Excellent customer service exceeded expectations.Recently took my Toyota tacoma in for factory recall. Expected wait time was 2 hours. When it was discovered that the actual wait time was 8 hours i stead due to the nature of the work being done i was provided with rental car on the spot free of charge.While inspecting my truck i was provided with video feed of mechanic showing me my breaks and explaining what and why i should have them worked on. Really cool use of technology.The front office was polite. InformativeOnly detraction was a few missing floor tiles in the service drive up. Probably should fix that so people new to the dealership dont get a bad impression

I stopped by to do my 10k service and oil change. I made appointment online 2h before arrival. Once I left my car for service I went to their pretty comfortable waiting area, I wish they would have tea( there is a hot water but no tea bags), but it’s very minor. My car was ready much faster then expected. Everyone was nice and helpful. I also got a video of them servicing my car, and mentioning tires/brakes levels. Overall great experience!

My experience with Bernardi Toyota in Framingham was exceptional!Manh Pham was my service advisor for the service for my 2008 Toyota Sienna. He got me a detailed estimate for my big service request (120 k factory service, front brakes, muffler, new tires, remote starter).He got me a courtesy car rental so I didnt have to wait or get a ride . That was great!I was able to see the estimates by text messages for approval at home and he sent me a text video of the inspection before the repairs were approved. It was like being in the shop! He was able to lower the cost by using an aftermarket center exhaust pipe which saved a lot of money!All in all it was a pleasant, stress free, hassle free experience! Very pleased with Bernardi Toyota Framingham Service Department. Also, the check out cashier is exceptional. She was able to answer all questions about the bill in a pleasant and helpful manner. Brought my car in for a later to be noted rodent issue. Car is basically new with 850 miles on it. Had an issue with the scheduling team regarding a loaner they told me I couldnt get one without paying. The dealer said to call service directly regarding loaner after I had dropped off the car. That aside service was exceptionally good. Very impressed with the video updates and how fast they turned around resolving the issue. I will be bringing my car back here for service

This is the third time I come here to change my flat tire and each time they always tell me that I have to pay when I have full coverage for 5 years. I tried to explain to the manager and he got very upset, they did not help me, they were very rude, did not want to understand my point of view despite the full coverage showing up in their system. Even if this Toyota is the closest to my house, I am never coming back to this place again !! This happened on September 4 -2021!!!

Stefan was amazing! I went to Bernardi Toyota on Monday, just to take a look at cars. Stefan was quick to point me in the direction of cars that fit my budget. He was patient with me as I test drove a few and had a hard time deciding as Toyota makes some incredible cars. Not long after, we’d found my dream car. When I mentioned my rental car was due back by Tuesday, Stefan did everything he could to make sure my car would be ready for pick up that Tuesday afternoon. He even pointed me in the direction of finding a full coverage, $50.00 less monthly car insurance! He was kind and highly educated on the cars! Thank you, Stefan for helping me find the perfect car and so quickly! Highly recommend this dealership and ask for Stefan if you don’t want to be let down.

There were no rental cars available but I was provided a shuttle home and a Lyft ride by the next day at no cost. Very pleased with staff and communication through the process.

I had a state inspection, synthetic oil change and valet service, and was very happy overall. The last time I brought my car in myself, the oil change took a while (obviously they have a queue and I had to wait), so this time I took advantage of the valet service, where they would pick up and drop off the car, so I could still work while my car was serviced. From pickup to drop off, it was about 4 hours, the valet was courteous, the technician called and texted two recommended services that I declined (I did them myself), and I paid over the phone. Overall, very happy.

My car was not starting up…had AAA come and tell us the battery was ok and something else was wrong with it. After 3 days in a row and charging it for a long while each time. Finally took it to Bernardi Toyota where the service was great. In no time they determined that the battery WAS the problem and changed it. All is good. The service staff all were very forthcoming and good! Very pleased!’

My car was stolen and subsequently recovered locked and without keys. I called Bernardi Toyota to schedule the car to be re-keyed. They quoted me keys and installation, but would only order the keys if I provided a pre-payment, which unfortunately my cards were stolen with the car that day. I told the parts individual that I will pay for the keys and service when I get the car next day, but he refused to order two keys. He said he will order just one. If I ordered one I would have to come back for the second and pay an additional $300 to have the second installed. Not only that, he did this in such a horrific demeaning tone, like I am a lower rate citizen. I offered the police report, identification, address and anything to hold as security but he wouldnt budge. If I could leave a -10 stars I would... in the meantime Wellesley Toyota ordered me the keys and will install tomorrow with no pre-payment, because I guess they are more sympathetic and are in the business of providing a superior service. I will not step foot in this dealership even though its less than a mile from my house.

