There is very little transparency between you and the staff there. Lots of charges appearing on our bill that we weren’t told about. They also applied 270$ less on our account for my trade in which after a lot of back and forth I could get. So make sure you get everything written from them and frankly avoid this store if possible!
Employees did not open the store on time. I had to get to my own job and there were many people waiting along side me to get in. It would be an improvement to this stores location if it opened earlier. The employees saw us all waiting and didnt open the doors until almost 10:10am. Poor customer experience and I ended up leaving because I had already been waiting since 9:45 and couldnt stay any longer.

Awesome experience, Charles V. was super helpful and it was hands down one the best experience I have had in a mobile store. Getting my father a new phone is always a ordeal, but it was quick and easy.
I have had constant issues with this company starting with the fact That I put a warranty on my phone when I first bought my phone online and it never got a process so when my phone got broken I had to pay in full for the screen repair. each month I had problems with my account and would have to call to get help. Finally I switched to another company end I was told I would be reimbursed for the time I did not use them after they had billed me. After 45 mins on the phone today I find out they wouldn’t do it! They are too expensive to be this ridiculous. I’m glad I switched.
Very rude staff member refusing to put my replacement screen protector on... even when I have an account with T-Mobile and got it from them... I will never return here again... and talking about me like I can’t read lips.. it literally takes 5 seconds to put it on and I wasted 20mins dealing with bs
Great customer service. I had very bad experience with assurance company but TMobile store staff helped me through the process. It was emotional ride and with the support of TMobile Framingham I made it through. Thank you TMobile!

I was there with my pregnant wife and kids .... they made us wait for 6 people ahead of us, and then they just completely forgot about us, and started taking more customers ahead .... customer service is horrible in this specific store
Made me wait 40 minutes and had me set up an appointment in store just so they could tell me they couldn’t help me and I should bring in my phone to apple instead.

I have spent countless hours on the phone and online with customer service after working with Jonny Phan at the Framingham location. Even having a written and signed quote sheet, I have still been getting billed incorrectly for months. It has been 3 months and they continue to overcharge me from the plan and payment amount I was quoted and agreed to. Jonny was very adamant about having a Google review, so I am writing my experience as I sit here waiting for a call back so I can attempt to go through this again with yet another agent for the 5th time in 3 months. Thank you Jonny for all of your assistance and lies to get me to upgrade my plan for more money than I have to spend.
Was in the store last night. There were two workers out front for a bit but then went in back and never came back out. One couple had waited for over an hour and walked out. I waited over an hour as well and didnt get helped until 10 minutes before closing. Thank goodness for Joey! He was the only one doing anything and was very helpful. At one point he poked his head in the back, Im assuming to ask for help, but no one came. Later, I asked him if the guy was the manager. He said yes. I said Well you wouldnt have had to work so late if he was out here helping. This store needs new management ASAP! Also, they play horrible rap music with f this and f that. Not appropriate at all! Joey was very helpful. Thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars.
I NEVER write reviews unless the service or experience is amazing or horrible. This was HORRIBLE. I am extremely understanding as I have worked in retail before. I understand how things can work out and not necessarily be the fault of the store clerks. However... when you call 3 times and go in 2 times to speak to a manager, the only person who you are told can solve your problem, and never get to speak to him or even a call back... thats unacceptable. I qualified for the buy out program for switching service providers. I paid my final $542 bill with my old provider and gave the final bill to the sprint store as proof. They told me that I would receive the gift card in the mail in a few week. Every month with no gift card in the mail, I either called or went into the store. Getting the same answer. The manager isnt here and he is the only one who can help in this type of situation. Let me take your name and number down and he will call you in a few days. Well that day never came. I called yesterday and a very rude guy took my call. Telling me I had to call customer service for issues with the gift card. WHY WASNT I TOLD THAT the 4 other times I contacted you guys?!?! I will NEVER use them again. Once this phone is paid off, it is back to Verizon where they actually care and have plenty of help in their stores.
Visited the store on 18 December 2016. We were assisted by Reginald. Great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful. Looking at some of the earlier reviews, I was hesitant about going there. I think the employees have changed recently so Im glad that I wasnt put off. I will use this store in the future.
I personally dont have sprint but my son does. Upon entering the store it was very very clean. The person we spoke to was very knowledgeable about product and service he was very friendly. One down fall was there was 9 people in the store and only 2 workers and from what I hear the wait is always long at sprint stores . 4 friends and 2 family members have sprint. So if you dont mind the wait Id pick Sprint.
A group of dishonest sales people in the store. A year ago, I bought 5 lines. I was cheated both on the contract and discounts on the devices I purchased in the store. The store only gave me a one page printout as a plan contract, $100 for 5 lines without any details (hand written numbers). For the devices, it printed a long list, looked like a contract, indicated a 50% discount for 4 of the devices, including a bunch of services I declined in the first place. They told me that the receipt and the one page printout are the contracts for my service. It had no indication that the bill would change as time goes on. Unfortunately, after 12 month, everything changed. I got a 50% increase on the monthly bill. There are pages of pages of agreement starting showing up in my account on hte Sprint website. 16 months latter, my monthly bill doubled. Worst of all, after I got out of the shop with the payments made, they were not willing to provide any help to me. I asked them to activate a compatible device (an Iphone) which I had problems to activate online, they told me to either get help online or go to a different store. This was after I waited for couple of hours in the store. This happened twice within 3 months of purchase. Finally I gave up on them. Very dishonest and poorly managed store.
Came in on Wednesday night and there is a line of people trying to pay their bills and get phones fixed. We were buying a phone and the checkout experience was smooth and fast.
This was a wonderful experience, I have to say despite the poor reviews online they were beyond accommodating. Karl was excellent, no complaints and happy we came in today.
I have never been treated in such a friendly and welcoming way like I was at this Sprint Store location. Due to an error I made, I had to stay in the store for about an hour or more. I did not care at all. I felt like I was part of the team when talking to the employees. Specifically Josh and Paul were two of the nicest salesmen I have ever met. I have never left a store feeling the way that I felt when I left the Sprint store. The employees are phenomenal and deserve recognition. If you are going to a Sprint store, seriously consider this location.
Walked in to get a phone replaced, when greeted by the person at the front he was watching basketball highlights on his phone with the volume turned all the way up... I could barely hear myself think, incredibly rude... he then dismissed my problem quickly before I was even able to explain myself fully. Took my issue to sprint store at the natick mall they were very helpful there.

