Salesman sold me a skid steer several months ago. I called him again to purchase a brush cutter for the skid steer.. I asked several questions and he stated he would get back to me. I have not heard from him. I guess the sale of a $6000 item is not of interest to him(paid $46000) for the skid steer. Jeff could have least informed me that he was not interested in the sale .I have other companies that are constantly contact me about their mowers. I prefer Cat, but I need the attachment and will start talking to the people who are interested in my business. Roger Shipley

Id recommend the Holt Cat Fort Worth Field Service shop, because the technician got out to the machine, found out what was wrong with the winch, and took care of it. I was very pleased with the work they did on my CAT D6H track-type tractor.

After pulling in to cat iwas greeted by ross very promptly even though I have been here before this was the second time I have delvered a 349 excavator from my victoria yard ross was very helpfull in stacking my trl both times very knowlagable please make shure he gets this or a raise thanks again

Atrocious after hours support that starts with an entirely unhelpful answering service. Waited over an hour for a callback
Parts department is sad.Order a back up camera and 4 weeks later it came in, went to install it and there was no cable in the camera box. You would thing if I needed a cable that I would have been told at time of purchasing the camera.I called 4 times this past week, rings 4 times then send me back to theautomated message.
