Highly recommend ! I live in North Carolina and my mother lives in Massachusetts . I called in on my moms behalf to help her get situated with her Kia Sorento . I was able to get assistance easily and efficiently from Peter . I understand it gets a little busy working via phone and 3rd party. Peter was understanding, patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist my mom. Everything was ready for her upon arrival and she is very satisfied with her vehicle. What seemed bothersome to other dealers, was effortless to Peter. She was in and out within the hour! Thank You for time and your help. She will be back in the future!

By far the best Car buying experience. The sales person Adam was very responsive and understood what exactly I wanted in my lease. The finance person, Peter was very knowledgeable and understanding. While another dealer tried to slap on a $6k markup, Lev Kia did not, and actually offered rebates from a starting price at MSRP. So refreshing to see a dealership that’s not taking advantage of customers right now.Ken Russian was a great salesman as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, as well as about the auto industry as a whole (he mentioned he’d been working there since before it was even a Kia dealership). I needed to sleep on the decision as well as discuss with family, so in order to ensure I had time to do so while keeping the car from being sold he offered to do a fully refundable deposit with a clause stating the contract was dependent on family approval. He made my decision much less stressful and actually worked with my needs.I’d highly recommend going to Lev, and particularly working with Ken.

I needed to turn in my lease, which I had originally purchased through another dealer in another state. Wanting something closer to home, I found Lev KIA. Adam was fantastic! He offered some of the best customer service I have had anywhere! He made the process so easy! He showed me how my new Sportage operated, went over all of the functions, asked if I had questions and then a few days later, he called to follow up just in case I did have questions. He was so personable and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with the whole vibe of this dealership. Everyone was pretty chill and very friendly. I am so happy to have a relationship with this particular dealership and specifically, having a contact there like Adam who is always so willing to be of assistance. Ill be a Lev KIA customer for life!

We all have time to make a complaint about the services we receive (or don’t) or the products we purchased, but time gets away from us when we are satisfied or receive outstanding service. I am guilty of that.I live in NH but purchased my Kia In MA. I have family and friends in Middlesex county, but the selling dealer is in Braintree. I have received good service from them, but it is truly out of my way.I contacted Lev Kia in September before a planned trip to visit family. I spoke to Warren and he was able to get me in, although it was rather short notice. When I arrived for my appointment Nick entered my information in the database, and showed me to a very nice waiting area. I had asked for a price for new wiper blades. He got the price and came to the waiting area, and I gave them the ok to install them. When they completed the service, he explained that they had also checked my tires and brakes, which required no action at this time. They all went well over and above my expectations and I am absolutely pleased with my experience that day. They have a new service customer in me!CA Ashley, Concord, NH

Friendly staff, clean waiting rooms (theres a main room, 2 quiet rooms and a kids room) clean bathrooms, they have coffee and tea for clients. Pricing isnt bad for a dealership.

Because of the car shortage I had no choice but to deal with some of the worst customer I could ever wish upon someone about to lease a car. And it is because they had a car, that I wanted, without a steep price increase that they get a second star. After signing a lease agreement on a Wednesday, an appointment was made for Friday to pickup the car. This pickup was cancelled on that Friday morning because they had not received the Certificate of Origin for the vehicle yet. At that point they said they would contact us at the beginning of the next week to let us know when the new pickup date would be. Beginning on the Tuesday of the next week I had to call them 4 separate times, and only on the 4th call did I not have to wait for a call back.We did get to pick up our new leased vehicle that we got a price we were happy about, but at the expense of customer service that will never ever bring me to recommend the dealership nor will I be doing follow up business with this dealership. They need to invest in customer service training of all of their employees.If you are forced to go there, I suggest you speak with Burt. He was indeed the lone employee to shine when it came to salvaging the contract we had signed before the cancelled pickup and 9 unnecessary phone calls (4 to the dealer, 3 returned calls, and 2 to my insurance company.)

Assisted my sister in a Sorrento reservation purchase. While other dealers in Worcester County wont budge from adding $3000 to sticker, Lev Kia allowed us not only to negotiate from sticker price but also gave an equity discount in our lease return based on its wholesale value. A very surprising and refreshing experience so far. Now awaiting Sorrento ETA to swap with another dealer for color of choice. Thank you Salesman Tony.