I went to Bernadi Toyota in Framingham to buy a car, the salesman was a nice guy and very friendly After I choose the car he directed me to financial department to do the paper work, financial guy was trying to sell to me a lot of insurance for 2 hours I was keeping saying no for all those offers. I have very good credit score I went to Bank of America one week before to go to Bernardi Toyota Bank of America offered me 1.89 rate so when I went to Bernardi Toyota I already knew my rate . The financial guy told to me the Bank of America gave me higher rate the other banks, I told to the guy to show to me my credit score from the Bank of America and other banks he denied . He said that can’t show that to me and when I told to him there was something wrong cause Bank of America gave 1.89 rate one week ago now you tell me they are giving to me higher rate than other banks when I said that he told to me he can lower my rate from Bank of America . He was fooling . He thought was stupid we can’t trust people like him.

Ive been looking to get into a new lease and replace my Toyota tacoma for a new one since July. Unfortunately it has been very tough due to the chip shortag. I happen to call Bernardi Toyota a week or so ago to potentially pay off my vehicle. They let me know they finally have a few new tacomas on the lot ready to test drive and lease. I scheduled an appointment with Peter in Sales and could not be happier. Peter took me through all the vehicle details left me to a test drive and got me down to the price I was looking for. By the end of the day I was walking out in a brand new Tacoma! They even added a remote key starter, all season weather mats and an exterior interior peotection. Thank you Bernardi Toyota and Peter for such a great experience ! Would recommend 10/10!

This repair shop is a LITERAL lifesaver:On the hottest day of the year, I was traveling with my infant. All of a sudden the AC in the car went out. The fan was just blowing hot air. It was 98° out and climbing. Babies and hot cars obviously do not mix. Bernardi Toyota made an exception for us, got us in right away without an appointment, and fixed the AC. We continued safely on our way. THANK YOU!!!

I had a flat after hitting something and, after trying to change it myself, limped into Bernardo Toyota’s parking lot in Framingham. I realized I left the spare on the side of the road. Albin Bytyqi, the assistant Service Manager took me to get it and then got me a new tire and changed it. I also got some needed service done. Oh, it was pouring rain outside also. He went above and beyond and made the situation easy to deal with. I’m in the market for a new car, and because of him, I will look at the Highlander. He was professional and a great representative of his company. I would have given him 6 stars.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I went to Bernardi on the heels of a very horrible experience at another Toyota dealership in RI. That being said, I was skeptical and not interested in the song and dance that often come with buying a car.We negotiated our pricing through e-mail and once we agreed to a price, we made an appointment to come into the dealership. I first want to say that the dealership was entirely 100% upfront with fees and taxes and there werent any surprises with pricing when we got there. Devon was wonderful, as was Mark, the sales manager and Oscar (such a funny and professional person) who managed our financing and made us laugh multiple times. I mean, who can make financing a car a fun and laughable experience?!I cannot speak highly enough, though, about the gentleman we worked with thereafter, Oren. He was so thorough in walking us through the cars features, answering our questions and made sure to keep in direct contact with us from the time we left the dealership that night, to the time we picked up the car a few days later. He was a true professional, not in the slightest bit pushy and made the process smooth. It was absolutely freezing when we picked up the car and that didnt deter him from walking my wife through each feature, answering her questions and believe me, there were a lot (the car is like a spaceship with its features). What impressed me the most were his comments to us as we were preparing to leave with the car; to call him anytime, with any questions as we were still his customers well after the sale of the car. This will undoubtedly keep us with Bernardi for as long as we lease/own Toyotas. Its hard to find someone who cares beyond the immediate sale and we know weve found that in Oren and the Bernardi team. Paris and I are so grateful - THANK YOU!

Totally fraud! So expensive labor fee !The manager Manh Pham gave me the deal list and said my front break only was 3mm and need to replace right now. Also, my four tires need to replace right now! And the total price is $2000!!My car only 40K mi and I did the services regularly.So I bring my car today to another local repair shop. The manager there said my front break has half to use and don’t need to replace it this time!Also, my four tires word well and also don’t need to replace!I would say the manager Manh Pham in Toyota Framingham is totally a fraud! I request someone to give me a fair response!

