The customer service here makes you want come and bring your car.. the work this company do on your car is beyond outstanding.. they made my daughter car look brand new... Ream kept me at ease throughout the whole process.. Got into an accident a while back and gave this place a try. From the moment I called in, Reem was super professional and answered all of my question and never once tried to lie to me about the issues. He was very specific about everything and definitely kept me in the loop on it all. Very knowledgeable and the workers are fast and extremely good at what they do. The communication was perfect. Not too much to the point you’re like ok, stop calling me, but definitely kept me informed about everything. My Inssurance was giving me problems at the time but Reem literally took care of everything and it all worked out perfectly. Loved this place so much, I was able to get my fiancé’s car in when she had a hit and run and again, the work was great and perfect. 👌🏽 Highly recommend this place.

I smashed my Dodge Challenger bumper. I was devastated because I’m 17 and I had to cough up a couple grand which was most of my summer money. But this place is beyond professional and honest and they got it done quicker than expected. He even put in my subs for free which made my day. This place will give you nothing but honesty and they don’t do anything to your car without your permission. I couldn’t be happier with how my car came out and it looked better than before. If I ever have another accident (hope I don’t) I’m coming right back to this place I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

I took my car to Collision Experts after being in an unfortunate accident. I was referred by a close friend to take my care to Collision Experts, i was reluctant at first because it was kinda out of the way for me and i was feeling like it wouldnt be convenient but i took it there anyway. when i arrived i was greeted at the front door by the owner when i stepped through the door i was very impressed on how th lobby area looked . after explaining to the owner my situation and telling him how reluctant i was he immediately said let me take you on a tour of the shop as we walked he was able to answer every question and concern i had easing my stress he even brought me lunch. when we got back to the lobby i was met by a guy from enterprise car rental saying your rentals here and you ready to go i was thinking wow im so glad i brought my car here the drive there was the only stressful part of the visit a week later i got a call saying my cars done and i can pick it up i was able to leave my rental at Collision Experts and when i saw my car it didnt even look like it was in a accident i recommend Collision Experts for all auto body repairs

I am so proud to write this review for The Collision Experts in Frankfort, IL! My sweet little Bug got rear ended, and I found this shop on Google that would give me an estimate. I was so impressed how clean the waiting area was. Big color TV on the wall to make the wait as comfortable as possible, so that was a great first impression. I dealt with a super-friendly guy named Reem who treated me so kindly. His estimate was lower than two other respectable body shops. He learned I HAD to have my car back quickly since I work out of town, and promised me a job completion date, and he kept his word. He even offered to stay late til I could get there to pick up my VW since he knew I needed it super early the next morning before they would be open. The man has integrity and pride in this shop! My bumper looks new. Paint is perfect, too! I would give this place 6 stars, but only 5 are allowed. :)

This review is long overdue. Ended up at Collision Experts because quite frankly, they were the only repair shop open on a Saturday afternoon and I needed to know how much my kid’s fender bender was going to cost. Funny how things work out. I found Reem to be honest, straightforward and fair. Reem and his crew did a fantastic job on the repairs and my car was cleaned inside as well when I picked it up. You can tell they take pride in their work. Reem always answered my calls and questions. He also helped me out tremendously when the other driver tried bulking up the cost of their damage on a 16 year old suv. I will always recommend Reem to all of my family and friends.
