This is a first-rate store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they really hustle to fill orders. Ive been in several times during the pandemic, and am newly impressed each time.

I have been coming to the Framingham store for the last five years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The quality of the paint is amazing and the store employees are incredibly helpful (way better than anyone you would find at Lowes or Home Depot.) Most recently I asked one of the store employees for help selecting a paint that is good for painting furniture. Not only did he recommend the best paint, he gave me advice on how to paint the furniture and how long to let the paint cure. Love love love Sherwin Williams!

UPDATE: This review is to follow-up on a previous post.After a comment on this site regarding an employee at a Sherwin Williams store, I was so surprised by the immediate response and how customer oriented the company is. They truly care about the product quality and the customer experience that goes along with it. It is impressive how professional and of excellent character the people that contacted me from the company are.Like I stated in my previous comment, that isolated incident did not deter me from the Sherwin Williams products, but to know how the company values its clients, that makes me an even bigger fan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very convenient painting store with friendly staff and curbside pick-up option.

I just tried to purchase a can of cryolin spray paint that I made a special trip across town for. Called the store repeatedly and could not get through. Finally Dave answered phone and I asked him about color selection. He was rude and curt with me. He didnt want to help me. I felt like I was bothering him. A terrible retail experience. We drove to a competitor.

They matched a board I didnt know what the color was, They were polite, quick and delivered it to my car

Excellent quality paints for any application, and excellent service. Anyone can ask to be registered in S-Ws system and get 10% off plus a permanent record of what products and colors youve bought for each project. Easy access and parking.
