Poor customer service, decent coverage. Phone acted up, took it into Widefield location and the manager said he would order a new one and call me in 4 or 5 days. Never heard from him, he never returned any of my 5 or 6 messages. Phone still jacked up. Not worth the cheaper price, you get what you pay for.

Went in an tried to replace my phone whem ELIZABETH said it was ok and ordered my new phone just to drive all thw ay there for them to deny it!!!! I wont work woth her again i will go to a differemt store from now on

Maybe its just me but I found it rude rgat after she took the payment she announced to the whole store that I had $27 left. Not sure why anybody else needed to know that. I have great math too, so I knew what would be left.

IPhone 6splus they gave me 50$ off. Customer service was Excellent

The Google app says that the store opens at 9am. I showed up at 9am sharp, sign says open but doors are locked and peeked through the window nobody is there. So Im not sure whats up. Maybe a ghost owns the store idk.
