Hmm we love the home we selected. Unfortunately after closing two months ago, we havent seen any forward progress from there. Our dealer, in our opinion, keeps kicking the can down the road. Were happy to see positive feedback from so many homeowners... wishing we were one of them!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff Anthony face to face,and within that time he enlightened us on all options we could take get the ball rolling on finding our new home.Jeff was very patient with us and explained thoroughly the ins and outs of what would be most suitable for us and work in our favor.I really appreciate people like Jeff and I feel I can trust him,honesty goes a long way with me and I can definitely sense when someone is genuine. My Husband and I made an appointment with Tony last week after we have been looking for a home to put on our land. What a great experience, he is so knowledgeable and helped us pick our colors and flooring AND WE ARE SOOO EXCITED! We left our down payment found financing and will finally have our home!!!! JeffAnthony at Palm Harbor-The Factory is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We first found him through his Facebook videos. If you have not checked them out, do so because he provides a great deal of information and explains it in a manner that anyone can understand.We had bad experiences with the other retailers we met, but not here at Palm Harbor- Factory. We visited 5 manufactured home retailers and out of the 5, JeffAnthony was the best one by a long shot. He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns and was in no way pushy or deceitful. He was genuine and honest the whole time and very attentive. We always received a quick response when we had any questions.It was really interesting to tour the factory to see exactly how the manufactured homes are made. If you have concerns about the way are made come see for yourself by taking a tour.We recommend JeffAnthony to anyone that is interested in purchasing a home. He is miles ahead of the other seller and retailers in the DFW area.

Jeff Anthony has been a pleasure to work with. I have been considering relocating to Fort Worth area and he has been very patient while answering my questions and helping me decide on the small Horizon over the last few months. I will definitely be purchasing from him in my future.

After going to several dealerships. I came across this place from a Facebook ad. All I can say is Wow!What a different style of doing things. I got the chance to walk through the factory and the homes. It was awesome to see all the material they use to built their homes. It really made me feel reassured that these aren’t trailers anymore.JeffAnthony and the whole team were amazing. They allowed me to ask some questions others rolled their eyes at. They took time from what they were doing to answer them and show me.I was not ready to buy yet but they really put themselves above everyone else. I would suggest you come and experience this in person .My only knock is I had to make an appointment but it looks like they are putting a new sales office. JeffAnthony said he was excited about it because he is going to hire more staff so they can have walk-ins and Saturday appointments.

I felt discriminated against during a interviewJudged for my age and race . I was asked, can u even keep up? I have many yrs of experience doing this work and never had a problem keeping up. The only reason Im not employed at this time is because I was laid off in March due to Covid 19 . Not my choice to be unemployed and the job market is bad
