This one employee, in a gray staples shirt was harassing me as a shopper. So much that I did not want to give that store any of my money or time! I simply went to another store and got what I needed

Best store! Went to the Brighton branch but they didn’t have my chair in stock. But they had it here. The person who did my bill dropped the product off to my car! It was a heavy gaming chair. I mean that’s like some premium service right there! Hands down the best experience I ever had with Staples.

Waited 15+ minutes to see if they had a portable speaker in stock! Said she would be with me in a minute never came back to me! Great store but terrible communication between workers! Left my $40 items and walked out!

Store is clean and laid out well but the bathroom is blocked off because of the Covid 19. I have been yo the Natick and others and theirs work fine.

Great service! Ive had many bad experiences with other staples print centers in the past, but I can safely say this was the first time i was very pleased with the service and the quality. The guy behind the counter was nice and helpful too. If you need printing GET IT DONE AT THIS STAPLES!!!

Always have what I want, always quick in and out.

I went there with my two young kids for back to school shopping. The place was packed as I was not the only parent there shopping last minute for school supplies. Their staff helped me find things fast and when we got to the long check out line we were offered refreshments like water and snacks so the kids didnt get cranky. It took less than 10 minutes for the checkout despite the very long line. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast and easy experience.

I came in to get some documents scanned in. Not only did I have a excellent customer service and cashier rep. They sent them singerly. I was about to ask him to do such. And they did it before I even ask. I love when people are able to connect to my thoughts like that

Printing department sucks, it used to be one of the best places to print fast, quality, and price, now its too slow, quality not there, prices too expensive ...

Worst customer service. I always have issues trying to place orders thru their website. Today, online it says the order can be ready by 1pm, but when I tried to select that it wanted to charge a rush fee. I called Staples and they said it shouldnt do that, but didnt know how to fix it other than to try selecting 8:30pm, which was also showing a rush fee. I asked if I placed the order, could she waive the rush fee when I got to the store and she said no. She said I could try emailing it in instead but that she wouldnt be able to guarantee the job before 4pm. Whats the point if online it can still be ordered before 4pm? I said Id go somewhere else instead and she seemed to care less to lose me as a customer. Wont be back.

The staff is helpful. Clearance is in the back right of the store. Parking is tight--the spaces are small and close together.

Decent selection of basic office supplies, has a copy/print center right inside the entrance.

Poor. My wife and I went here to buy chairs. When we asked to buy the kid at the desk called back to have the chairs brought up.. When the employee returned with the bumped up boxes we asked about another chair he made a sour face. My wife said thats okay these will do.. The kid brought the chairs outside on a flat bed. Shoved the chairs in the car. My wife and I where trying to remove the back seet bar as he Shoved the box into my wifes hand. Then the flat Bed rolls into the back bumper of our car and causes a small scratch.. When done the kid turned away with no expression. Customer service at this location is horible. Both the employees we worked with had to customer service experience. Both acted like they did not want to be at work. We have not opened the chairs yet but if any other issues corporate is 4 miles away.. I would not recommend this location. Better off making your perches online.

Staples isnt that bad and neither is this location. Since the other review said nothing and was two starts, I thought Id help them out.

Worst customer experience. Was told to wait for an employee to help me. Waited for over half hour to get help finding a product.

Lying and cheating employees. Came to buy a markdown laptop. The employees including Manager lied their way out of selling this laptop by inventing lame excuses. What a shame.

The associate was not very friendly.
