Derek and Tyrone helped me get the best deals at the AT&T store down the street from me in Fountain. I can pop over anytime to their AT&T store and they help me figure out my new IPhone. The customer service is excellent! I love these guys. Keep up the good work.

Today I decided to make a change with my phone carrier. When I got to the store I was immediately greeted by Samantha F, I explained my concerns and asked many questions. She was AMAZING, we sat and soon it was as though I was chatting with a friend she answered all of my questions, explained how everything worked, was patient and kind. She converted me to a AT&T customer, quickly and painlessly. I appreciate the confidence she has in AT&T, I am a believer in that network and the support I will be given. Thank you Samantha you rock.....give that girl raise

I strongly suggest visiting the corporate store (as this store put it) on Circle. The first visit they were clearly interested in seeing how much they could empty from my wallet. If I hadn’t preresearched my needs it would have cost me $40/more per month or I just wouldn’t have bought service. The second time they just wouldn’t/couldn’t help. But the other store was very friendly, professional, and not interested in trying to overcharge me. I’ll be heading to the store on circle from now on despite the extra drive.

I usually dont do reviews but my experience here was not the best . My parents just activated service with them last month and they didnt understand why the service was so spotty . I went in with my dad to get some help . We waited for about 15 minutes until someone actually greeted us . They were busy so we patiently waited till our turn was up. But after the 15 minutes we were bypass for other customers . At this point were so frustrated and I felt that they did not want to service us as we were not buying something and just wanted someone to help us with our account. We ended up leaving . We went to a location down the street as was help . As we got to the next location they explained why the bill was so high . Some things were added that was unaware of my dads knowledge. Dont waste your time here they are awful. They are unprofessional .

This location in the Fountain/Security area is ridiculous. Today would be the third time in a year that they have refused cash payment. Because of reaching their so called limit on taking cash in. What a sorry excuse! THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE. This so called manager be the name of Jerad when asked who is G.M. is. His excuse was that he was on vacation. Didnt even offer to hand out his business card or take down my information so that this on going issue may be resolved. He just completely blew me off and went on to the next customer when I wasnt even done with him. So please do address this with JERAD! Unprofessional and not acceptable customer service! THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE AND WHY I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN LOCATION TO ANYONE WANTING AT&T! SO TYRONE LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND STOP THE IDIOCY OF LAME EXCUSES. Great service. The reps actually explained what was going to happen to our account. We had questions that were promptly answered. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star because we were told we could have 15 months to pay for both phones but when I looked at the contract that was sent via email, it said 30 plus months.

Our sales rep, Coady, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience smooth. The whole team was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

So I just purchased my very first and I mean very FIRST iPhone from this specific AT&T store. I was assisted by Beth, and she was perfect. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the products and deals. She also set up my new iPhone 12 for me and transferred all of my data from my old phone (which was a Droid). The products are great and up to date, the store is clean and easy to maneuver and the associates at the store were all very polite and easy to communicate with. 5 out 5 recommend. (Ask for Beth)

Ive never been a fan of AT&T. However, I recently got a new phone and deal with them. My SIM card tray snapped in two pieces. I ordered a new one and it didnt work. I went to the Fntn AT&T and they assisted me and got me on my way to having a working cell. I cant thank them enough. I was super stressed out. Thanks guys!!!!

Went information a update glitch young lady took care of it right away got my bill payed as well Zack helped me with Sim card install got me in and out quick as possible

I trade my phone in, for my paid off iPhone 11 for the 12 and they told me that once I trade my phone in the iPhone 12 would me half off once I trade it in, but nope they gave me the full price of the phone to pay off, and they hype up there 5G like is the Best service around, Verizon and TMobile has better service than y’all 5G, very disappointed

I was ready to pull my hair out talking to customer service on the phone so I decided to come into the store instead, this is where I met 2 wonderful sales/customer service reps by the name of Coady and Beth. Coady was able to resolve all of my issues with no hesitation and was very understanding of my situation. Both Coady and Beth were very helpful, caring and insightful about how to proceed with my predicament and were able to resolve it out right. I came into the store tired and frustrated and left upbeat and with a smile, if thats not EXCELLENT customer service then I dont know what is!

Went to go get an upgrade on my phone and the manager Beth helped me out so well no issues, even when the internet went down she kept her cool and worked trough it! Great staff that was working that day! Thank you Beth again for everything!

I went in to get a transfer of billing responsibility, as well as transferring a line and starting my own account. There were a lot of hiccups along the way and the whole process from start to finish took about 2 hours, but sales rep Mike stuck it out like a trooper and kept a great attitude the whole time. The other employees there were super helpful as well! Seriously, this was some of the best customer service that Ive experienced.

Mike Abby was the salesman we interacted with and he went above and beyond to take care of our large family plan. Getting everyone new phones and reducing our monthly bill by over $100 per month. Would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone.

I’m giving 5 stars ONLY because Mike & the manager Glenn helped me a lot during the process of getting things situated with my husbands phone since he is overseas. They were extremely helpful, kind, & patient! I would have given less stars because the lady we got the phones from informed us of false information before we switched plans. I was extremely emotional due to this because it was not told to us from her that in order to get his phone unlocked we would have to be on the plan for 60 days, therefore my husband had no communication to his son or myself. She had told us that it was super easy & would only need a SD card switch from where he is. It’s NOT that easy & I feel extremely taken advantage of by that because it’s been 3 weeks without communication. BUT Glenn fixed that & helped us completely with that part, & Mike as well, they took care of it all even when I was a mess crying in the store. Very happy with those two! I will continue to stick with this store just because of them!

The rep Christopher helped my sister and I with a new phone and line for at least a couple of hours because we had an older phone that took forever to back up and we had a lot of questions and uncertainties. Christopher was patient, polite and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We left the store extremely happy and I would recommend this location to anyone for their helpfulness, cleanliness and professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience here with Beth and Coady! I came in several times and they were super helpful and kind! They even stayed late to help me. I am from Missouri and it was really wonderful to receive such wonderful service. The only hiccup was with a man named Mike. He was very short and rude and unwilling to help. So stay away from him haha!

Coady is Awesome ! He help me choose a plan that best suited my needs & was patient, thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. 😊 will be back!

I came into the store today because I bought a renewed phone through Amazon (sorry!). Glenn took time with me to create a new SIM card and get the phone set up with AT&T. I have been an AT&T wireless customer for over 20 years, so Glenn waived the small charge for the SIM card. He was very helpful, and I will go there again for my cell-phone needs.

Chris was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. We were visiting from out of state and stopped in for a new phone. So glad we did. Best AT&T experience we have had
