Every single employee is so nice and so willing to help you the moment you walk in the door! I’ve been several times over the last couple of weeks and had nothing but excellent service from every single employee! They are so helpful in any questions you may have or samples you may need. I had to color match a brick and the color turned out perfect! We are redoing our house and I’ve had to go multiple times for samples. They even carried my samples out to the car for me every time! I won’t buy paint anywhere else because the customer service is so excellent here! BM always has the best colors and quality too! Thank you to every single employee at BM for helping make this process so much easier !

The worst company Ive ever bought from. I tried to buy 2 gallons of Benjamin Moore paint mixed to a custom color. I should never have let them open the paint because I suspect them of putting an inferior brand into the containers. I took the paint home and painted the interior walls of my home only to have the paint flake off 2 weeks later. I tried to take the one unopened gallon back for a refund and the owner (whos very rude btw) refused to refund me. I had the receipt and pictures of the flaking paint but she still would not refund me. My friend who also went to this place had a problem with the paint being two separate shades. Same story owner was extremely rude and refused refund. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
