They billed for psrts they didnt replace and did shoddy work would not take my vehicle there again

Fantastic service and commitment to excellence. My wifes car got hit and we were lucky to be towed here. From the get go we felt that we were more than just a customer. There was great communication from the staff, the level of work was immaculate. The damage was pretty extensive but when we got it back it looked like it came right off the lot. I would recommend them to anyone who would be able to drive or a get a vehicle there.

Had the tailgate on my navigator replaced under warranty. The paint was perfect. They sent it back cleaner and looking better than when I dropped it off.

The folks there could not have been more qualified nor professional; they, and my insurance company (KY Farm Bureau) worked together to get my car back to me on time and done right; covered the rental car and everything. Second accident in 2 years, and they all took care of me; 5 starts all around, including Enterprise for the rental!
