Why arent you letting your reviews be posted for folks who you have let down? my.parents are currently enduring lagging efforts in cleaning up YOUR MESS, from the demo and install of their new Palm Harbor home...their yard is full of trash, fence is trashed where it shouldnt have been... Taylor and Shawna have done ZILCH to assist infact treat my parents as the issue now...again this is currently going on, and EVERYONE needs to be aware... they have been in a motel since Apr 8th!!!Completely poor cutomer service ..

Staff lacks follow through. I communicated with Elizabeth via email. She seemed interested in doing business. I believe she is the general manager. She forwarded my email to a sales person named Austin. He texted me to schedule a phone call, after a few texts he stopped responding. I will probably try the Corinth location or maybe just give me $200k to Clayton Homes.

I started my process a little unsure of what I was looking for but Austin Williams took what I had in mind and showed me exactly the house I was looking for. Probably some of the worst service Ive EVER received. I stated to them on my first visit that Ive never gone through a home/land buying process and I need A LOT of help. Taylor ensured me over and over that theyd hold my hand through the whole process and I was SO thankful! Unfortunately, that wasnt so. I found myself having to text and call multiple times to even get a response. Mind you, this is after they took the payment for the $1,000 earnest money to submit the application. Once they received payment, I never heard anything unless I was the one reaching out. Sometimes not even then. I was so anxious and stressed through the whole deal. I had other resources that I could have added on more supplemented with due to the fact that my credit had issues but I was NEVER asked about that. Instead, I was ignored and/or got extremely short responses. Im now happily purchasing a home from Clayton Homes right down the road. Ive been asked all of the proper questions and contacted nonstop. I HATE that Palm Harbor had to leave such a bad taste in my mouth because I was very interested in a mobile home that they have! Definitely recommend going elsewhere if youre as clueless about this whole process as I was in the beginning!

We drove 2 hours between going there and back, only to be lied to, risked ourselves due to nobody wearing a mask and then not seeing the home we wanted to see.I understand if we seemed rude at the beginning, but we were thrown off by the lack of masks as we are high risk.Regardless, I dont appreciate that nobody wore a mask. COVID-19 is serious and it could kill us.I also dont appreciate being lied to on pricing. If that wasnt being lied to, then Palm Harbor charges outrageous amounts for their homes.

I was a first time buyer with no clue on what to do. Austin was awesome in helping me understand everything and helping me get everything done. I have an awful work schedule where I’m gone a lot of the time and he helped get everything into place before I headed back out. The entire palm harbor team has done an astounding job.

Overpriced, they were wanting 160k for a single-wide, and land. Might aswell just buy an actual house, and get a better quality home.

I dont usually write reviews but I had a great experience and believe the Staff at Palm Harbor deserve to be talked about. This is probably the most upbeat, knowledgeable group of professionals that I have done business with in a very long time. Their homes could probably sell them selves by the looks along, but you would be amazed at the level of detail the staff goes into when walking around the homes. There are many more things to know than I thought but I felt so comfortable with the fact that they would handle everything. Dont waste your time down the street. they all act like they are just there for the check. Palm Harbor Home Team Members are bringing back the meaning of TRUE Customer Service. Went to tour houses and had the worst customer service by Brandy (queen B) she wasn’t helpful at all and made me feel just like a number and that my money wasn’t good enough. I am active military and was told before running my credit or seeking guidance from the banks for financing that I didn’t make enough money to qualify for any house on the lot! She made me feel lesser than bc of my job and I was told to come back in two years when I was discharged from the military and had a better job!

Explained very clearly I would need help finding land. Was not told about the 500 deposit until almost done with paperwork. Asked if a check was ok. Told he needed my card. 2 days later I was told by the finance co I was approved. Not a word from Austin the Salesman. Called and made a 2nd apt with Austin for this past Saturday at 11am for my son. We are looking to purchase 2 homes. Got there and all we here is how busy he is. Spoke to him for 5min. I was told Ok now find land. Pretty positive thats his job since I was approved for a Home/Land package. Nothing from him since. Now requesting my 500 refund since Im on my own and no one including the Manager will respond. Have left her 2 vm mags and him emails. Nothing but a sales gemic. Run Dont Walk!!!

I have three young extremely busy kids and No one made any remarks about how loud or busy they were. Rachel was very patient, kind and helpful. She is straight to the professional point, prompt and doesnt beat around the bush. She gets things done in a timely manner.

