The service is good trying to keep their customers real satisfied depending on what reason you are there they try to help you and this is so far all I really can see about it

I took my car in knowing I had a stupid issue. The guy was awesome. I thought it was the wiper motor but it wasnt. Every other mechanic said it was the motor. It was the transmission. The arm had snapped. He told me hes seen this so many times and its very common. Took in the car and fixed it asap. This shop is great. If you need quality work at a great price, this is the place around Framingham.

If your looking for a no BS auto mechanic who is trust worthy, look no further. First time writer, long time customer. I highly recommend this shop. Tells you honestly what need to be done and what can wait. The quality of the work is equivalent or better to any shop in the area. Give them a try and you will see why. FYI there is no waiting room so be ready to drop off or sit on a bench, but if that is the only down side Im ok with that. How many times will you hear someone say trustworthy mechanic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this place is amazing.

The gas is not cheap but the guys working here are definitely more than that. They want only your money not you. Please hire a cashier who does his job. There’s always this 200 years old guy with a smoking lung in the front who gets very upset if you try to go get your change after a fill up

The guys at Framingham auto fixed my truck today. Billy did a great job, fixing everything including a gas tank strap that I didnt remember to mention. I couldnt keep my old ride alive without them. Nice work.

I have used Framingham Automotive for years with different family members cars for multiple issues. I have been waiting for inspection sticker month for 6 months almost, this is due to reading many many negative reviews there is literally almost a page trying to have place boycott on Neighbors app.I noticed many ppl writing at Inspection time they were told this and that is no good and will nvr pass inspection.One post said Framingham auto had replaced there E brake 9 months prior and were told it’s not going to pass due to E brake issues lol. I went in and asked if tires were going to pass and I did the old coin trick saying my buddy said if coin isn’t deep in treads u won’t pass and guess what they agreed and had a deal on tires and it looked like break pads were worn.I bought vehicle less than ur earlier from Honda n had proof of new tires and found out break pads had plenty of “ meat left”. I’m done, is this shop under new management???? Becareful ppl

I i took my car in for oil change and inspections they where very professional and took the time to show me my brakes that where bad and the tierod that where almost ready to snap off they gave me a quote that was very reasonable and there warrenty is a year on all parts and labor excellent service ill definitely be back

I was on my way to work this morning when I came to a stop I realize my brake peddle is going to the floor and my brake light came on so I drove it slowly and got it to them Joe the owner is extremely helpful he had his technician Billy drop everything he was doing and put my car up on the lift and showed me my rear calipers where leaking the replace them and sent me on my way I highly recommend them

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! My Mother (age 74) recently stopped in for gas and asked them to check her oil and top off her washer fluid. Attendant said he was not a mechanic, but would have someone look at it for her. Without her consent they put the car up on a lift and called her back to the bay about 20 mins later. They claimed she needed 4 new struts and a timing belt for $1700, but because she was so nice, they would do it for $1100 cash. She was smart enough to leave immediately and took it to another mechanic that she trusts. He said there are dent marks on the strut that looks like it was struck multiple times and broken. I take my 05 Silverado here for repairs, the truck is rotted bad and these guys always help me out right away.

Bought 4 tires and got an oil change and cost me almost $900. In addition to that they try to tell me that I needed strut replacement which would’ve been another $800-900. The markup on the tires was almost double. The oil change price was just above average. This would cost me less in a dealership. So much for giving business to small mechanics.

I needed help with air in my tires ! The light went on while driving to work. The gentleman was so kind...he fixed my problem and didnt even charge me so I gave him a 20 for his kindness. I will always buy gas and get my inspection there from now on!

I went to this business today and the man inside told me that the person who performs the inspections was at lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. I went back in after 45 minutes and he said he did not know where the person was....obviously is not concerned about repeat customers.

Very limited variety of products inside their store many seemed expired.i recieved a free wash for my state inspection . on that day i talked extensively to the lady in the store and the man who was performing my inspection to the point where we were just about on first name basis. a couple of days later when i went to wash the car, they said that they dont remember my ever being there because i couldnt find my ticket.

TL;DR: Honest and fair, these guys will be your next mechanics.Had two cylinders (2 and 4) in my 6 cylinder Acura that broke on my way to work one morning. I dont trust mechanics I dont know just from all the stories people have told me, but I had no choice and had to use this place because it was closest. I gotta say, Im glad I broke down. These guys arent screwy businessmen that inflate prices and lie to your face, but rather people that use their years of experience to fix your vehicle while treating you like a person. Seriously, if people have bad experiences here I can GUARANTEE you its because those people are asshats that hate everything.Good to know I dont have to travel 50 miles to my old mechanic for issues anymore!

Worst place to get an inspection sticker

I was duped into thinking this repair and gas station had ethics. The mechanics are incompetent. I trusted in their judgement and I was RIPPED OFF. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR REPAIRS.IF YOU DO ALL YOU ARE ASKING FOR IS HAVING TO GO ELSEWHERE TO GET IT DONE RIGHT. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS PROBALLY NO RESPECT FOR HIMSELF. (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.)
