Great people working here. Almost always find what I need. My only issue is getting things delivered.

They usually have what I need for pets, shoes, clothing, outdoor and gardening supplies. Friendly, helpful staff. There are chickens in the parking lot that wander over from across the street, but it is somehow fitting.

I got checked out the other day, the cashier named Jenny was very disrespectful to me. She was super nice to the people ahead of me. when I got up to her and set my merchandise down she gave me a judgmental look, didn’t talk to me when I said hi and asked how she was doing. Her body language towards me was questioning. I told her to have a good rest of her day and she said rudely “yeah”. Everyone who works at here is always so nice and welcoming but every time I see her I don’t feel welcomed at all. Usually I have great customer service but when this happened it was VERY poor customer service.

The staff is always extremely helpful and the prices are extremely competitive. I find quite a few products cheaper here than Ace hardware.

Always helpful and fair prices too. They have a little of everything.

I just absolutely love our local tractor supply. The employees are always willing to help you out and appear to really like their jobs. The store is always stocked. I get my puppy shots here too which makes it really easy. They also have really cute kids clothes and boots

Im in Massachusetts, after 10pm need to order something tonight to pick up @ my local store, but had a vital question. My store & corporate are closed. Called the Fortuna Ca store & got Associate Ginnie, a lovely, kind knowledgeable lady. She helped me beautifully & left me w/problem solved & big smile on my face. Fortuna store manager - kudos to Ginnie. No matter where I go Tractor Supply comes through for me! 1 in NH 2 in Ma & now Ca!!

Great Place for my Horse Supplies. This Store is Great, they Greet You when you walk in. Staff is Very knowledgeable, Very helpful, Always there for heavy grain bags to put in my truck. This Store has Household stuff, Auto Dept, Gardening, Boots, Clothing, Pet food & care products, Horse and Farm Animal food and products, then there is also Fencing Supplies. I go Here Once a week, Will definitely Recommend to Everyone. We will definitely be back next week.

What I love is the old time service. Smiles all around. Best part they carry shirts in tall sizes. That my friends makes this 6ft6 man smile.

Great place to purchase heavy duty farm type hardware and feed. Pretty good service if they know you as a local, not so good if not. Good selection of dog food and heavy duty work clothes.

All my 4 legged, and 2 legged critters love their food slections. And I love the work clothing I get there for my husband. And their baby chicks this time of year. 😊

This small town in Northern California went out of water because the pump went down and the lady that I talked to from Tractor Supply headqtrs went out of her way to find out the information we needed to use our warranty. Very nice store. The staff are very friendly to people they want to be and thats not everyone. They will help customers at the register and start talking to customers walking by and dismissing the customer in front of them not acknowledging them but for a brief hi how are you and bye. They also Follow people around who have been coming in since they opened in fortuna and treat them like they going to steal when its not the kind of person I am. Go there if you want to feel uncomfortable.

An excellent asset and store for the Fortuna community. Its not just a Tractor Supply, this store has much of everything any residential homeowner and rancher/farmer could need. Lots of interesting, never seen before items and enthusiastic staff.

Not always my first choice, but whenever I end up not checking here first I end up kicking myself in the derrière.Youd be surprised what hard to find and uncommon items you need are often right there in their shelves.And the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.tallship awards this establishment... Manager insisted that he hold a woodplitter for me, with my name and price on it. I live 40 miles from store. Borrowed ramps, hooked up trailer, and drove down 3 days later. No Splitter waiting for me, and no manager either. No call from manager. Splitter sold. Told that manager is rather famous for acting alone, and ignoring customers and staff. BAD experience in general.

Great company, but some of the Fortuna store employees suck. I really love the store, their product selection, their generic brands, pricing, etc. but unfortunately a few of the employees make this place a dark cloud for me to shop. Its a great store if you know what you want and they have it in stock, but If you need anything beyond the most basic assistance from an employee, this place turns into a cliche local humboldt store very quick... Rude attitudes, lack of knowledge, and unprofessionalness seem to be the preferred solution around the Fortuna store. Also seems like many of the better employees dont stay long there.

They didnt have my effing food but they had cool jockey helmets so it makes up for the food ....... I guess
