Everyone involved with the repairs to my vehicle, from Rob to John Churn to Donna at the front desk, were extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. My truck was left spotless and all work was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I will recommend them anyone and everyone.

I have called and reported that their drivers continue to drive on Brook Street in Holliston and Sherborn at high speeds and completely ignoring the posted NO THROUGH TRUCKING signs clearly visible at either end of the street. My elderly parents and my family, to include my children live on this street. Their drivers continue to make it a dangerous and unsafe road to live on.

After being in my first car accident, I was scared enough and didnt know what to do and with my parents not in the area it was so comfortingto have the team at Exceptioal Auto Body. They truly treated me like their own. Shawn not only helped me by explaining everything step by step, but he also helped me keep the costs at a minimum as I expressed how stressed I was being only 23 and in grad school. Along with that, everyone there expressed care, concern and the compassion I needed to make sure my car would be fine and I wouldnt be screwed over. Even with getting my rental they talked me through the process! And my car came out great only a week later!

I had to call AAA and exceptional showed up at my home. The tow (flatbed) operator was on his phone the entire time. He wanted me to drive my car onto the flatbed. I asked him 3 times to winch it o to the flat bed as is normal. He said “drive” I attempted to knowing o had to in one move as being a manual is I stop I risk clutch damage. He yelled “ stop as I was half way up. Then screams “gooo” I burned my clutch. This is not illegal but for liability owners are not supposed to load a vehicle . If I had crashed or stepped off the flatbed and broken my leg? Also the driver left fast and left a compartment open and tools fell out all over my driveway. I’ve contacted exceptional and was told a manager would call me back and no one ever didHorrible

This place is absolutely amazing! I got a bunch of quotes for a paint and bumper replacement in the area and Exceptional Auto Body was the only one that was straightforward. They didn’t try to sneak anything additional in or push me to go through insurance. Not only that but the job came out fantastic and it was done within my time frame. I would highly recommend this place I will definitely be using them in the future!

Referral via Geico, Sean and his team did truly exceptional work, Donna at the reception provided excellent communication with superb professionalism, the collision repair at none of my fault went smooth and painless. They even took care of low tire pressure that I had forgotten to mention, so it came as surprise when inside and outside were not only polished but the minor thing like that was well taken care of. It feels great to have an auto body shop I can consider going back to. Great job!

Their towing service was employed to tow my car through AAA. The license plate and the lower grill were lost in the process (my bumper was already broken, but the parts were still attached). When I called them and asked them about my parts, they told me to call AAA. When I asked them isnt it dangerous to have parts fall off during driving, they told me they dont know what I am talking about and never to call the place again. At the end the manager yelled at me. If you guys feel like I offended you somehow, feel free to respond and I will call back to apologize and update this review. But this is what actually happened, and I am extremely disappointed with this service. Also disappointed with AAA, who told me that parts flying off of a towed truck on a highway would be just one of these weird things and nobody would be responsible for it, I dont know whether to laugh or to cry here

My wife hit a pothole earlier and caught two flats on one side in her Audi. Jason came out through AAA and was the nicest tow guy I’ve ever dealt with. Her car is lowered which most tow guys flip out over but Jason didn’t. He was careful and delivered it without any damages or scratches, despite me telling him I was prepared for some. I’ve been in the auto business a long time and have dealt with most tow companies surrounding Boston. I’ll definitely be calling on exceptional next time I need a tow. If the owner(s) read this, keep this guy around!

If i can give a 5 star for front desk I will because they were awesome and very nice, but the person who was dealing with my car did a bad job.. told him about a few light not working after the accident, told me that has nothing to do with the accident, i was not satisfied on the job they did on my bumper, they did a bad job with matching the color with car.. and just did a bad job replacing the bumper, it was not put on correctly.. employee was giving me a hard time when I told him I was not satisfied, he kept telling me that my insurance was not going to have them change the color of my bumper, he was just awful.. will not be taking my car here again..

