I am a single mom and cannot afford car repairs … and he always advises me on what the issue is and the most affordable way to get back on the road. Rose at the front desk is wonderful! Great job rebuilding my dodge durango transmission. No issues after 1000 miles. Its expensive but still good value to a dealership who wont fix anything,only replace. If your transmission fails, its going to be expensive either way and these guys know what they are doing. Good communication as well.

Bonded is simply the best auto service experience I have ever had. I brought my car here with mysterious, recurring issues. They always dealt with me kindly and fairly. I never thought I was being bullied or ignored. They fixed the problems and invited me back if anything else arose. Hopefully, there won’t be need to for a while, but if so, I won’t go anywhere else.

Very unpleasant experience dealing with Dave then one of the mechanics ( no I idea of his nam, he never introduced himself) proceeded to lie to my face saying that there was nothing worng and that it was ok for the input shaft to be wiggling and moving going into the front differential then when I got under there and showed him my self he stayed quiet then told me I dont work on big lifted trucks and you cant even trun the wheel (now thats understandable but do not just lie to my face I know what Im talking about). Then he told me he was going to go talk to Dave. ( I sat there for about 20 minutes no one told me anything I had to go in side and talk to him my self no one told me anything). I hear Mike is the owner and a good guy to talk to so if I could speak to Mike that would be awesome but I will not be coming back, Very very unpleasant experience!

Brought my car in for a transmission flush and received a call that it was finished 4 hours later. Very fast turnaround and customer service was excellent! I worked with Dave and Rose and both of them were great. I have never posted an online review like this but Bonded Transmission did an amazing job overall and I wanted to recognize that. Would definitely recommend them to other people, and would also go back again myself.

Bonded is always dependable, on time, and thorough. My last oil change (the Shamrock special) and general inspection,went very smoothly and was amazingly cheap.Over the years Ive brought 4-5 vehicles to Bonded for exhaust work, suspension work, tires,tune-ups,fluid changes and never been disappointed with the service, price or outcome. If you want it done right take it to Bonded Transmission.

Bonded Transmission is Great so far havent had the work checked yet. My engine light is still on Dave sed to bring it back. Dave is a terrific guy.

She provided direction and instructions to have my vehicle delivered to Bonded Transmission.I had AAA pick up my truck at my home and had it dropped off at Bonded Transmission on Beaver st in Framingham.The next day I called and spoke with DAVE who was absolutely pivotal in having the work done at their shop.He was very helpful in providing guidance, had a calm demeanor, and came across as friendly and honest.The work I had done was the installation of a universal joint, air filter and troubleshoot a transmission problem.Great Job! highly recommend!

Brought my car to bonded after the dealer telling me I needed to replace the transmission. Car is 2011 so I wasn’t going to have the dealer put in a brand new one. Dave gave me the options I had and he found a good used transmission with low mileage and a warranty. I was very happy with the level of professionalism and straight forward talk about those options. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done with them.

I own a ford with 140K miles and have ever been doing general repairs and service at Bonded. The support advisors and staffs are friendly and supportive. Each time I take my vehicle for regular maintenance such as oil change, my car comes out better than I had it. They run extra services like your washables and coolants refill, AC leak, tire and brake checks all for free. I prefer my maintenance done at Bonded Transmission than at my car dealer center. I highly recommend!

I had been referred by a friend to Bonded for service to my car a few years ago. I have never gone anywhere else since.It’s hard to find a mechanic that you feel trust for, This is one of those places. They are straightforward and honest. What I like best is that they usually give me an option of something less expensive if I can’t do a brand new part. I give them a full five stars!

Great shop very responsive and they dont rip you off. They could have easily taken me for $4000 and I would have never know but they fixed it for $300. The service advisors are friendly knowledgeable and responsive. I live 40 mins away but will still use them in the future.

I dont recommend, i paid 122 dollars for a diagnosis ford escape 2014, they said, they said i had to change the entire transmission, i disagreed and changed only the oil transmission in another workshop, now my transmission worked normal . they wanted me to pay 5200 dollars for another transmission. I think this is not correct...

Even though bonded wasnt able to fix my vehicle (a performance vehicle thats hard to work on). They took the time to look at it, and were very honest with me. They could have easily told me I needed a new transmission and fixed the problem, but because they could not 100% diagnose the issue they pointed me in the right direction instead of taking advantage of me. 5 Stars in my book!

