He was able to order the tv as well as all necessary equipment and install. he has great communication and excellent service. He was on time, professional, and detail oriented. I cannot say enough good things about Audio Video Solutions! I recently relocated to Texas from Southern CA and was looking for someone to install a complete home theatre system, including mounting two TVs (upstairs and down) as well as installing Sonos system throughout the home. David arrived the following day for a consultation and I immediately felt comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I had no desire to call anyone else. Two weeks later, my system was installed. He even went above and beyond the call of duty as the pre-wiring in my home was done so in a sloppy manner and he had to work hard to ensure the wiring throughout the home was sufficient. I hired David a few years ago to set up our last cinema room and was very impressed with his good work and how clean the end product was. David falls short on many of the after sales services, when asked to come check up on Receiver which started bringing issues and all he could suggest back were youtube links which were anyway easily searchable.Maybe giving your best guarantee and falling short on promises is not suited for winning first business. And to discourage making a service call raising exorbitant invoices for house calls is one good clear technique to wipe his hands off after making the installation and realizing the sales.What amounts to my worst experience isnt the charges applied for service calls but discouraging inspection of problem by charging for it. Identifying problem shouldnt be put to a charge before addressing it. I didnt mind paying for service call or trouble shoot but paying for David to come out and inspect the problem doesnt make any sense.Ive never had to do that in the time I lived in New Jersey and Chicago.Very bad experienceEdit:- I found out the receiver was still under warranty within 3 years of its purchase and was able to get it fixed in a days time. Hopefully should have heard this from David (being his core business) and gotten support upon first raising the issue with him than coming to detect issue and raising invoice for $150.

David completely updated the system to be functional, state-of-the-art, and very user friendly. He incorporated an all-in-one Pro Control remote that he tailored to our system and is very easy to operate. David from Audio Video Solution did a fantastic job with a complicated installation in my condo. I had him install a floating TV cabinet into the wall as well as hang my television. He consulted me before each step, which was great because at first we thought we wanted it centered on the wall but upon seeing his mock-up we realized that centered just wasnt going to fit with way we had set up the room. So David happily moved the mock up over to the perfect spot for the room. Also, he was able to put the electrical outlet behind the TV, when at first he didnt think it was possible. When I contacted David to find out if he would install Direct TV in my new home I was impressed by his knowledge of the subject. Fantastic! I called Audio Video Solutions and spoke to David Lopez; he was polite, professional and positive. He was able to book an appointment quickly and I was so happy - I needed him to hook-up a new Xbox X system and accessories. During the first visit, Mr. Lopez realized he would need help as our huge tv had to be removed from the wall and that he would need to create an opening in our cabinets so the system, satellite box and wires could be hidden. Mr. Lopez returned the very next morning with his assistant who was equally polite and professional. The job was done wonderfully and any messes that were created were cleaned thoroughly. Mr. Lopez even hard wired the Xbox to our internet and went above and beyond by hooking up the controller charger and placing the controllers on it to begin charging and by assembling a stand for a driving wheel/shifter/gas and brake pedal accessories! What a nice surprise! I will definitely use Audio Video Solution again and recommend it to my friends. PS In the past I have used StarPower several times and I have never been as satisfied with their work as I am with Mr. Lopez’s.

We had AV Solution:1. Mount our TV over our fireplace where we had no signal or power, so David had to run the wires for both AC and signal (HDMI and coax for an off-air HDTV antenna...which we had AV Solutions install several months earlier)2. Re-orient the pre-installed speaker wire boxes for the surround sound speakers (which David provided) to match the TVs new location3. Install and configure the DENON receiver (which David provided at a very competitive price)4. Program the new all-in-one remote for all the input devices connected to the DENON (blu-ray, DIRECTV receiver, ROKU).We are very happy with everything AV Solutions installed and provided. David and his team were very considerate, professional, and left the area clean after their work.We will not hesitate to call David for any future installs.Oh, by the way, David is a pretty cool dude!