David exceeded my expectations. I came into the store with a defective Android LG phone and the $35 month plan. I left with a new Samsung Galaxy phone and it works perfectly. Keep up the great work! A satisfied customer. A few days later I noticed the SAFE MODE was on. I took the battery out and reinstalled it and this fixed the problem.
Went in to buy a Sim card for a bring your own phone. They tried to sell me the wrong one after I told them which one I needed. Not to mention the one they brought out was opened and the guy argued with me and refused to sell me an unopened one and wouldnt even let me take the tape off to see if the correct one was in the package. I told them after 10 minutes of back and forth and another guy said oh yeah, that one should work. Then they didnt have the right one in stock. Dont waste your time at this store, the staff have no clue what they are doing, luckily I had done my research first or would have wasted $10 on the wrong itwm.
Easily the best location I’ve been to full of reps who you can tell enjoy what they do and will make sure a customer gets the best service possible. Very well mannered and knowledgeable!!!
Hours on website says store open today at 11 well thats wrong. They open at noon. Maybe put hours on door like other stores and change website wow good idea.

30 day satisfaction or ur money back is the biggest lie sprint carrying now I left 26 days after coming in to sprint and the corporate owes me over 400 right and they told me to basically kick rock this is hands down the worst provider on the plant and they lie to u tell u u can get ur money back just so u sign and then don’t hold their end they were extremely rude in customer service department and had me going in circle now I have to sue them and call the better buisness Burrell trust me when I say that you go to sprint you’ll regret u did this is why they are closing down cause they can’t run a good company good luck to anyone that tryna switch ruuuuuun!
I visited this store last week. Everyone was great but the best experience was working with Jonny Pham, Assistant Store Manager. He is the definition of excellent customer service. I want to personally thank him for guiding me through every step of the way and for going above and beyond making sure I understood everything and not just giving me the information but guiding me through the process of activating a line. Waited for help for 10-15 minutes and after finally getting help the sales person was busy texting on their phone while trying to have a conversation about a new phone. They werent very helpful or engaging so we left.
These folks were GREAT. Jonny Pham was very very helpful resolving broken phone, new phone and data transfer. Highest praise. Cant say enough good things about him!