Appropriately named auto body shop. This place is solid. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I never worry about getting taken on cost of parts or labor. Its always fair, and the work is top notch. They always do a great job explaining whats needed, or the work theyve done, and then they execute quickly. Never a bad experience.

I called AAA to have my moms car battery jumped - the car had been sitting for several months. I knew AAA would handle my request, but what a pleasure when they sent out George from Exceptional Auto body. He arrived in less than 15 minutes, practiced COVID protocols, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. After diagnostics showed the battery needed replacement, he had to make arrangements to pick one up locally. Again, he was back quickly (yet he apologized for the delay). Great guy and great service. I called AAA for assistance when I ran out of diesel. Interestingly, AAA will not bring diesel (even though it is less volatile than gas) and they insisted on a flatbed. (My gauge was more accurate than expected, my bad.)I was in an inconvenient spot in Dover, so the incredibly quick response from Danny at Exceptional was really appreciated. Props to the Dover Police who were totally cool with the situation. Its great when people exceed your expectations. Thanks. Woody.

What a disappoint, their employee broke my window and affected my cars electronics. They denied responsibility after employee volunteered to pay for it. If given an alternative do it. Selfish business are manage by selfishness people.

They are always so amazing here, and last week i was suprised the oil change was only 35 dollars because when i go to fiat dealership it is usually 90, so i saved money tobuy kids food. Donna is always so nice and helpful, she is amazing!

Had a 9am appointment on a workday to drop off my car and wasn’t seen until 9:37am. Unprofessional place and would not recommend.

Had them fix damages through Geico for an accident. I also signed and opted for a deep shampoo interior clean, and asked for them to mount a tire for me, as well as do an inspection. All of which I opted to pay for out of pocket. The car took a week longer than expected, and they called asking if I wanted an inspection because it was expired, regardless of the fact I had requested that originally. Then they neglected to do my cleaning or tire mounting. I thought all the notes were clear on what had to be done. Customer service was good and friendly people. Over all damage repair seems to be okay. Not satisfied with the lack of service I received. I will not be returning for future needs.

They towed one of my family members cars, I contacted them to ask for information on how much it would cost to release the car, and the secretary who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not want to give me answers, until I told her I already spoke to the local police dispatcher ( who was very nice). I just dont understand how someone can be so rude over a simple phone conversation. I was very polite and simply responded with kindness.

Having a car accident is upsetting. Having to deal with the insurance company, autobody shop and rental car company only adds to the frustration. Not at Exceptional Auto Body in Framingham. After a recent accident, the insurance company gave me their preferred options, and I chose the one most conveniently located and I am so happy I chose them! Liberty Mutual contacted them, and when I stopped in to schedule a service, the owner came out and met me, looked at the car and offered to take it in immediately. They partner with Enterprise and had a rental car ready to go in minutes.Once my car was in their hands, I received email and text messages, giving me updates of where it was in their process, including an estimated completion date. They handled the interactions with Liberty Mutual.It took a week to order the parts, take the car apart, install new parts and paint the car. It was ready to pick up exactly as promised and came to me cleaner than when I left it. The car looks great, but the service was just as the name says – Exceptional! They treated me like a valued customer every step of the way. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will go back there without any hesitation.

Exceptional is exactly what they are! Rob Lopez and his staff did a wonderful job on our 2012 Nissan Rogue. We have always done business with them and wouldnt even think of going anywhere else! The entire front end of the vehicle all sheet metal etc., had to be replaced from a deer running into the vehicle. The vehicle came out perfect...Showroom to be exact. Runs, drives, looks and paint all match perfect from the day we bought it new. Thank you Rob and your Exceptional staff!

I had Brian come out to help with towing my buddy and I off Rt. 9 in Shrewsbury. He was prompt and very nice. The truck looked well taken care of, and since used to work as a tow operator in the past, I appreciated his outlook on safety as he did the proper 4 point tie down with chains/straps on my truck. Place is awesome. Workers are friendly front desk are very nice. The drivers are great and very friendly. These comments about theft are great because the gates are locked and have cameras all over the shop it looks like. I guess some people have their own opinions. At least they put actual triple A batterys not walmart specials

Donna is s gem and kept me informed and was so nice, they do top of the line work, I met with the owner he looked at my car it was scheduled, done and painted and they did a fabulous job of detailing my car after it was done. Getting car repair is never fun, but being a Geico customer it was about as painless as could be expected. Great repair work and paint matching. The only downside was that I had to stay on top of the status updates as they werent communicated clearly towards the end of the repair process.

