You have to give a star to write a review. They should have no stars. Terrible place no one knows what they are doing there. Quote my son 200 for a rental car and then he was charged 800. When I questioned the quote the owners wife told me “we have no clue what the rental will charge” really then why give a quote. Then I asked if the quote we had for the work to be done was going to go up she had nothing to say about that. Then called the next day and said to come pick up the car they weren’t working on it. Poor customer service. And they do not tell the truth about how much anything will be. It’s not worth the terrible pick a different shop.

The front office is great, thanks for the Skittles and Gummi bears. The team over there restored my poor truck back to its original beauty. What more can you ask for? Friendly people great work...full package.

Called and had setup an estimate at this shop, they said they could probably get the estimate in and get me in on the weekend. Upon arriving a woman had me fill out paperwork, takes pictures of my car, then said you better make an appointment because we don’t have any openings for 2 months.Horrible customer service here.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the Quality, Professionalism and overall condition of my vehicle on return. My corvette had over 70 parts that required replacement, most where wrong from GM when ordering through Vin specifications. Wendy and her team when ABOVE and BEYOND to treat my corvette with care, concern and TLC. Larry and Mark your attention to detail is OUTANDING! And thank you, I know my vehicle took up ALOT of your time for parts, etc. Heck 9 weeks is a long time, but in my opinion WELL WORTH THE WAIT! Thank you again!

They were able to give an estimate very quickly and when we needed services done they completed it quicker than we thought and the car looks great! Their communication was great! The staff was helpful and gave us updates. When we had an issue with another vehicle we brought it to them because of their good service and they examined our car right away. They didn’t make us wait or return to get a small item fixed, they just did it right then.

Had an accident in August and wasn’t able to get a repair appointment until October 11. I asked them to reserve this day for me but they didn’t. When I called to reschedule and got an appointment for October 25, the scheduler had no recollection of our conversation. Unbelievable. I hate leaving negative reviews but it’s so frustrating when you have to deal with this level of incompetence.

Huge thank you to Southside Collision located in Frankfort IL. A couple weeks ago we were rear ended at a dead stop. From the the first phone call to set up an estimate, getting a rental ready, to picking up my car today, Southside has had the best customer service I’ve ever received. Through out repairing my car, they have kept me updated on the repair process and pictures almost every day since I dropped off my car. My car looks better than it did the day I bought it! With such a quick turn around, I 10/10 recommend everyone to use Southside Collision for any of your vehicle repairs!

BEST BODY SHOP EVER!Got into my first ever accident in my BRAND NEW 2020 Ford Edge and had no idea how the process works. From start to finish, the entire experience was spectacular! The ladies in the front office made the whole process a breeze and kept me updated throughout the repairs. I got my car back way sooner than I could’ve imagined and the repairs were AMAZING!!! My car was badly damaged in a rear-end collision. I was treated very nicely by the staff, who immediately arranged for a rental vehicle for me and answered all of my questions regarding the repair process. Southside has done a few little jobs for me over the years, and have always done outstanding work. However, recently I got blasted when someone blew through a stop sign causing a significant amount of front end damage to my 8 month old Chevy Colorado. All I can say is that I cant believe how well the truck came out. It looks and drives just like it did before the accident. Everything matches and fits perfectly, and Im as nit-picky as they come. Great family owned shop that does quality work. Excellent communication during the repairs. Loved that they were even able to handle all the rental processing have them ready for when I dropped off my vehicle. Also as fate would have it the day before I was going to drop off my vehicle I was in another accident and they were able to work with me to get the other repairs done simultaneously. Wendy and the rest of the shop did wonders on my car! From being like a bumper car with damage to every panel it honestly looks better than it did before. Everyone was so welcoming and really did their best work on my car and worked hard to get it back to me in a timely fashion. I’m really happy with my service and the result on my car, what a delightful surprise to get my car detailed and cleaned without asking. They really went above and beyond and my dad wasn’t even that mad to write the check after seeing the result.

Mark has done work on my car twice in the past year and I dare anyone to find the areas that he painted. His work is definitely the best that I have seen in my long (50+) years of driving. I highly recommend him. Also, he is very prompt in his work. A+++++++.

Ive been coming here for all body work for years and I wouldnt dream of taking my car anywhere else. Friendly and helpful staff always helps me understand exactly what I need as opposed to my dealership, who tries to scare me into overpaying. They do amazing work. I wouldnt trust my car anywhere else.

After sliding into two cars I thought my beautiful black Maxima was never going to look the same. But the team at Southside Collision made her look like the day I drove her of the lot. I inspected every body line and gap, I found no flaws in the paint and no residue left on my windows or rest of the car. I was very satisfied with the work and am now having them remove a few dings and chips in my other car as well. All my family cars will now go to Southside Collision from now on.

My sons car was taken here for just a estimate before we new it they were taking parts off the car and didnt have the full amount of damages whats even worse is how they lied to do this, nobody ever gave them permission . They were told to stop working on the car and they did what they wanted to. I think thats pretty sad when you take advantage of someone thats handicap. On top of that they added more damages to the car and didnt care that a child rode in the back seat. So if you like taking extreme chances this is a company for you
