The entire experience was phenomenal and absolutely pleasant from the very beginning. They offered to help get everything situated with my insurance and as well as getting me my rental. They walked me through the entire process and kept communication with me through it all. The ladies that I worked with were extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I need any work done on my car, I always go to them for I am never disappointed. They’re always who I recommend because on top of the great quality of work, the customer service is also exceptional and never disappointing.

I got my vehicle repaired here about twice in the last year as a result of a car accident. They have helped me throughout the whole process, rental and even helping me filling a claim. This auto repair shop exceeded my expectations! My drivers door was physically damaged with paint ripped off by a valet service I use for work. After driving to 2 other repair shops that deferred help, Drummond was able to accommodate all my needs! Tiffany, one of the employees, quickly helped me file a claim through insurance to ensure the 3rd party would pay all expenses. She even advocated for me and was able to get me a rental car which was necessary for work! Tiffany was so personable and was very flexible with my schedule. All of this was done in a timely fashion, and they even cleaned the interior of my car to make it look brand new! The door looks fantastic! If I ever need similar services again, I will definitely be coming back to this shop! 10/10 recommended!!

Best place to take your car to!! I was recently rear-ended and took my car Drumond’s. From handling the insurance claim up to handing me back the keys to my car, they took care of everything. They fixed and painted my bumper perfectly. They also detailed the interior and exterior of my SUV-it looked like it just came out of the dealership.Their customer service is also great! They called and updated me throughout the time my car was at the shop and made sure I had my car back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

I recently got my cars hood repainted, the workmanship by Drumond is excellent. The paint match (metallic estoril blue) turned out to be perfect.
