So this is my first experience in a Michael kors. The bags are beautiful and very well made! But holy cow they are expensive! I had no idea! They are definitely beautiful. I have yet to purchase one. But I think its definitely going to happen in the near future. 😁 The staff were very attentive and very sweet. I felt very well taken care of while in the store.

The outlet store in fort Worth was very nice. I was so happy to be able to afford a Michael Kors wallet but 30 minutes after leaving the store I set the shopping bag down and it was stolen. But the store was very nice and the staff was very pleasant and the shopping bag they handed me with the wallet was a nice bag with pretty tissue paper. Someday Ill return to buy another wallet and hopefully not lose it.

You can easily find what you want and sometimes even some really good deals.

Overpriced but the staff is very nice.

I have been here a few times and have purchased purses. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. My purses are well made and hold up well with use.

The store was a huge disappointment for us. They were supposed to hold a backpack for us and said they would hold it for up to 48 hours. We went to pick it up after only 24 hours and were told by the employees who held it that the manager put it back out “sorry”. Stinks that we drove an hour each way to make this purchase. Beware of this store and their extremely unprofessional manager. No discount was even offered on another purchase.

Covid is not a good reason to hide behind your masks and not greet customers when they come in. When a customer is in the store it would make sense to greet them. Maybe the day managers need to train on how to be polite. Very pretentious. Won’t be back.

Great as always, when we shop here. As usual my daughter, Reina, gets what she wants and with the help of Francisco, she found her a matching backpack and shoes. She was happy and that means I was happy. Thanks for a great shopping experience as usual. You all rock!

They had a beautiful selection of purses. I was interested in a few but, none of the staff helped me. More than 5 looked me up and down and proceeded to walk past me. When I finally did get someone’s attention they seem to be focused on another customer. Definitely will never come back here again!

The shopping experience was very good. Everyone is very helpful. I like that theres plenty of products available. Once you choose to purchase an item they get you a new one from the back.

My sister and I have had great experience with this outlet. The guys who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Despite working with several customers at the same time they managed to provide service to all of us helping to choose the right sizes of shoes/cloth or the right handbags. Checked said they were open today from 11-7...drove there sign on door says they opened on 5/30/2020...called the Tanger Outlet office and she stated that they decided on to open for today. Makes no since website said they were open. The only reason we chose.June 2nd still not open.The lady at Tanger says she doesn’t understand because they opened May 30, but hasn’t been opened since.We are here on vacation and really wanting to go to this store.

I really like this one. They do not pester you while you are shopping. If you need help they will help you and very accommodating doing so.

Great deals, bought a a purse an credit card small wallet and a briefcase all for 180. But regular price for all was 844.00 so great deals . Will go back soon.

I dont understand the pricing. Went to Ralph Lauren, Guess, Perry Ellis and bought similar items for far cheaper. Dont recommend to come here unless money grows on trees.

Absolutely love this store. They always have the best deals on gorgeous MK designs. Today I bought a super cute gray bag with silver accents, reg $428, and a royal blue wallet with silver accents, reg $98, for $165 total after tax.