Highly recommend Lev Kia. I had already test drove a Sorento at another dealership, so I knew what I wanted. Did everything with Ken Russian over the phone, so all I had to do is show up on my pick up date (by appointment only, at this time), sign all paperwork with Peter in finance (who was great too), & drive my new car home. Ken is very great to work with, knowledgeable (he’s been at this dealership since it was a Chrysler Jeep dealership), easy to talk to, & fair when it comes to negotiation. The difference between Ken & other sales reps at other dealerships is that Ken actually wants to sell you a car, and he doesn’t play games.

You will not get a deal at Lev. You wont even get decent customer service, here (at least, not in the sales dept) and if you are being doted on, its because youre being taken for a ride and they dont want to lose the deal. I had leased with them previously was essentially ignored when I emailed inquiring about a new lease. I was told to call even though their website specifically stares their sales staff is happy to negotiate over email. After 2 weeks of back and forth on a terrible deal, Wagner was able to beat with 1 email, in 1 hour. I signed for the car the next day and picked it up the following Monday. Just to add, Ive used Levs service dept in the past and had zero issues.

We had a great experience at Lev Kia. Our salesperson, Ron, was helpful and not at all pushy. He showed us as many cars/colors as we wanted to see and gave us room to social distance while discussing financing options. The lease deal was considerably better than we had researched and all our down payment/monthly payment options were provided all at once to help make a decision without haggling. They also gave fair value on our trade-in. They registered and inspected the car on site, which saved the hassle of RMV and local gas station inspection.

Am hoping he retains my expectations when we finally get it:) . Have spoken to my friends/neighbors recently and have only heard good things about the dealership. I’ll update my experience about my next visit later this month…update (05/12) - It has been over 5 months since my custom order, Telluride SX model .. no response, no updates yet. Am very disappointed at this time :( Am hoping that with bad waiting experience, at least the dealership will match the MSRP as in Dec 2020 (i heard that there has been a price increase in Jan and probably one more in next 1-2 months by KIA). I hope that dealership gives a periodic updates to there customers also on the order status. thx

Kia financial department & sales are an absolute scam! They will screw your over the very last month of your lease! Beware!!! They decided to stop my autopays the very last month and sent me to collections screwing up my credit not allowing me to complete a purchase of my home. They didn’t let me know this would happen, when I signed the lease or even via mail once the lease was ending to give me a heads up. I disputed the charge since I had NEVER once had a late payment, they had access to auto collect every single monthly payment up until when they decided to simply stop that the last month of my lease return. KIA will screw you over! They are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with they are of no help. DO NOT LEASE WITH KIA.

I had a wonderful experience at Lev Kia of Framingham. My salesman, Ken, was very low key and helpful. I loved the car, the 2017 Kia Soul and he got everything done very efficiently and got me the deal and payment I wanted. Everything went smoothly and Sherman, the paperwork guy was really great. The only hitch was I had to go back for the sticker because all the guys were in a meeting when I picked up the car but I went back a few days later and they did it super fast. I love the car and am very happy with the dealership experience. They all went out of their way to be sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend them and go there again.

I recently purchased a new Kia Soul from this dealer. I am very happy and completely satisfied with the entire experience. My salesperson, Ken, was attentive and informative without being pushy. The actual purchase process was very smooth and required little effort on my part. They were very good at truly hearing all of my requirements and concerns and were diligent in ensuring that these were honored to the best of their ability. I live an hour from the dealer, and unlike other dealers in the past, they sequenced the process in a way that I didn’t have to return there repeatedly. When I picked up my car, a very nice and patient young man went over every detail of the car with me. He explained the onboard computer system in detail until I understood it and had no further questions – he never once rushed me. The car I traded in for this purchase was from a “sister” dealership of theirs, and I was also very happy with them when I purchased that used vehicle. The only thing I found slightly off-putting is that the actual showroom I did business in was physically not welcoming: there were only 2 small tables in the corners. It’s a relatively busy dealership with few salespeople, and while wait times were reasonable, I wasn’t particularly comfortable when I was waiting. Adjacent to this in another building (perhaps the service and parts area?) is a very nice area with refreshments and a children’s room. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Tony (sales) and Sherman (Finance) were efficient, and no nonsense. I called to inquire if they could match a Quirk Kia price for the same car. They obliged, and I was in signing the paperwork later that day. Both were professional, yet not stuffy. I called Lev Kia, Framingham, MA 01701 to inquire about leasing a Kia Stinger Micro Blue (VIN: KNAE25LA4J6037498). I specified them about the Amount that I am planning to put for a down payment as $1000 and monthly payments varied from $200 - 299, they immediately got rude and disconnected while I was speaking.I expected the salesperson (Mr. Ken) to be polite if he wanted to deny my offer and to be good of a salesperson and making me walk into his deal, but neither of that happened. I was flexible with my numbers, but he never even asked me that.