This is my first review. I had to post this, I own a BMW X5 2013 Diesel. I got my brakes replaced, service done, glow plugs replaced( I wasnt able to find any local mechanic who was willing to do it, other than BMW authorized dealer), glow plug module replaced from these. I have to say they are very reasonable. Service is quick and so far very reliable. Leanna is great! she will keep you posted on text whats going on with the car, what needs to be done, and how much it will cost- parts and labor. These are my go to auto shop. I would say they get the job done on par with BMW authorized service center, but you pay half or less of what they charge. Will visit again if need be. Thanks guys! You are great.

Due to covid, had to wait in a rather dark office, but the work itself and the service was fine. Only slight problem: a small piece of a 2x4 was left under the body of my car, on top of the front tire. Must have been put there when the car was up on the lift. Did no damage, but was a strange sight!

I have had several excellent experiences with Bonded Transmission & Auto Repair. From winter tires to a brake job to an axle replacement, they have provided excellent and prompt service, going out of their way to accommodate me. The owner has even given me a ride when I dropped off my car. They have assessed my car, at no charge, for things that I was concerned about that turned out to be nothing to have to be serviced. They communicated with me before during after each visit. I will continue to rely on them to take care of my car.

Great, honest men and women working here. Flexible, dependable and knowledgable the staff give you options and advice that makes taking your car to the shop less stressful and often less expensive. When you have an emergency (Ive had a couple) and need things done they are there for you. Once, I had a nail in my tire and ran over to Firestone (where I had bought the tires) since it is slightly closer. First question they asked: do you have an appointment? No, no I dont my tire is going flat didnt expect to be here this morning. Their reaponse: cant get to it today, call tomorrow and make an appointment. WHAT? Called Dave at Bonded...he said bring it by right now-- within a half hour they had me back on the road. I know places get backed up, but my experience with Bonded has been exceptional and customer focused....they look at the whole picture and prioritize the right things. And they will pull their oil change guy to fix your tire in 20 minutes when you are in a jam. That is taking care of the customer, and that is what I appreciate about the men and women who work at Bonded.

Went in for replacement of a neutral safety switch. They were able to save the valve body on a 2008 Wrangler and save me abotu $600. Great group of people.

I have a 2002 4Runner with more than 247K miles that had been sitting for almost 3 years. I asked the crew at Bonded transmission to take a look and advise me if it was worth fixing. I was about to leave on vacation, and they were flexible and accommodating to my schedule. While I was halfway around the world, Leanna was able to send me a digital inspection complete with pictures of problems and their recommendations. I admit, the car was a huge project and I had a budget, but they helped determine what needed to be fixed to make the car legal to drive again, while also treating my money as if it was their own. I even noticed a custom wiring job they did just to get my lights to work — a job I had given up on long ago. I am so thankful and impressed by their expertise and diligence to get the job done. Thank you Leanna and team! I can’t thank you enough for the new life you’ve given my 4Runner. I never expected the whole situation to be as smooth as it was and turn out as great as it did!

I have been going to Bonded for over 5 years and they always take good care of me. They found and fixed a problem with my Ford Focus that Ford could not find. They offer a sitting room with wi-fi for short jobs and they will pick me up and bring me home for jobs that take more time. They are professional, honest, and charge very reasonably. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my 2004 Toyota Camry to Bonded Transmission for almost 5 years and I love them! They take care of my car (and my money) as if it was their own. They always let me know up-front what they plan to do and why, along with cost and time estimates, and then get the job done. Their rates are very reasonable (both for routine maintenance / oil-changes and other not-so-routine fix-ups) and I have always had a great experience. When hit by unforeseen complications on a recent repair work, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of - I do not know of any other business that takes such good care of their customers.

Had an electrical warning which the dealer wanted to keep the car for two days to “solve” but Bonded could address in four hours with a new battery.

My experience at Bonded transmission and Auto repair has been excellent. I have been there several times and prefer to get my routine service done with them. Its a small shop, not much rush, responsive and helpful people, very reasonable prices. Despite being a small shop, they do provide drop off or pick up for nearby locations. I live close by so I did use it once. Again, a pleasant experience.They do have free complimentary wifi and there is a small waiting room where you can get coffee, hot water, and some magazines.They do send coupons often for services like oil change, brake service, etc. I didnt have a coupon once for an oil change and asked the person at the front desk to give me the discount and he agreed to do so. :)Highly recommend it.

Bonded Transmission did good honest work on my car, determining what needed to be repaired with integrity. They communicated and explained everything well.

