I waited for 2 hours at the curbside pick-up for 6 items. Many other customers came after me and left before me. I talked to one of the associates and they stated that my order wasnt complete yet and they were tracking down my items as we spoke. I felt ill that day but i might as well done my shopping myself to avoid waiting so long. I will not choose curbside at this store.

The store is looking better, with the new floor, it seems cleaner. Just wish the associates were friendlier... it does make a difference in the experience if someone greets you.

I keep having this issue with their Walmart order pickers. Like, WHYYYY are you gonna give me chips as a substitute for milk? There has to be literally any other milk available that would have been a better choice. Thankfully I wasnt working and caught the edit time ine frame but its getting a bit ridiculous. Please make sure they use, well, common sense to pick next time please.

I pay $12.99 per month for a Walmart+ membership to have orders delivered to my house. I placed an order on Sunday for delivery Monday morning between 9 and 10. I was called and informed it would be late and they had no idea when it would arrive. It is now Tuesday afternoon and still no order, which means no lunch for my kids. This is unacceptable. Dont order from this walmart.

Ive been waiting for over an hour in the curbside pickup for my groceries when THEY told me to come pick them up lol then I called and got hung up on by a little girl claiming her name was “beyonce” girl you wish 💁🏻‍♂️

It took 3 visits and waiting over 2 hrs each visit to get my order. Somehow the delivery order was changed to a pick up? When I arrived home, I see the cold medications and can opener (reason for placing the order) are missing. After 10 or more attempts to reach someone over the phone w long hold times, I was finally given the correct customer service number, the 3rd number I’ve been given.In five minutes or so I was told I’d be refunded the missing items ($75). Now I see from email that my refund is about $30 short ($43). Terrible experience.I noticed cars all around me getting their orders after arriving 1 & 2 hours after me. The 2 employees I spoke to about this said they have no idea why this is happening and showed me a list with my name at the top. I had called at 9am to confirm it was ready for pickup and the employee said she was looking at it, it’s ready.Technical problems are totally understandable, but to string me along more than 6 hours over 2 days and STILL not give me what I’ve already paid for is inexcusable. We’re sick rn and I had 1 kid throwing up while the other had to pee in a cup, or we lose our spot on the 3rd try to pick up. That location is missing leadership and guaranteeing negative employee/customer interactions. Try anywhere else first.

Very clean and organized. One of the best Wal-Marts Ive been in. Friendly staff greets you throughout the store. Shelves were surprisingly full!!

Ice machine out no warning had already purchased 2 bags. I was told by a lady with a long single braid, I should have asked if they had ice. Need some better way of handling situations that cause an convenience to your customers.

LOTS of people not wearing masks. Everything is always easy to find. Workers are usually really nice. Check out is really fast. Only downside is the people not wearing masks right now, especially with the COVID variants.

I love this store but had to wait over 40 minutes for an employee to get a product from a locked cabinet for me. However, once I found a very nice young man in electronics he was extremely helpful and renewed my good opinion of this store... The ladies in toys that said theyd help and left me standing, not so much

Dusty from floor construction. Alll of the produce had dust on it. There was a fog of dust in every food section. Why arent you turning off the air return vents? It makes 0000 sense to section off an area of floor construction by huge plastic curtains and not turning off the air vents for return air...it just blows the dust everywhere...also having such construction during open hours and during a time noooo one cares about new floors...instead we need people to stock the shelves and service people at the registers.

Just a quick in and out with my daughter. Store was clean and organized throughout. We were able to find what we needed quickly and bolt.

My experience has always been a quick one. Things can be found fairly easily, although they change up the layout often. Walmart pay is the only mobile payment accepted, but otherwise ordering via the app and picking up via your selected day/time is very efficient.

Great staff, very clean and the people at checkout are very pleasant which is almost unseen in this time and age and it’s refreshing to see that.

Very large store so it never seems crowded..staff readily provided motorized cart for me..they even lead me to the aisle Im looking for..sales pretty good, .could do better on meat prices.More expensive than where I moved from in Tn..They have a vast & wonderful selection of foods, sometimes its difficult to choose due to the many options they offer....Friendly staff who readily assist shoppers..I wish we had this Walmart when I lived in Tn..lol....if I return I may pack this great Walmart with me.!...⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⚘❤❤❤❤

We literally had to wait 30 minute to check out the cologne. When I got the manager to have him open the case he said there was only one person with the cologne case key! Being the manager you would think he will have access to every case and he acting like he didnt even care Worst set up and by far the worst manager I have ever encountered

The online pickup site is getting better slowly everyday now. I dont know if it was from constant reviews or what but theyre now having more employees in that section that helps with online pickups, especially doordashers. Shoutout to Jazmine working in that section for grabbing my order ASAP. I didnt wait that long to get the order too thanks to her speed and getting the order to me immediately after arriving to the store. I probably was there for a good 10 minutes or less and thats what us Dashers need to help us not lose money and especially our time! Thank you, Jazmine!! Keep up the good work!

I love Walmart so much that I was born shopping there. Love everything about it and. How I can easily know where everything is at. I just pray that I get this job for night stocking because I never had a job in my life. Now I really want one that fits me because I love organizing and fixing stuff specially when I have anxiety so it would be a smooth night.

I sat for over 30 minutes waiting for a pickup order. They extended the number of pickup parking places to 14 but dont seem to have enough personnel to be able to provide a timely service.

