough to have what I need, but small enough that I dont feel like Ive run a marathon after shopping. The staff that works in the supplement department is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and are always happy to help you find the right item for your needs. I highly recommend Sprouts!

The store wants to continue the draconian mask-wearing policy even after it has been rescinded by the county judge! How long are we going to allow stores like this to propagate the mask lie? The virus is literally 100 times smaller than the openings provided by the mask matrix so the mask does absolutely no good!

I will not be back to this location. Their customer service needs work. They allowed me through the whole store without a mask until a woman saw me heading towards the register without a mask. I was already done and leaving... a woman announced it over the intercom so thats why the manager or whoever she was came to tell me they will not check me out until I have a mask as I was pulling it out to put it on. I told the cashier who was the one who said it over the intercom that they need to catch people at the door because I was under the impression I was ok not wearing it as no one stopped me. She didnt respond then at the end as Im holding my hand out for her to GIVE me my receipt she layed it down and continued to the next person. I told her that was rude and walked away. Customer service is understanding the perspective the customer. Not getting upset when the customer responds in a way you dont like.

Great neighborhood grocery store. Butcher onsite. Fresh produce at great prices. Location is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. No general merchandise selection but good selection on all food categories.

I would normally have great things to say about this store as I have been to Sprouts many times. As I approached the store this morning though, I took notice of the Texas 30.06 sign posted at the store prohibiting concealed carry. So a law abiding and licensed citizen cant carry a concealed handgun into your store? In Texas?? I will no longer patronize this or any other Sprouts.On edit: in response to the store owners reply below....I dont see in any way, shape, or form how a legal and law-abiding citizen carrying a licensed concealed weapon into any store threatens the health and safety of any customer. If anything, it protects them and yourself from someone who would want to cause harm to the public. thank you for trying though. I wont be returning to a Sprouts anytime in the near future and neither will any of my friends or family who also exercise their constitutional right to carry a firearm.

Okay so I don’t understand why the cashiers won’t bag my groceries when it’s a reusable bag, which is cleaner than anything in the store (it’s how it was said not what) since they touch money and the groceries that everyone one else has touched and weren’t cleaned/sanitize. So why even have that rule since no covid protocols are followed anyways (carts aren’t cleaned and masks are optional)

By far the best quality produce, and even has better prices that any other store Ive looked (Tom Thumb, Target, Walmart, Kroger). Its very well maintained and organized so navigating is easy and somehow fun. I like the fact that theres a small selection of non produce items, it makes it much quicker and easier to find and choose the stuff I need. Theres always the same staff working too and theyre very friendly. I go here every week and have gotten to know them. The only downside is that meat and cheese are expensive. I typically go next door for lunch meat and cheese slices, but sometimes its worth just getting since I save elsewhere and limits another trip.

Great vitamin selection and the best produce available from a grocery store. The service was friendly and we saved $25 with in store coupons.

Louisa kicked us out for no littary reason we were already checking out I am contacting allen the district manager and having her fired she needs to go . I will be complaining to corporate or franchise. Untill she is fired . I do not recommend this store is disgusting and all the food is out of date this store needs to be shut down

Sales are great, but regular prices are so high its laughable. So shop wisely. I do. I stock up on their awesome sales.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They are quick to stop what they are doing to help locate items. Three emplyees stop to help me find one item.

The prices and quality have really changed and not for the best interest of the consumer. Yellow squash on shelf--4, yellow mango--6, peaches & nectarines-4 of each and hard as a rock. These are sample of what I said earlier. A lot of items not fresh as they have been in past.

Love curbside pickup! Order thru Instacart & pickup curbside. They always have my order done early & its only $1.99 via Instacart!

I walked in, forgot my mask, used my shirt to act as a mask.Was at the checkout, been shopping here for two years, and the checker said that I needed a mask to buy anything. I walked out. Wont be back.

Empty, very few customers. Very clean, masks worn by all. Hand sanitizer and wipes provided at the door. 1 cashier, she is fast. Nice selection of bulk coffee. Due to Covid-19, the convenience of bulk purchases has been curtailed. Sprouts employees have provided various weights and measure of items pre-packaged.

I used curbside pickup for the first time at my favorite Sprouts. It was super easy and extremely fast. Cant wait to go there again!

First - roasted red pepper hummus. Second - $1.99 lb. chicken tenders. Third - 3 for $5 large avocados. Fourth - stir fry vegetable/sauce kits for under $5 that make Chinese takeout obsolete at our house. That last one makes it worth the price of admission (except when we have a Pan Asia red curry emergency) Also, when they have chocolate sandwich cookies, youll note that the ingredient list has sugar, NOT high fructose corn syrup. $1.49 for the package. Beat that, Trader Joes.

I love the produce and selection of bulk products. Its quickly become my go-to neighborhood store with the exception of those brands/products that cant be found at markets such as this and Whole Foods.

Customer service has been consistently awful. For three years Ive tried to be nice and asking politely for things, but the persistent attitude and has finally got me. Soup containers are rarely restocked on Monday morning. Employees walk around miserable and will not help you if you ask. Youll have to ask someone over there is not an acceptable level of customer service. These people are representing your company. You need to take their training more seriously in this regard.

Nice employees with fast checkout when you need it and a friendly chitchat when you need that too. Their weekly specials make me extra happy to pop in for sale items like blueberries and whatnot. They do stock a few natural type cosmetics and some of those are very good.I recommend keeping an eye out for sales, taking time to read labels on the many products to be sure what youre buying is what you want, and taking advantage of the large parking lot where you can almost always find a spot somewhere.

They have nice fillets of salmon,tuna, swordfish, and cod. Wide selection of coffee and nuts. The vegetables are usually very fresh. The beef is expensive. Actually most of the items are high in price, but they have certain things available you cant get elsewhere. Staff are professional and nice.
