Ive been coming here for years, since Ive moved to Colorado (10+ years ) and this year Ive had nothing but problems specifically the night crew. Theyll sit there lie straight to your face because theyre lazy and dont want to work. Easiest job ever and I see why yall are stuck there at yalls age and miserable. Theyll tell you

Never had a problem when I come here to gas up. I generally come in the morning (around 4 am) and the employees are generally cool. I know others havent had the best experiences here but I dont have anything bad to say.

Love this 711. Always clean and the owner is my favorite! Ive lived here my whole life and will always get my gas here and no where else.

Not only is this gas station always dirty, the staff is normally pretty rude. I wasnt going to leave a review but when I went in there this morning, at 4:00 a.m., the ladies working there kicked me out and told me theyre closed until 4:30 a.m. I was under the impression that 7-Eleven is 24 hours and this was my only stop between home and work. I left the building and then watched two gentlemen walk in after me and purchase items with the same cashier that kicked me out no more than 5 minutes prior. After those two gentlemen, another couple of folks pulled up and were kicked out as well. Only this time the cashier manned the door to tell people they could not come in. I saw multiple people leave rather upset.Needless to say, I am extremely irritated and have no intention of giving them my business again. I will only use the ATM that is there.

Typical 711 however the gas area was pretty gross. There were multiple spills of nasty stuff out there and the pumps were filthy and garbage full. Cashier was nice and they did have fresh coffee

DO Not buy vapor pens from this store. I bought one last night and I opened it fluid leaked all over it and did not work went back and they wouldn’t give me a replacement or a refund. 23.99 down the drain… Never again will I buy from them….

Anytime I come to this 7 eleven, the employees are super friendly helpful and informative. Tonight I had Mike I was a little short and he was nice enough to help cover me. Thank you Mike for your help!

Its unfortunate people are so eager to leave bad reviews but no effort is taken for the good ones. The employee Scott is great. Always polite, has a great attitude and took the time to remember what I usually buy. He said he had worked 13 days in a row... and yes people he still had a good attitude when he couldve been in a bad mood. No company or employee is ever going to be perfect but I was definitely impressed. Keep up the positive attitude Scott! You are most deserving of a raise or maybe a promotion!

I overheard the manager on duty laughing at racist jokes a customer made. She seemed to know him. She was also very rude to me. Her behavior was ignorant and unprofessional. The store was cluttered with unstocked product as well. Hot food items looked several hours past their expiration time. I hope to never visit this poorly run business again. Try Kum & Go down the street for better customer service and a clean, tidy store.

The girl with the big earrings didnt ID the guy in front of me for cigarettes but did ID me and I look older than him I didnt have my ID with me. I am giving this place 2 stars because the line was fast.

National emergency. Everything is shut down. Got denied tobacco products because my birthday was yesterday and the machine wouldnt accept my one day expired ID. Girl at the register didnt even attempt to enter manually or... You know, realize Im 30 friggin years old. Hard to get to the DMV in the current environment. Wonderful customer service. Ill be going elsewhere from now on.

I just left this location after purchasing 6 Taquitos. There is a sign above the roller grill that says grill items are 3 for $3. This is pretty much the same deal as all the other 7-11s in greater Colorado Springs. When I paid I was charged $7.73. That seemed like a lot of extra tax added on. I told the clerk and she told me that the sign is wrong. Then I remembered the same thing happened to me at this same location over a month ago. I had forgotten about that. Im rarely in this area of town. I told the clerk that they need to remove the sign and she told me the same thing that I was told over a month ago - that corporate wants it left up. I believe that is a lie. If that were the case all 7-11s would be doing the same thing. I believe it is a false advertisement left in place by the franchise owner to mislead customers into believing they are getting a good deal then overcharging them knowing that many customers wont notice theyre paying more and others wont complain. This is blatant, long-term false advertising by the local franchise. This is 100-percent illegal. I am reporting this location to 7-11 corporation, the Better Business Bureau and to Fountain Police Department for investigation.

The gas pumps need to authorize $100 before purchase. This means that if you have less than that in your account, your card will be declined.

I dont go to this store in the evenings so Im not sure about the staff during those times...but I do go here nearly every morning and Im here to tell u the staff is fantastic during the morning!!! The young black kid is my favorite! He always greets my son and I and he just helps brighten our mornings!!! Sorry I dont member his name :0(! There is also a young white kid that is super nice as well! These guys sure do have a hell of a work ethic for todays new working generation, for that I want to thank them & their parents! The owners are very polite and are not afraid to work either!! As for Steve, he is just a kick in the a$$! Thanx guys for doing such a great job and being such a great team! The guy that works there had an attitude! I didn’t even get a name he did not have a uniform or name tag on he wasnt even color coordinated with their uniform colors! Very unprofessional! And i cashed in some scratch tickets i was supposed to get $25 back but he only gave me $19 even tho the lotto screen said i won $25!!! Poor management never again!

I will stop in here from time to time for a refill of coffee or other items. Staff is already friendly and will greet you. Quick service assuming there isnt a ton of people that all come in at the same time.

Went to go get gas sign said 2.47 but was charged 4.49 2 cents of gas I more then you think

The guy that is usually there around 4am or 5 is hilarious. Donuts and coffee are always fresh. Did have one instance of realizing my milk was experied after I bought it and left though.

The manager? Alan is an ASS. Cussing out customers and employees both. Rude nonstop to everyone who even asks a basic question for help. Has zero care about anything except put money into his hand quickly and then just go away.

This is usually one of the better places to get gas in this area because they usually have a lower price than the other gas stations. They also have good coffee and cheerful employees.

Every time we go into this location at night and ask for a certain brand of cigarettes, the older gentleman with glasses (doesnt wear a name tag often so I dont know his name) has a different name for them. If I ask you for Camel Crush Blue, there shouldnt be any argument about what I want. There are three different camel crush types. Every time we go in for them he says, These arent camel crush blues. These are just camel crush. Well when I ask for camel crush like he wants me to, he hands me the WHITE BOX. Tonight he went as far as arguing with me and my fiance and told my fiance he was ignorant and dumb. This man does not like his job, is rude to EVERY customer, and makes me hate giving my business to this store. Im tired of dealing with rude ass people. If you dont like your job or what it entails, give it to someone that would appreciate it. I shouldnt have to deal with this man every time I go into this store. He knows us by now, just give us what we want and let us get on our way. Im done with the blatant disrespect. We left all our things at the counter and walked out and went to the Kum and Go. .... we asked for Camel Crush Blue. ..and guess what?? They gave us camel crush blue without a problem. Imagine that.

This store is rated with 1 star for poor customer service. Im not sure of the mans title, but the person who rendered service on August 28, 2017 at 1:15p was extremely rude and belligerent toward a 69 year old woman. His comments were racist in nature and his behavior has been reported to corporate. I have read other comments on this store via social media and it appears to be an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed. This is a prime location with access to military and students at the local junior high and high school as well as other businesses in the area - a diverse population that is subject to abusive behavior from someone who has no respect for his customers.

Took the kids for 7-11 day. And they had ran out of small cups so no more free slurpees.You know this happens every year so next time you should plab accordingly.Not to mention the older bald guy behind the. counter was rude and nasty to the customers asking about the slurpees.

I have never been hear my self but my mom has. The staff is horrid . Dont even mint ion the fruit (rotting) . But every thing else was OK. I guess . So if you are big on respect go some ware else or deal with it.
