Estrella the technician, and Julie the pharmacist were excellent!

4 dollars a prescription bottle so they split it into 3 bottles to upcharge. Absolutely ludicrous. A company this big shouldnt have to scam.

I love this pharmacy! When I first moved to town I had some issues but since then they have kept some of their best people (Annie) and got rid of some others. I am happy to say now it is a pharmacy I can trust and more then that I prefer over so many others! They go out of their way to be kind and talk with you. I always am told about any new medications how to use them and what to look for. They are candid and answer all my questions as if they where helping a friend! I am thankful that i came back and I am here to stay!

Never enough staff. If you have a script for pain meds, they grill you incessantly about why you need the pain meds the doctor prescribed and violate HIPPA laws by demanding to know what surgery you had and when. They LIED and told me my insurance wouldn’t cover my pain meds when it was really just their policy that I couldn’t have what my doctor prescribed - I know because I checked with my insurance. If they refill a script and you don’t pick it up, they still count it against your refills (which I have since found out is ILLEGAL). They’ve also refused to transfer one of my scripts to a new pharmacy. NEVER USE WALMART PHARMACY!!!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could! I left the hospital and immediately went to Walmart to fill my script for my pain meds after my c section. I was told the doctor only sent me ibuprofen. I told them no she didn’t, they said sorry. I left in agony, called my dr first thing and she said she sent them both and would resend, if I had any more issues with it she would call up there. As I’m sitting on NICU in absolute pain day 4 post a major abdominal surgery.. my husband calls to tell me they are HARASSING him asking him why I needed Percocet, what surgery did I supposedly have.. if I wasn’t sitting in NICU with my extremely ill daughter and in as much pain as I was I can tell you right now I would have ripped this “pharmacy tech” a complete new one. It came from a OBGYN TWICE, do you think maybe I don’t know... a woman could have had an emergency life saving surgery!? The ignorance is astounding with this one.

Seriously changing pharmacys... there is NEVER enough help... to get any information on a prescription that THEY messed up youre seriously have to wait ON HOLD for 20 mins. To wait IN STORE 60 minutes going back and fourth!!!! People need their prescriptions for a reason!!!!! this is crap already

Everyone is always helpful and works hard to maintain balance in a very busy environment.

The cashier were excellent, the reps at the drop off were excellent Cynthia, Ilmer, Lisa and your pharmacist Annie was great. Thank you.

The pharmacists are always friendly and professional ( I never experienced any rudeness) been going there for years.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Estrella in this pharmacy should not be in a customer service position under any circumstances! She has hassled my elderly relatives to the point that they would rather skip their medications than deal with her! I volunteered to pick up and drop off, so they could be spared the hassle; and just today she treated me with complete disrespect! I cant believe these people get away with treating people this way! My family will not be back thanks to Estrella!

Cashiers usually overworked, sometimes rude, very aware of being accused of being so and act like customers are stupid, usually. Pharmacists are professional, kind, knowledgeable.

Long waits, rude employees. Never saw any of them go out of their way for good customer service.

Too often I have trouble getting meds filled. Many times no calls made to tell me that there was a problem with a refill until I get there.

The waiting in line is ridiculous . Theres 9 people behind the counter. But only one that is actually ringing people out.

This place is a joke, and all the employees at this pharmacy are rude........... I will be switching my prescription to somewhere else after today..........

Extremely rude staff. Thought it was an isolated experience, so went back. Nope, second and third were the same. Moving on.
