I came into the store today to trade in my phone. I was greeted by a friendly staff, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had previously been to the corporate store and I can not say the same for them. I highly recommend this location .
I had a great experience at this Verizon. My representative Ari and his co-worker Andrew were awesome to work with, especially since I had to transfer from one service to another AND order a new phone, which ended up taking a lot longer than anticipated. They even stayed past close to make sure I was completely set up. I really appreciated their help and exceptional customer service.
This Verizon store in Framingham is great! I recently got new phones for myself and two kids. Steve was awesome and really knew his stuff. Great customer service and the process was seamless. I highly recommend this location.
I’ve been trying to resolve the termination of my one bill account since 3/21. This includes eliminating overage data and changing my cell phone account to 5G of data. I’ve attempted to do this myself, on the phone and via computer. I’ve also been to 3 Verizon stores for assistance. All together I’ve spent approximately 2 work weeks trying to solve this problem. Not until today 9/20 under the guidance of Steve, have I reached a workable solution. His expertise is nothing short of phenomenal!
The staff is friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. All of your options can be discussed to determine what is best for you. I needed a simple phone and was hooked up with a capable and less pricey device with no hassle.

Steve and Ari were awesome in helping me get my old phone backed up and switched everything to the new phone in as little time as possible. Would highly recommend going to this location. People need to stop blaming the wireless store for the fact that Apple has chosen to price gouge their customers once again by not including the charger block as part of the phone purchase. These guys are Verizon employees not Apple employees… It’s not their fault. Call Apple to complain!!!Thanks for your help!
I had more than an unpleasant experience at the corporate store in Framingham it wasn’t until I discussed in length with 2 District managers that they don’t want to sell phones they were not accommodating whatsoever that they just didn’t hear me they listened to my concerns Between David a DM and Joanne they figured out how to wow me and sent me to Andrew’s store who’s a DM and it was there that I also found out that the corporate store on Worcester Road led me to believe this store didn’t even sell phones that basically I was hostage to corporate stores. Untrue.This store in 28 years of being a Verizon customer and the help of being greeted with friendly service from both but had a great experience with Arie . He didn’t treat me like he didn’t like his job he treated me with enthusiasm and respect. He “ wowed” me with his contagious kindness I worked for Bose for several years in sales and in management and if I could of had ten sales people like him I would have had a booming store . He was the best during these hard times with what our country’s going through to show me he valued his job and enjoyed the public. That’s hard to find now a daysSo the next time you want to buy a phone, or have an issue ask for him on 1245 Worcester Road in Framingham. He will insure your experience as being one the best sales demonstrating kindness and professionalism you’ll experience .
Thank goodness for Andrew and Steve at this Verizon store. I came in to return an outdated FIOS modem and left with 3 new iPhones, much better wireless coverage and a significantly lower monthly bill…plus everything got transferred over without a hitch.
I was apprehensive to visit this Verizon satellite store recently because of a bad past experience. My phone died out of no where causing me no choice! WOW what a pleasant surprise. The store was bought by a new franchise and under new management. The staff members not only were knowledgeable and super easy to work with but the store was clean, bright and completely re-done. I’m SO glad I decided to try the location again. They are an all in one Verizon store and able to serve not only wireless but other Verizon needs.

Wow! Ray, Steve and Kevin were outstanding representatives of Verizon. As we upgraded our service and bought new devices because they made the prices and offers understandable, they were patient and knowledgeable. We were never rushed as they set up new devices, transferred information and guided our choices. We also overheard them dealing patiently and respectfully with all customers who came in . We would not hesitate to recommend them highly and would refer others.

Hi there!My name is DeAna And I am a case manager for the deaf and mentally disabled. I brought one of my elderly deaf clients to Verizon in search of a cell phone service that was tailored to my client. She has never had a cell phone before because no one would take the time to explain to her the steps of how to obtain one because of the language barrier. I met with Steven who was extremely knowledgeable in nature when it came to what kind of cell phone plan would work for my client. Steven was extremely patient and helpful while I interpreted in America Sign Language what the account would entail. If my client didn’t understand what he meant by certain words, Steven was able to reiterate what they were in other more understandable terms that was easier to understand. My client is over the moon with her purchase and new found freedom. Steven was able to help set up her account by showing her on the iPad he used in the store . It gave her a sense of independence not being so reliant on me, her case manager. My client is able to conveniently navigate through the hearing culture world by using her cellphone as her voice in a social setting. Steven thank you so much for taking the time In working with her. You will not be forgotten!

Ray was so helpful today! I had been to another Verizon store to have info put on an iPhone to a Samsung and the other store just switched the sim card and gave me a piece of paper to call for tec support. When I called the tec support it said our phone number wasnt signed up for tec support and it hung up on me. So I called Verizon customer service and spent an hour and a half talking to a wonderful woman Alison, but we were unable to get the data transfered so she calld Ray herself and sent me to him and he had everything up and running in about an hour. I am so grateful and thankful he was there to help. I appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family who need assistance.

Rayshon W was an excellent sales person at the Framingham retail store. His likability, calmness and thorough knowledge helped me make excellent decisions. Originally I went in to pick up my new router but while checking my account he demonstrated how I can save approximately $50 monthly in my bill. I am a long-standing Verizon customer so some of the deals were because of that but he pointed out how I could be saving significant savings. In addition, my son and I were each eligible for new iPhone 12s with the trade in of our old phones for no cost. I was there for some time with all the work that we got accomplished including the transfer of data from both phones to the new ones but Rayshon alway showed genuine interest and concern that I understood everything and never tried to rush me. Thank you Rayshon. I also highly recommend the store itself - a perfect all-in-one retail store for TV and phone issues and supplies such as routers, cable boxes, phones and accessories.

Bradys help me deal with customer service issue which we all know is hard to deal with on the phone so I was so appreciative that I had help.