This is the only place I will bring my car for work not covered by warranty. I cant tell you how many times Ive tried to get a car repaired elsewhere and been taken advantage of for not being a car expert myself or just made uncomfortable. You will never have those issues at Exceptional, every person who works there is extremely friendly and straight forward and will fix what you need without charging for excess.

I was recommended this place by the insurance company and went there as they kept insisting that its one stop shop where i can drop the car and pick up the rental and not worry about other thing. they are the worst place someone can recommend and the person assisting was a nightmare and would ask one question and vanish for 5 minutes and eventually he dares to tell me i am out of time and need to come back. What the hell, stay away from this place, if they cant even do a decent job at intake i doubt they would do any good to my car. there are many better smaller autobody shops who will do good work and provide good service.

Please please go somewhere else for towing. I got my car towed through AAA plus and this was the tow company that it was towed through. The driver left my car in Worcester on Park Ave close to Clark University with car unlocked and keys in driver’s seat in clear site. They were instructed to put keys in drop box and lock car. Drop box is very, very close to where car was left. When I called to make complaint on the driver’s negligence they told me they are not responsible for what happens after they leave the car. The driver was very negligent and caused over $200 worth of stuff to be stolen from my car. The car was towed to a transmission shop which has a drop box. I’ve never heard of a driver being this negligent. The company will not own up to their drivers mistake and what it has caused me. They just repeat “we are not responsible for what happens after our drivers leave the vehicle”. My family’s cars has been towed many times by other company’s who take the two seconds to get out walk 5 feet to key drop box at shops. Their driver’s negligence has now costed me over $200 of goods to be stolen from my car. If my car had a working transmission, the car itself would have been stolen. Please go somewhere else where their drivers care and understand how a car should be left so this doesn’t happen to you too. Please. AAA is currently investigating and a police report has to filed. Go somewhere else so you know you car is being left in good hands.

If I could rate a 0, I would have. I went here after being rear ended because my insurance company suggested it. I wanted to clean my car out before hand but they said not to worry. I ended up leaving medication in my car but luckily had an extra refill and used that while my car was in the shop. I was happy that they were timely and cleaned my car. However, they stole my medication. I dont know what to do other than to warn people that this establishment is employing thieves and drug addicts!!

My car got hit by plow which caused some serious damage. Geico said to go to Exceptional Autobody so that’s what I chose to do. Not only did they do an excellent job on my car, they cleaned the inside, they must have cleaned the outside a little because it was shining, and I have to check but I’m pretty sure they painted over a dent on my rim for me so it wouldn’t be as visible. Donna works behind the counter and she is just a lovely person. Sean leads the fixes and he did a great job. Definitely recommend it!

Have needed AAA service twice in the last month. Both times exceptional was dispatched to assist me and on both occasions the drivers trully were exceptional. They were prompt in responding and very professional. Both drivers went out of there way to help and try and save me money. The first driver responded to my flat tire and i was unable to access my trunk to get my spare rather than just hook me up and go like most places would do the driver was able to get my trunk open and even installed my spare for me. Great company and great service people.

Stay away! Stay far away! Their attention to customer service is horrible! If I could give zero stars I would! I had called ahead of time to make sure I could stop by to get a estimate - informed them that I would be there in about an hour and a half. I drove almost an hour to get to them. When I got there I was told, sorry the guy who does the estimates is not here. I asked them why they told me to come then and they looked at me with a blank stare!! They didnt offer any solutions, or work around or acknowledgment of how they were wrong. If this is their respect of my time and needs and I havent even started doing work with them, god help me if I did business with them! - when quite frankly I am stuck with them at that point!

