This place is the worst ever they said they put 390lbs in our 300 lb tank and in 2 weeks it was empty called them and they said they were gonna send a tech out but 3weeks after no tech no gas for 3 weeks filed a complaint with the BBB and they dont even respond to that but they do find the time to keep billing you they should be out of business

Bad customer service, high priced, 2 different bills, very confusing the way they charge will go months without receiving statements then you get slammed with 3-4 back to back

Nuco2 bringing raping and pillaging to the 21st century. Do yourself a favor and do not get involved with this company. Find a local cylinder provider and have them deliver the tanks to you. Ours will even swap them out for you. (The raping) Nuco2 was charging us for 1200lb a year but our actual use was 200lb a year. (The pillaging) Even though the salesman told me we could cancel at anytime I have been trying for over 2 months and can not get it canceled. But they are still charging me. They even stuck me with the state tank inspection fee (an extra $270) even after the state inspector and our own salesman told us we were not responsible for that charge. Once they get their hooks in you it is hard to get away from them.

I’ve known some of the guys at NuCO2 for over 40-years. Darin and Ron Rice (brothers who work at NuCO2) are men of their word, two of the hardest working folks I can point to in my contact database of over 2,000 people. I was looking for their phone number online when I found one review about NuCO2. That review is derogatory and only tells one side of the story. After reading it I feel compelled to present their true colors.It has been quite a while since I last did business with the Rice family at their feedstore in the Texas Panhandle. Since then, I as well as some of them moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I recently looked for them online to make contact and inquire about CO2 products/services. Knowing the Rice family as long as I have I feel compelled to write thus review to give readers a true feel for these people based on my experiences with them dating back to about 1973.I have known Ron and Darin Rice for over 40-years. One of my first memories of this family was during severe weather in the 1970’s when they invited a child into their home and offered protection from tornado clouds that were swirling overhead. This is how they are.... caring of others (and respectful at the same time).The group of folks at NuCO2 are fiercely loyal... a trait, like all others, that carry over to all aspects of our lives, including those of their clients’. Expect the same when you call on them for service. Expect the things you read in my review when you call them for any/all of your CO2 needs. They will deliver, I’m confident! I’ve known them and their ways since the early 1970’s. Give yourself the opportunity to count them in your inner circle, your short list of go-to providers of goods and services, those you will learn to depend upon when the time again arrives in your life. I’ve known them over 40-years.I’m not their family. I am an acquaintance that has learned what they represent, who they are and what to expect of them. They likely don’t know who you are, so next time you need CO2 call NuCO2 and learn why you’ll be doing business with them for decades.

Customer service representatives hang up on you, they havent picked up equipment that I have requested to be taken for exactly over a year. New business owners, please stay away. I am still struggling with this company. Its awful.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. no help. not willing to help. extremely rude on the phone to both me and my manger.

Aweful customer service. Very rude people. They charged us $200 for a delivery saying it was an emergency delivery when we never requested for an emergency delivery. Crooked people looking for ways to nickle and dime you.

We call for service and they charge $185.00 for emergency service plus the CO2 charge. They come and say they filled the tanks, but never get a signature and them come back three days later and actually fill the tank and charge you again. Done with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Poor service, inability to provide emergency service. Predatory contract system. Failure to cancel equals a new 6 YEAR contract. Cancellation requires 12 month notice. You have to be kidding.

Very poor service. Forgot our store on a delivery run and left us without CO2 for two days. As a business owner, steer clear from them.