I would not recommend it here. I made an appointment with service and I explained I had a flat tire and I would need a vehicle if the repair was longer than 1.5 hours because I have work. I arrived and waited 1.5 hours just for them to tell me my tire was flat (duh, that’s why I brought it in). In addition the “director” was rude and I became extremely frustrated at their inability to take care of the customer. They said that they would be losing $40 if I got a loaner for the day, and instead of taking care of it they came up with one excuse after another. Herb chambers of Auburn seems to always pick up the slack where they fail, so that’s where I will be be conducting my business moving forward.

I’m very dissatisfied with my buying experience here at Bernardi Toyota. Bad customer service and bad communication between myself, my wife and Paulo. Also I traded in a 2011 Honda Accord which I owed $4950 still and was givin $2000 and they rolled the rest into my new car loan which doesn’t make any sense to me. They said they were going to pay it off not roll it into my new loan. I put $20000.00 down to lower my payment, so why would I want negative equity rolled into my new loan. They did it to make more money off of me. I’ll never buy another car from Bernardi.

Fraud alert! Theres a lot of 1 star reviews of this dealership on Yelp so check it out. As far as were concerned, thats one star too many.This is what just happened to us:After our 2010 Rav 4 was inspected and tuned up by our local, trusted mechanic for an upcoming cross-country work trip, I took the vehicle to Bernardi Toyota for a diagnostic test of the A/C, which wasnt working.Our mechanic said the pressure was ok and that the compressor was functional. He suspected a faulty A/C amplifier, but suggested a more complete diagnostic before investing in that $400 part, which I reported to Bernardi at dropoff.The result repair estimate from Bernardi totaled $2161.77, and included curious items: rear brake pads/rotors and cabin air filter needed immediate replacement. Well, the air filter had just been replaced the day before by our mechanic, who also replaced front brakes and found the rear brakes to be 70% worn (not almost 100% as the dealer reported)!!So Bernardi was tacking on false charges. Why should we believe their diagnosis of the A/C claiming lack of refrigerant - - not true the day before - and Internal Pressure Stored Codes? This visit confirmed our dread of dealers as rip-off artists.For the list of fabrications generated from Bernardis so-called diagnostic test we paid $157.93.

The general manager came and worked with me directly knowing Im a long time Toyota buyer and got to a price with my trade that I felt comfortable with. The test drive was easy and options were explained well. I traded in a 19 camry for 21 highlander hybrid w/ AWD and new England winters Im sure will be a great pick. Im a high mileage driver so my car wasnt worth as much and we still managed to come to an affordable payment with the balance transfered. Bernadi is an amazing dealership to buy your Toyota. I was very tentative about making a deal on a lease but they asked me what I was comfortable with and made sure I signed a deal that I was comfortable with. Joshua the salesperson found the perfect car I wanted, a beautiful Camry with the options I always wanted. Bernardi Toyota service was outstanding! My car was serviced incorrectly by an instant oil change shop and I had to have it towed to the nearest toyota dealership, in this case Bernardi. Bernardi technicians were incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. Service advisor Vivien is amazing! She helped me find a rental car on very short notice so that I wouldn’t have to miss work the next day! Vivien gave me great advice on how to proceed with my issues and kept me updated on the process the whole time! The 3rd service for my 2020 Camry SE, the 1st where I bought it (Barnardi Toyota).The Assistant Service Manager (Dung Huynh) met and greeted me in the drive-thru, took down the info he needed then we moved into the Service write-up area. He generated a RO(Repair order) for the 15,000 mile service and a MA state safety inspection.About a hour later he came to the lounge and advised me the service was completed and my Camry was in line for the state inspection.Shortly after, he appeared again and had the news that everything was done. We went back to his station, explained the free service and the vehicle check-over. Paid my bill and left a happy camper.Looking forward to the next service for the Camry. 😎😎😎

I feel price which r quoted for all models r higher here compared to other shows room and finally only one car they given reasonable price .we went as group of 5 people and sales person over the mail informed lease available for 12 months n when we went in person they r saying lease not available for 12 months..but all the variety of cars in Toyota brand both new n used cars
