Great Geek Squad experience; had appointment for my laptop πŸ’» and the gentleman tech that assisted me was exceptional; very forthcoming with details and information; ran an additional tool to detect a connect issue which also resolved some additional hidden software issues that were resolved; havent placed a review in a couple years, but this gentleman has been in service with you for a very long time & he deserves a few quick comments in his favor. While Ive waited, Ive observed his demeanor over the years with his agents as well as each and every client at the front that he services, and he is attentive, kind, genuine, pleasant, professional, courteous, as well as consistent, considerate, patient, very proficient, and extremely well-competent in his field demonstrating a technician well-informed in technical details. Ive been a repeat total tech support member for years & l respect the capable technical analysis to my computers provided by Mr. Miller, and his exceptional professionalism towards me over the years whenever I have been blessed to benefit from his expert experience. I dont receive this privilege often, but when I do, Im grateful. He is truly one of a kind.

This is a chain so each location will be different. I have found most employees in the Framingham store are helpful even when Im not buying anything. Some employees are more knowledgeable than others. Do your research first to help you understand which employees really seem to know the products.

I called the store to find out if they kept receipts for items I had purchased over the years. The gentleman who took my call was great, he did print outs of past receipts and emailed them to me. I needed them due to a recent total loss fire at my home so I can recover funds from my Insurance. Great conversation and as they always are, very helpful!

Okay, again Im going to complain about the lack of customer service.Do your research before heading in, one really needs to know what they want....and dont expect it to be on the shelves. You might want to just order it yourself online. The shelves are pretty bare and they have tickets to order meI found what I was looking for, but there I stood broken arm in a cast...no one....I mean no one was able to help or offered to load the printer box onto my carriage.... No one....until a fellow shopper offered too.I asked at the register if someone could please help me with loading it into my car. . Thank God this cashier saved the sale, he was gracious and said that he would find someone to load up the printer.Now you ask how do I get the printer into my house?..... dinner is being served to my son who can help with this.

The staff was very helpful and supportive while I was picking out my new phone, but Im extremely disappointed. When I got home I set up my phone as I was instructed by Jason and Nick, only to see that my phone showed no Sim Card. I went to check my phone for an error using the tool and when I opened the simcard slot it was emptyI then opened my other phone and saw it was in fact taken out of there. Im now stressed out that my sim card is sitting somewhere on the counter or in the trash at Best Buy. I am a teacher and need a working phone. I tried calling back but got stuck in all the automated buttons until the store just said it is closed at 8pm. There is no way to leave a message.I plan on calling tomorrow and hoping they still have it or atleast see this message. This is a very big inconvenience as I work all morning and afternoon Sunday too.

I ordered 3 big TVs and wall mounts. When I received the notice that my order is ready I went to the store. There were convenient parking for store pick ups. I also, was greated as I was walking in, then a young and professional man went and got my order ready, and walked with me to the SUV and organized everything in a way keeps my TVs safe without any damage. Not a fan of Best Buy return policy only allow 14 days. If you opend it or tried to use it, they try to charge restocking fee! I only buy thing there when I am 110% know what I want and they have it in stock. The lastest purchased I made was a refrigerator that I paid for it on November 2020 becuase no store have refrigerator in stock. I have no chose. I scheduled December delivery then I need to reschedule to January 2021becuase the kitchen is not ready. Thank God I got my refrigerator delivered the day I requested but the time window was crazy 6 hours waiting. They careful bring it in and connected the water line which I purchased a kit from them plus my plumber already got the connector ready. They did not remove any wrapping inside the fridge or outside. Thats why was free delivery.

A different kind of Best Buy work a heavy emphasis on top brand, quality appliance section, that takes up over a third of not more of the store. Great high end cameras too. Very helpful staff helping me pick the right oven and refrigerator door my kitchen remodel project. Free delivery too. Very competitive and a good value warranty from Best Buy that help bring piece of mind. Keep up the good work, hope to see more stores like this in the future.

I went to the BestBuy store in the city of Framingham with my children, we chose 2 DVDs to watch in the car, we paid and went back to the car, the DVDs did not work, I returned to the store after 15 minutes to return and they informed me that according to fine print of the regular shop cannot be returned once opened. Interesting how will I test the product to see if it works without opening? In just 15 minutes it made me see that this store has no commitment to its customers.

I went in there to purchase a laptop computer. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product, but they had limited inventory. The only laptop available in stock was over $600. Some of the other laptops were available in their stores in Cambridge and surrounding area. The prices seemed high and I left without buying one. People seem to be buying laptops because even Wal-Mart had limited inventory on them.

I received really, really great customer service from a Wellesley when I went there to buy an iPad and laptop. Above and beyond!The stock of each was pretty much depleted (there was only 1 of each of the items I wanted), the store was crowded with people probably shopping with their x-mas gift cards but there was plenty of workers on the floor helping as many customers as possible. As I said, Wellesley went above and beyond to give me the attention I needed. If I could have tipped the help I definitely would have.

Never buy ANYTHING from Framingham BestBuy if it involves delivery. They are the worst in business. I bought a fridge and asked for delivery. They took my money and gave me my receipt and told me delivery will be in 2 days. That’s all. No mention of delivery process anything I needed to know. Delivery guys showed up on time and refused to do the delivery because I didn’t take out a railing, which would take 2 minutes. They said they can’t wait even for 1 min. They left the fridge in front of my door blocking my basement door and told me to call BestBuy to reschedule. Called BestBuy 4 times to reschedule. Each time they gave me different story or answers. One BestBuy representative said β€œdon’t worry about fire hazard or your basement go on fire, we will pay for it.” Finally I was told that the delivery will be in 4 days. I have to keep the fridge in the hallway blocking my basement door. I Canceled my order and will never go to Framingham BestBuy.