I decided to give leasing a shot and got the new KIA Telluride. Although I love the car, I am very disappointed with the sales team. I went in and negotiated the monthly bill and picked a model and color that I wanted. They had to order the car, when I went back in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car they then started tacking on extra insurance packages to the bill. 1, You would have thought that they would have gone over these during the initial visit so I could have been prepared to know exactly what my monthly bill was going to be. 2, I asked them multiple times about how leasing worked because this was my first and if there would be any other costs associated with it and they said no. Everything is included with the monthly bill. Well low and behold, I just received a bill with a property tax on it that I have to pay that is twice the amount of the monthly lease bill. Thanks LEV KIA. I will never recommend you nor will I ever go through you again. Ken Russian is a shyster!!

I dealt with Ken Russian over the phone and was able to get the terms and all fees to purchase the vehicle I wanted . I had already done my research and needed no further input on the Nero PHEV . I had gone through the typical dealer abuse at the biggest dealer in the area and was fully fed up with Kia and was ready to buy another brand . I am glad I gave Lev a shot because they were everything the other dealer was not . Lev matched the price from the other dealer and sold me a vehicle with 3 more options at the same price . I arrived the next day and the car was waiting for me to test drive . Ken gave me all paperwork I would be signing and the time to read it sitting in my car . I went inside and signed the deal and everything went EXACTLY as Ken promised . No surprises and no hidden fees . What breath of fresh air . The dealer in Quincy should take a lesson from Lev on how to sell a car to a serious buyer who doesnt like the crazy sales tactics !A first time Lev customer but definitely a repeat customer .

Purchased a 2019 Kia Forte S from Ken here, recently noticed I havent left a review. Ive been back several times to get oil changes and the such and the maintenance team led by Dimitri have been nothing but knowledgeable and kind and always have been earlier then what they say everytime. Everytime I go back Ken comes over to say hello and makes sure the cars running great (which it is, little thing is indestructible) and the tram there really made a difference.

Leased Sorento for really good price. Excellent service and the Sorento runs really well. I hope I can get a similar deal next time when lease ends. Best bang for the buck.

This was my 8th car purchase in my life. On a visit to relatives in CA a few months ago we experienced our first KIA ride. So when my girlfriend needed a car, we stopped by LEV KIA after two weeks of looking at others. Instead of one, we ended up buying two cars. We liked the product, design, and the price but the dealership including everybody who touched us in the process were a joy to deal with. No high pressure tactics, no kids with sweaty hands telling you that they only get$200/sales, and then passing you to their manager who play games, etc. None of that. Tony, our salesman was wonderful, transparent, put his best offers forward up front, followed up on promises and was concerned that we have a positive experience. sales management, financing, parts have all been wonderful. I highly recommend both product and dealership.

This is the worst Kia I have ever been to. They don’t include any of the services other kias do. It’s the bare minimum service. Go to courtesy Kia in Attleboro, I had an infinite better time there, both in waiting for my vehicle to be ready and in the care shown to my car.

I had a wonderful experience at Lev Kia with Ken. Although I dont mind negotiating for a price, there was no need to a Lev Kia. The first quote I brought in for a 2016 Kia Soul was a great price, and Ken offered an additional $750 discount which I didnt realize I was eligible for. Straight, and to the point, but flexible for you if need be. If you are in the market for a kia, stop in and ask for Ken.

After calling Multiple Kia Dealers in the area looking for specific information about a 2007 Kia Rondo and basically being told to Dont go away Mad, just GO AWAY... I had the OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY to talking with Brad in Parts. Not only did he go the Extra mile, but he did not try and sell me a new motor but actually wanted to make sure I was taken care of. After everything was said and done, I did purchase a New Motor from Brad at a cost less than I could get a Used Long Block Motor. BRAD is the reason I will not go to another Kia Dealership in the area. HE has sold me on the Quality Service available at LEV KIA. THANK YOU BRAD....

We recently purchased a Sorento from Lev Kia. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable  Our salesman Ken, Burt, the manager and Dave in finance were all highly professional.  This is Not a high pressure place. They give you the info you need and you decide. They got us the car we wanted quickly and Ken set up our cell phone and went over details before we drove away.  Burt said call with any questions and I did, again very helpful.  I also needed to call Dave and he got right back to me.  We hate buying cars. My car was 16 years old and my husbands 9.  Our experience at Lev Kia was a pleasure. I recommend them!