Service was excellent, I was treated very professionally. Sent me text alerts everyday on updates to my repair, Ray Beaudreault was a true gentlemen during the whole process. Repairs were top notch, I especially loved the fact that after the repair my car was waiting outside fully detailed WOW.Thank You again exceptional, my experience was one that I will never forget.

I read the other reviews and was a little skeptical at first. But I decided to go with them anyways as they work with Geico and had the most flexibility on schedule. Not only did they fix the car but they were nice enough to do additional work on the car for me, which was not being paid by the insurance company, for free. Oh and they cleaned the car also for me.

They did a nice repair job from a car accident. Only reason not 5/5 is because after their work, some slight electrical problems have been happening with my new car so I had to go back to have it fixed and oddly one issue they cant fix. They said I need to contact someone else about the other electrical problem, which didnt occur until after my car repair.

I have been a customer for many years. My experience ranges from normal maintenance, just getting an inspection sticker and oil change, to a full bodywork one side of my Toyota Sienna- after the car almost rolled into a mill pond. Years ago my 12 year old Plymouth Voyager made bad motor sounds which I ignored as long as possible, finally I brought the car in, fully expecting to hear bad news. I got charged $2.50 for capping up my oil, and scolded about getting the oil levels so low, The reason for the sounds of the motor was a detached air hose.The reason why I am writing a review now is that I brought my husbands car in last week because the catalytic heat shield had rusted off.Exceptional could have charged me for an expensive repair, instead the answer was: you do not really need the shield, safe the money.

Hi,I’m not really one to leave reviews, but I had a really bad experience with the woman answering the phone at 10:30 PM on Sunday 8/4/19. She was really unkind and rude.I’m stuck with a flat tire in an unfamiliar place and I just wanted to see how much longer the wait was going to be (I’m fine with waiting and I try not to be rude, I work on the phones as a customer service representative too!) Her answers were rude and her tone was filled with attitude.If she reads this: I’m sorry if you’re having a rough day, but think about the customer’s situation and how rough my day might be. It would have made my current situation less tough to have a nice exchange with you.Btw I’ve already been waiting here in a random parking lot for over an hour! I wouldn’t call just 10 minutes into waiting.

Cracked mirror (said it was there prior to accident and thus would not fix) and scrapes all along the inside of my vehicle. That along with missing parts underneath my hood and dirty seats from the repair men! I cant believe that these people would give me my car back like this!!!! I am filing a report with the BBB, this is insane!

Good group of people who are there to help you and relieve stress from having a accident or mechanical problems with your car or truck. They been around for a long time. Im sure they do good by most people needing the services they offer. With the amount of work that goes through them some are not happy. As the saying goes you cant make all the people happy all the time.The largest body shop in the area. They offer AAA services and I request them over the others all the time.Henrys Towing has destroyed a vehicle of mine in the past and I wouldnt recommend my enemies even to use them. Actually I think AAA should remove them from their association.

My boyfriend brang his car here after an accident and the auto adjuster told him that the accident didnt cause certain damages ... that we needed to pay out of pocket for a new estimate...These people are snakes and they also pay carwise to pump up fake reviews of themselves. Word of caution.....expect for them to lie about what was caused by the damage from the accident and what was not!

I would not recommend this place. Car was fixed thru insurance and left my exhaust pipes covered and making my car melt. Did not notice until 7 months later.

Worst place ever. Came to pick up the car on Saturday and they said they were closed and I couldnt pick up the car. Here on Monday and now they are telling me I can pick up the car but its 100 dollars more. The woman whos in charge is rude and she kept saying she has been doing this job for years and thats how it is. I just dont understand how business can rip people off and still be in business.

I had a dent repaired there and there was a little problem with paint and when I called and mentioned it they were pleasant and took care of it right away with no hesitation THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Although my car was finished six days after the original estimate... this couldnt have been a smoother experience. I hit a deer. I have Geico. Geico arranged the tow. Exceptional Auto sent text updates throughout the repairs and included photos. Pickup was a breeze when they finished.