My GMC pick up needed a new 5-speed manual transmission. I knew it would be expensive but the guys at bonded were smiling, friendly, and even jocular, which made the experienced a whole lot more pleasant. It was scheduled promptly and finished in a timely fashion even though it was during a stormy January. They even checked out the transfer case and replaced a leaking seal. They are very thorough and I recommend them to other people all the time.

I took my vehicle in for transmission problems. I was called a day later after I dropped the car off and was given a quote. The next day I was sent pictures of my transmission in pieces. They said my transmission was cracked in pieces. My quote changed to a high number. When my car was finished I had the car for a day and the transmission was slamming into gear. I checked fluid there was none. I brought my car back and 2 days later got it back. My car was worse than when it first went in. $5000 dollars later.

Had to change from 4 starts to 2 starts. Unless your dealing with mike when hes there its like a totally different business. When Mikes theyre its 4 star or better all day. When he leaves the place is at best 2 starts

I had the most AMAZING experience at bonded transmission! I bought the living social deal for the break pads. As soon as I entered, they were nothing but polite and helpful. They give an accurate time for when your car will be done. They text you to keep you updated on the progress of your car. I love that. When i went to pick up my car, i was blown away. The mechanic had done a complimentary overview of my car. They told me things that would need to be done in the future, things to look out for and things not to worry about. I truly trust the staff at Bonded. I will be a forever customer. The 45 min drive is worth an honest experience!

Great repair place, friendly & honest, have been going here for years to have my work truck and personal car serviced. They are always willing to work with your schedule and get you back on the road safe witb peace of mind.

My sons pick up truck (1500) was towed here after the power steering stopped working. I was told a hose let go and they clamped it back on. A week later the same thing happened and we were towed to a 2nd shop. The 2nd shop had to replace the hose and noted the leak was so large the fluid filled spots inside the frame and around the rack.. I called Bonded to ask how they missed a hole in the hose. I was told, there was no hole because they performed a pressure test and that wouldve been found. I was then told, because it is a truck, when a driver steers sharp to the right or left, it creates enough pressure and will follow the path of least resistance and will rupture the hose. I called another mechanic shop and asked if that was possible and was told NO! I then received another call from Bonded advising, there was a misunderstanding, a pressure test was not done, the truck was tested under load. At this point, I realized that it must be a result of being a female, that my intelligence is insulted with an excuse like turning left and right can puncture a hose.

Good job done on a timely basis, I would highly recommend this shop.

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The Bonded staff is knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and even open on Saturdays! The staff went above and beyond when my family was stranded and couldnt get our car started to drive from Boston back to our home in D.C. Bonded got us in immediately, just before they closed, took a look at our car, assessed and fixed the problem, and then told us what to do if something happened while we were driving. I will never forget their great service. If we lived in the Boston area, we would never take our car to anyone but Bonded!

I was a happy customer till I had a second opinion. I believe none of these auto repair guys are honest and ready to take advantage of your ignorance. So the least thing you can do is to get a second opinion before getting the job done. Based on positive google reviews I went to them to get a fix for a fender bender that had broken my front bumper and broken the AC line from compressor to the condenser. It was clear to them what needs to be fixed including the AC line. Few weeks after the fix (in winters) and as the summer arrived i started the AC but it did not work. I brought it back to these guys and they diagnosed the most expensive fix to the AC (change of compressor -$965) because according to them they thoroughly checked the system and the compressor is the one which is leaking. I was almost going to tell them to get it done since on google the average price to fix the compressor came out exactly $965. ..reasonable right? Somehow I changed my mind and decided to get a second opinion. The other guy instantly found out that these guys did not fix the broken AC line in the first place. He fixed the AC line and the car has been running great since then. I am not saying go to the other guy...just get a second opinion. Saying that, I wont even get a second form Bonded Transmission. They lost all my trust. I let them do my brakes as well....now I am terrified.

When i find someone who gives me a quality job, knows his business and cane give me options on what it is im trying repair or up grade with my company vehicles I depend on them. Bonded has always taken care of me, and followed up on every service performed.

Bonded repaired the computerized fuel system on my Lexus a few years ago, so I brought my ailing XC70 Volvo to them recently when the transmission failed. They were prompt in getting back to me with an estimate and moved quickly when I gave the ok. They kept me posted by email on the progress of the fix, from ordering a re-manufactured transmission to the completion of the job. The job was completed within the estimate and the front desk and techs were courteous and professional.

So glad we stumbled onto this place. Great service and we trust them. No better way to earn trust than be told you don’t need something done you really thought needed to be done.