Team Lead Luis (I hope I remember that correctly) was so helpful! He cut fabric for me and was taking care of several things at the same time. Hes a huge asset to Walmart! I hope he gets his car fixed.

Did a curb pick-up it didnt show ready but grabbed food and was gonna sit and eat while i waited for the time to catch up. Didnt even get the food open and a employee was at the window asking my name, next thing I know a different one is putting everything in my car. I didnt even get to eat. So breakfast had to wait. Never complain about something being done earlier than I expected.

Being that this Walmart location is one of the newer ones in Colorado it is by far one of the busiest Walmart I have been into.

I wish i could give this store 0 stars. The pickup and delivery is a joke from here. I made a two hundred dollar purchase and still no refund for my canceled order.

This review is just of the continuous outstanding service and customer care provided by the Walmart associates, especially those in the pickup/delivery department. I would like to specifically point out that Veyonce is an absolutely phenomenal asset to the Walmart team and has been really great at taking care of customers. All of the associates are working so hard, and while things have been a little slower than usual - they are communicating effectively with customers to let them know what’s going on with orders. I truly appreciate the kind and honest communication from manager, Chris, and each associate that I have spoken with over the past week!

Order pickup is a huge waste of time, the workers are incredibly slow getting your order out. I say here for over an hour and a half and still waiting for my order. My delivery is already an hour and 13 minutes late already and I haven’t left the parking lot yet. Overall, not enthused

I came in a few days ago right after 10pm in need of a thermostat. A young guy named Damien...maybe spelled different....helped me. You can tell he was already off or on his way to clock out but he still took the time to not just point me in the right direction, this guy actually walked me to the item. Turns out it was a vehicle thermostat that I needed and not the one for the house that he took me to, so he then laughed with me and took me to where the vehicle ones WOULD be if they were on an isle. Turns out you can only buy these when that auto counter is open...but the kid blew me away with his sense of humor and dedication to getting me what I needed. Someone did a great job raising him and hes bound to be an awesome employee. If you dont pay him enough, Ill be GLAD to hire him for my repair shop because good help like that is hard to find and impossible to train. Now if only I could find the phone I lost there that night...🙇

Not my usual Walmart however my wife and I went in here around 10 one evening. The store was very clean, the staff very friendly. We went just to look around. They had a lot of different things that other stores dont have. Im definitely going back shopping there. Will let everybody know what I think.

Went for my pick up order and the online system crashed or something. They couldnt cancel my order through customer service, they referred me to the app. But couldnt cancel my order on the app either. No one knew how to cancel the order either. Left my order number with customer service, they said they would cancel my order. But they didnt. Got a text 5 hours later that my or was ready for pick up. Just crazy!

I always have issues with this Walmart pickup. Today it was so bad I called their customer service to find out when my pickup order would be ready and they transferred me four times. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service. I will definitely go to the venetucci Walmart in future. They have amazing staff and are always on time.

I dont typically rate grocery stores however, this particular Wal-Mart just... sucks. Especially the produce. Its the closet Superstore to me and yet I find myself travelling to a farther one just to avoid coming here. The things I need are rarely in stock and the shelves are messy, disorganized. Actually, the one on Venetucci has recently been messy and disorganized too. Maybe its a Wal-Mart thing... I dont know. I try to shop elsewhere.

Gotta love Walmart. This location surprisingly doesnt have an overbearing amount of security and feels like a shopping experience, rather than a prison years, like other Walmarts can tend to be in less fortunate neighborhoods.

Great experience with pickup here. They were polite and quick. Only issue was stock is hard to find here. Overall I hate going into this store as customer service had been bad, their stock isnt accurate and Ive had many bad experiences here.. but this last pickup was that good.

The store is clean and well-stocked, theres plenty of parking, and once youve shopped there a few times the layout makes finding stuff a whole lot easier. The store clerks are helpful, courteous, and handling the health crisis with smiles while staying vigilant. Its a one-stop shop for those of us who dont like shopping at 4 or 5 different stores to get all we need at a cost that fits our budget.

Curbside pickup is definitely a blessing. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because more so than not I have to check my bags before leaving. Numerous occasions weve gotten home and have been missing items.

Always looks like everything has been picked over. I dont understand why they are always stocking in the middle of the day. There are pallets everywhere all the time. Good luck finding bread.

I just wanna say Kame from the night shift inventory stocking in the frozen isles was such a huge help. Hes very nice and I appreciate him going above and beyond trying to find specific ice cream bars for a family trip I am going on. Thanks for making this trip special. It was important I had the disney mickey ice creams for a disney trip as a surprise. So the fact that he was willing to help me out with that really made my whole night complete.Last I will mentionJennifer up front next to the scan and go machines. She said have a good night and I was pretty happy about that too. Night crew is flawless! Thanks for the great short and sweet trip to Wal Mart. Theres just something different about this Walmart that I like. It seems to have items other Walmarts do not, even though it appears to be a smaller store than others. It was also pretty well stocked for Christmas already. It also had a self driving robotic floor cleaning machine roaming around the store which Ive never seen before.

Out of 30 Check outs ONLY 2 accept CASH and the lines were 10 people deep. I talked to the Manager and she said its due to the voin shortage.SURPRISE! I went to Safeway and ALL CHECK OUTS WERE CASH APPROVED!I will be calling WalMart Corporste! This is soo wrong!
