After I got into a minor fender bender, I took it to them the same day. They were easy to deal with. They explained the issues, gave me a quote, and were able to take the car the next business day. When they needed an extra part, they absorbed the cost themselves.

A week ago I brought my CRV passenger side door damaged and I couldn’t even tell they fixed so well and fast! Took my 2004 WRX there for a full body paint job.Car was returned to me unsatisfactory. No gas cap. rear trunk was not sealed received water damage. Never heard anything from management as far as taking care of damages.All in all I pay $5,800 and very unsatisfied customer. Beware.

Since this was my first accident, I didnt know which body shop to use and randomly picked Pro Shine. I can say it was the best service/experience you could receive. I have had to use Pro Shine a few times, as I have had multiple people hit me in my new vehicle twice since I got it. Every time I went to Pro Shine and every time they were professional, on time, and always did a really really good job. The most recent visit (8/6) I picked up my car and it looked like a brand new vehicle off the lot, the inside was cleaned and detailed and the outside was amazing. Just picked my car up after having them fix my dented bumper and cracked tail light (backed into a pickup truck!) They not only had offered me the best price, they were done a day earlier than they estimated, my bumper looks like new, AND they detailed my car for no extra charge! As someone who has paid to have my car detailed before, and who really tries to take care of my car, that was such a nice touch. Hoping I dont need an auto body shop to repair a dent again soon, but I would only go back here. Highly recommend!

After getting into a car accident, which caused major damage to my rear bumper I chose Proshine to fix it. Some time in August 2020 I got my car repaired here for the first time. My car was in their care for about a week. They were very professional, kept effective communication with me through out the whole process, they immediately addressed any of my questionsand concerns. They even helped me insure a smooth process for my rental vehicle. When my car was ready to be picked up I was amazed by their work. My car looked brand new! They did a great job fixing the rear bumper, detailed and cleaned my car inside and out. I even felt like they took an extra step to fix and paint over minor scratches that werent part of my claim. Im glad I chose this autobody shop and if I ever need any other repairs I would gladly choose to go to them again

Simply the best auto body experience Ive ever had. Originally told me 3 days for the repair but then completed the work in 1 day - and then, as Im local, delivered the car back to me. And the work is perfect. Also offered me a discount on a rental car but didnt need to take advantage of it. And all of this was done with first-rate customer experience. Highly recommended.

This is by far the easiest and most convenient body shop ive ever used. I had two accidents this past summer and my car was fixed in under two days each time. Most body shops will store your car for a week, thats not the case here. They even drive you to the rental car place and can work around your schedule. The car came back good as new both times as well and it looked like there was no damage at all. Recently, i need a touch up and Marcelo (the owner) drove to my work and did it in five minutes without hesitation. I highly recommend using Pro Shine Auto Body, if youre looking for a quick turnaround.
