By far the most disappointing Lids I have ever been too. Both employees working yesterday before closing time refused to add a logo to a hat. I payed at 7:22 pm and keep in mind the mall closes at 8pm. We have paid for a logo on a hat in the past doesn’t take that long. When I asked employee checking out asked the other employee if they can do a logo. And the guy said no we are done for the day. We definitely won’t be going back! 7:22 and can’t even try to do a logo.I’ll take my $ elsewhere!!!

Got a hat here less than a weeks ago and wore it one day and realized that the hat was not made up to Columbia standards and fit too tight. I took the hat back to the store and talked to a girl claiming she was the manager, Kris. She told me even though the hat was defective she could not swap the hat out. If this is Lids policy I will not shop here again. Ive never felt so distracted by a company. I had the receipt, the insert for the hat and the tag. Terrible customer service!
I was assisted greatly here at Fanzz today. I came in to get a gift for someone for white elephant. I picked out a hat and started talking about getting it embroidered. He had great knowledge of the system and knew how to answer all my questions. The machine was having problems but kept at it to make sure it was going to be exactly what I wanted. When I was checking out he noticed I had a membership card and helped me renew it so I could get my discount through the store. My visit was wonderful and Im glad Lids bought them cause I visit both stores regularly so now Ill get the same service at both. Thank you
I dont wear hats, but I needed a quiet place to relax from the huge Bath and Body works sale and the sales associate was very kind and let us stay in there. He was funny and very helpful when we had questions about the hats. Great place, would go back.
Very bad customer service. My boyfriend bought some hats from them to be custom made, we gave them the design and they showed us what it should look like. Everything looked fine and we approved it. When we picked up the hats, the word drilling on the hat looked like it had 4 Ls instead ofIs. The stitching was terribly done, and one worker even admitted that the guy stitching it wasnt watching them while being made, so the stitching looks so sloppy! We went in to see about getting a refund (and told them to just keep the hats, because they look so bad, anyone would be embarrassed to wear them). The manager refused a refund but said all they can do is just try to remake them, but would have to leave the word drilling off of it because the machines cant do them correctly. Im very disappointed with their service, and they should have noticed us that the hats came out poorly, but instead they sold them to us knowing they looked that bad. Do not get custom hats made here!!!!!!!
Really enjoy shopping here. The caps are great quality, and fairly priced for such a selection. Hopefully they stay in business since the competition is fierce. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maybe they can figure out how to bring in the brick and motor back to life.