Work was excellent, staff was helpful - they worked with my insurance co. so I didnt have to do much; they arranged for a rental car and even faxed the estimate to the other drivers insurance co. There was a little confusion in the beginning about getting the appraisal, but I blame my claims adjuster for some of that.

I waited long enough to calm down and re-evaluate, but can not help it. After a tree branch hit the hood of my car, damaging windshield and driver mirror in the process my insurance recommended this place. They made a lavish estimate which insurance agreed to pay. What can go wrong? Everything. Repair was delayed and required multiple calls to speed up. Different persons on the other end were not always on the task. Quality control is absent. I am not a car body pro, but noticed multiple problems in minutes. Criss-crossing wipers, sticky band leftover on the roof, misalligned hood, mismatching paint, heavy hood did not popup, missing stickers. Later I discovered the door handle sensor can not operate the lock and replaced mirror was shaky and without heat. I had to come back multiple times, spent hours on the phone to resolve these issues. In the end I had to let it go with the paint mismatch. I am simply amazed at how expensive job can go so wrong.

They never call to give regular updates to customers about the repair status of their cars. They just send confusing text messages. The car also wasnt fixed completely after they returned it to me a day late than was expected.

This place is absolutely the worst place Ive ever been to!!! It has taken 3 weeks to fix a minor scratch on my car and put a new tire on. I am furious at how EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW this auto body shop is!!!! First off my car got towed there on April 10th and they said that my car will be ready in one week. when I called them on the 9th day one girl said it was finished. When I went to go pick up the car on the 11th day a person there said that it wasnt going to be ready till the 25th and then they changed the date to the 27th. When I called them on Friday April 27th to see if my car was done they said they discovered a front left axle needed fixing so Im supposed to pick it up on tues MAY 1ST...this place is shady and fraudulent dont ever bring your car here...they try to milk the insurance company, they do not inform you of any extra work being done, and they have terrible customer service...Geico referred me to this shop and I will never again go there even if it is the last shop on earth!!!

Claim was done through GEICO. GEICO has an office inside the shop and are very nice. Didnt really deal with the shop people. Got my estimate online and a call when the car was ready for pickup (within timeframe). Repair was %98 perfect from the outside. I was surprised to see a 3FT long foam insert on the front passenger seat, that probably should have either been tossed or installed. I didnt bother getting an explanation on that. I saw my 3rd row seat was put to use, and to my happy SURPRISE only 1 extra mile on the odometer! So a few of the techs prob piled in it for a lunch run. They fixed an existing small dent that was rusted on an area of the vehicle close to the new damage, which made me happy. Overall, Im happy and would go back. Theres more good to be said about this place than bad.

This company deserves negative stars. They destroyed my vehicle and I had to bring it to another Auto body for fixing. The attitude and disrespect from the staff here is on another level. Im surprised theyre still in business and not in jail.

Hacks. Car went in after a small accident. Forgot to put the emblem on the hood, found a chunk of wood from the accident still stuffed between the rim and tire causing a leak, also they must of misplaced the license plate the first time hence the miss drills behind the plate. The headlights gather condensation. There is an antifreeze leak after the fact. The fenders and hood were thrown together. I am not a fan of this place and do not recommend it

Tow driver speeds up to cut off our van, how about a little courtesy on the road.

Brought in my car after an accident and advised that the heat was not working any longer. I was not told at any point that this was an issue in any of the updates I received. Fast forward to them telling me my car is ready for pick up and lo and behold the heat still does not work. People working at the desk have no notes about this and have to call the repairer on his cell at his home. I get told that the damage was not covered by insurance and they could do an estimate if I wanted repair. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I ALREADY PAID THEM AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM MORE TO FIX THE ISSUE I TOLD THEM ABOUT TO BEGIN WITH. BECAUSE YOU KNOW IN A MASSACHUSETTS WINTER YOU DONT NEED HEAT RIGHT? These guys are snakes that dont bother to tell you if there is an issue. Never use this place.