I have never been anywhere quite like this place... 1st- they r doing You a favor by gracing you with Their presence... 2nd- IF u r lucky enough to be noticed, the best they can manage is a tiny head nod so dont blink or u will miss it... and my favorite 3rd- locking the door a good 15-20 early & telling people u really dont want to let them in cause theyve already counted out and signed out was just deplorable. And asked u NOT to call Sprint to say they had closed early was repeated more than a few times... They aught to be ashamed of that store.!!!

I have been coming to this Framingham store for many years, I have been with Sprint for 17 years. My local assistant store manager Jonny Pham has excellent customer service and I recommend anyone that is looking for Sprint service to come to this store. Jonny and staff has been more than helpful and I will continue to stay loyal due to these friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sprint should also recognize this team staff as well that is running under great management!
DONT GO TO THIS STORE! Awful customer service, uninformed workers, and a general skeevy feeling to the place. Had a phone problem, employee told me I had to go to the Sprint technician store 40 MINUTES AWAY! Went down the street to the Natick store, employee there fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Easy fix. Do not go to this store. Ever. Go down the street to the Natick store or to the Best Buy nearby.
Needed some help with merging accounts and the answer I got was we cant help you because we dont know how, with the store empty and no other customers to help they didnt even make a phone call to ask and guide me the right directions.. Stores are not usually like this but for crying out loud this was the worst customer service I ever got.!Thanks for nothing!

I have been calling there for days and never do i get anyone to answer the phone. It doesnt matter it is right when they open or not. this has gone on for days. When i am put on hold i get disconnected and have to go through the process again. I will no longer use this store for my business because it isnt worth the hassle

When I got my galaxy s8 the phone didnt work and the guys at this store made us wait forever for one person who only told us to return it and to buy a new one thru him so he can basically get the commission. But a lot of the s8 were having rhe same problem so getting a new one wouldnt make a difference. Horrible service.

Management is lacking in this store. We were misled on a plan and when it was discovered management took no responsibility. Dont bother with them. This place is a joke....nevermind the fact that the Manager takes it upon himself to crank his Nickleback soft-core rock at an uncomfortable volume. It made the 8 hours I had to spend in this store... (2 hours trying to set up a plan and another 6 trying to get out of it)... an absolute horrible memory.
How do i knew these people work there? no uniforms! no name tag! no greeting! when i walk in the store... no sim cards? they sent me all the way to shrewsbury, in fact they wont replace a defective phone said i have to go to sprint repair store?i have gone to verizon,tmobile and metropcs there stores there are packed while all sprint stores i seen no more then 2 customers.

Dont bother with him! This place is a joke! Ive had my phone for 11 months now. Phone is freezing & shutting off. He looked at it and said, i got it wet. He said he knew because there is a copper dot on the back of the phone! He showed me his phone but instead of showing me where the copper dot was supposed to be.... he placed his finger over it & showed me the sticker up at the top!!! Smfh Really! ALL GALAXY PHONES HAVE THE COPPER! Is this the way someone should be treating a customer (like they are stupid) Absolute Horrible! Then he tells me he cant do anything for me that they dont have a machine to put the phone in to run a test to figure out the problem. For me to go to Shrewsbury (40mins way) The next day i happened to be in the mall & there was a sprint store. So i went in asked if they had the machine? Guy says, ehh... theres no such machine! Its just a tech who looks at your phone! Took him about 15 mins to fix my phone! The gentleman also states to me you are not the only one who comes in here telling me how terrible that store is.Word to the wise! Stay away from this sprint store on Route 9. GO TO THE MALL!!!!!!!!
Awful service, awful customer service. Walked in to look for a new phone and the lady didnt help me at all, said I had to go online. Had to go online to order the phone and find one I liked, and pick it up at the store. She wouldnt let me sign for it im 24. I pay my mother for the phone because its cheaper on a family plan. Lady was nasty... worst experience ever. DONT EVER GO THROUGH THIS SERVICE.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I walked into the store on a Monday afternoon at 4PM. The store was completely empty and two Sales Reps (Reginald & Joey) were present and didnt great me. When I finally got Joey to assist me, he seemed completely uninterested in providing help and even aggravated that he had to help in the first place.To make a long story short trying to pay-off my installments on my device was a hassle that Joey & Reginald sent me in loops (calling 1-800 customer service line) and trying to get them to assist for a rather simple request. After 4 years of Sprints poor customer service I went across the street to Verizon and switched carriers.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! ITS STORES & EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS THAT MAKE SPRINT INFERRIOR TO THEIR COMPETITION!