Palm Harbor Warranty is a JOKE. Doesnt cover anything. After a year our floor boards started lifting and they said normal wear and tear. Outside our stopped working and they said its not covered under warranty. Then the AC unit didnt have enough freon in it so it kept freezing up and they didnt cover that. DO NOR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE WARRANTY. Plan on fixing anything and everything on a brand new house out of your money not the warranty.

When we came here we were down on our luck and told by every other place they could help us only to find out down the road that they couldnt. So when we came here we were a little suspicious of them saying they could help. However Taylor worked very quickly and honestly to show us that they indeed could help us. I give reviews, but I dont think I have ever given one this heartfelt.You can get a lot of nice manufactured homes a lot of places, but you will NOT find people like those who work at this factory outlet. They are extremely knowledgable and well informed about the homes they sell. And never once did I feel the fevered sales pressureWhat sets this staff apart is that they actually CARE! They care about people and relationships. They care about so much more than just selling a home. Every person there understands that caring is the difference Rachael, Brandy and the wonderful General Manager Elizabeth, all made me feel like their only customer. They helped me navigate some unique challenges in ways that they would never have been expected to. To say they went above and beyond is just touching the surface.Without hesitation I would tell you to not waste your time at other dealers as I did. Travel if you need to, and go talk to them about what you are looking for. You will immediately feel what I just described here and you will be so glad you went!

Palm Harbor Homes is a great company to deal with Brandi and Elizabeth were awesome. i had shopped around and been to several different outlets and looked around. Palm Harbor had the best house and the best prices. Had a few set backs but that was from the factory and could not be controlled by any of the sales team just one of those things that happens. I have seen several people give them not so great reviews because they were not happy with their house or it took to long. Brandi and Elizabeth were very informative along the way and the status of our house I know they got tired of talking to me. We were also informed to sign off on our house until it was exactly the way it should be and for the people that are complaining of that then it is your own fault because I know they told you the same thing I was told. I would recommend anybody and everybody to these wonderful women. They are very informed of the product they are selling and I was never pressured into buying anything. Brandi sat down with my wife and I and discussed all the things we wanted and didnt want and the price that I wanted to stay in and she made it happen. As far as comments Ive seen about hidden fees I have no clue what you are talking about as the price of our house never changed during the whole process and i think you just need something to complain about. So yah thats what i thought of them and will do business again if I need to and wont even bother going anywhere else because I know I will be taken care of there.

Had an excellent experience here. We found one online that we wanted to look at, but it wasnt the one. Talked to Brandy about what we were looking for, and she found the perfect one the first time. Had no problems whatsoever with Palm Harbor. They worked with us when our financing fell through at last minute (literally at closing we found out the bank messed up). When we did get things in order, the house was built sooner than expected, delivered and we were able to move in in one week time frame after delivery! Definitely recommend using Palm Harbor!

The manager worked with me to get the home finished quickly. She was informative and polite. Overall a good experience. So long as you dont have to deal with the financing lady April Vines. She will tell you one thing then flat out lie in an email to cover her butt.

WOW! Manufactured homes certainly have changed...for the better. Check out the amenities and how well built they are...pretty sure you will look at manufactured homes differently.

Just bought my home from them a couple of months ago ... the staff was amazing !!! My house was delivered last weekend and everything looks AMAZING!! I was able to get in contact with my sales consultant anytime I had a question, they helped through every step of the process. I cant believe I had never considered a manufactured home before now. My wife initially started searching for our new home online and being an un-social butterfly put my number down instead of hers. I was immediately blasted with call after call and was deeply disappointed with almost everyone I spoke with. Then the clouds parted and the angelic voice I was greeted by had all of the right answers no matter how trivial we made them being new purchasers. We were hooked. We met Rachael and before any pitches were made she immediately began asking what we were looking for and not what she was looking to sell like the ones wed spoken to before her. She knew immediately what wed love and now I sit with my family in what can only be described as our dream home. Elizabeth is the leader of a phenomenal group of people who will not only find you the perfect home but by the time youre done you will feel like family. Everytime we entered we were greeted by the extremely hilarious Brandi and after fits of laughter we were off to play in the house we now sit in, daydreaming of the moment we are now living. I have mixed feelings about this place. They seemed to really try to get me in a home but they also kept giving me false hope and then upon deciding we were going to wait said they issues a refund for the down payment i paid and that i would have it the following monday and i still have not received it and my bank has no record of it so they had to open a claim. They are now telling me that it could take up to 30 days to get my refund. I told them specifically i needed that money back by the 1st to pay for our new rental yet they didnt seem to care nor have they provided me any information on the refund as requested. Im annoyed and even if we do decide to buy will most likely go somewhere else with our business.
