Husband went there to swap his empty tank with a full one. He received one from them, he did not inspect the tank insuring they gave hima good one about a week later my husband uses the tank & sees they gave him a tank that won’t even open. He goes up there to get his his tank back or another one but they said no since he has no receipt. He does have proof in his bank account and the transaction literally says “airgas” but they didn’t accept that. They just told him to buy a new one. He shouldn’t even have to be going through this if they just gave him a good one to start with. Unacceptable. Not a trustworthy place.

Good and friendly place to get welding supplies and gas. Parking lot is on the small side but good enough.

New to tig welding. Called for advice and bought a big bottle of 75/25 argon. Turns out this was the wrong gas to buy and I’ve just blown $300. I’m honestly blown away by the incompetence.

The gentlemen at Airgas are very kind and the company is taking great measures to protect their customers and themselves from this pandemic i never have to lift a bottle the are spot on when it comes to their customer service

Big company mentality. They know if you are in Fort Worth you will have to use them so they take advantage of you. Two different guys told me 4 different stories about why they were charging me a $37.00 pressure check fee for each tank. Next time I will spend more time looking for someone else to get my tanks filled or exchanged.

I was randomly driving by when I saw the Airgas sign, and remembered the name from an on-line search for dry ice a while back. I no longer needed the dry ice, but thought I would check it it, for next time. Im glad I did. I was right that I saw Airgas and dry ice in my search results, but this location does not sell dry ice, only the Grand Prairie location has the dry ice. This place does have free popcorn though! So no joy on the solid CO2, but friendly helpful staff none the less. Thank you!
