I received auto glass services today with a very professional gentleman by the name Abi. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the issues with my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience by the way he was on time as scheduled & took no time to complete my car. Overall I’m a very satisfied customer who will return again in the future. I definitely highly recommend this place, oh yeah while waiting I enjoyed some Hot Cocoa with Mint in the lobby area👍

Finding a good mechanic is not easy. These guys are very experienced, very knowledge and completely trustworthy. I moved and it takes me much longer to get there but Speed Auto is worth the drive.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Up to this point in the year, my car has either been in the shop for over weeks at a time or not being able to drive properly. A few months back, while working on my car, they locked the only copy of the key in the car. I live in Boston, so I was very frustrated when they called me to ask if Id bring another copy so Id open the car for them. However, any other time Id call to ask about an update for my car, no one would ever answer. I was constantly wasting money, time, and gas bringing my car here. I was referred by someone because they said its cheaper, which it isnt. After spending months in-and out of this shop, Ive spent over $1,500 for a car that still til this day is in just sitting in my driveway, because every time I get the car back from the shop, there is always another issue that appears. Not even 2 weeks that my car is able to properly drive without issues, even though my car would be in the shops for maybe 2-3 weeks, sometimes a month. It was still the same problem, which was why I hated returning here. As I mentioned, I paid over $1,500 and still my car was not in the condition it was paid to be in. Even afterwards, they still wanted to charge us for services we already paid to be done. ITS A SCAM !!!! There are many other auto repairs shop both in Boston and in the greater-Boston area that one does not need to spend their hard-working money for careless workers and unresolved car issues. Please save yourself the time, head-ache, and go elsewhere for your car repairs.

I came in today to give this shop a shot, I needed welding done and within minutes I was in and out, very good customer service, no secrets, no hidden fees, no stories ....Fair work and reasonable price, good mood and honest attitude ! Ask for Paulo when you come by It’s a done deal.

Had a great experience here! I know the only other Google Review is 1 star, but this place was recommended to me by a friend who also had a great experience. They are all about customer service! I took my 2012 Jetta in bright and early and they gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car! This is the 3rd repair place Ive brought my car in the last month and the staff was the friendliest, most helpful and everything was fair-priced. They explained everything in detail and showed me everything since Im not that car-knowledgeable. They were super thorough and caught obvious errors the previous mechanics had not. I had my rear pads, rotors, hub and ABS sensor fixed - ALL for less the previous quote I had received elsewhere for just the ABS sensor.
