I had a very good experience with caliber collision in Frankfort, KY. The process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even listened as I stated my potential concerns during the estimate. I received daily updates, and my car was repaired in a timely fashion. They even had to do engine, transmission, and minor frame repair! When I got my car back, it was actually cleaner than when I had dropped it off. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone in the frankfort/Scott County area. I will definitely use them again if ever need be.

At first the service was great Then we had issues with the repairs after the completion of the work. The service writer refused to consider the issues were related to the repairs and shined us on when we told him about it.

I called them to sechudle and appointment to get my brand new 2020 jeep Grand Cherokee fixed due to someone hitting it.. They were very professional and nice and kept me updated with my vehicle and took care of enterprise and my insurance for me. Tristian terrel was amazing and very nice and even offered to stay later so I could get my vehicle back on time. When I got my vehicle back it looked brand new couldnt even tell it was damaged I would highly recommend them. Definitely will go back if I ever need body work or paint done

Everyone I talked to was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.Tristen gave me a preliminary estimate, and explained everything in detail, along with a printout, including a quote.I chose to have them repair my vehicle (which had quite a bit of damage), and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of my vehicle, or the service. I had the best experience today at Caliber Collision in Frankfort. My car needed quite a bit of work on the bumper and headlight. I dropped it off to Tristen around 9:30 a.m. and they had it done in less than 7 hours! It would’ve taken a couple of days at other shops. It looks and even smells BRAND NEW and it was cleaned spotless. Tristen made sure I was taken care of and personally dropped my car off to me at work when it was done. I have a 2015 Lexus IS250 that was recently purchased. I was attending the Miss FCHS pageant at Franklin County High School on 11/10/18. Some time during that event my car was scraped by another vehicle leaving what looked like a 1/4 wide x 3 long scratch just behind my front driver side wheel though half way along the drivers door.Fortune Collision was immediately recommended to me by our local insurance contact. I called and they told me I could come right over....from the moment I walked in I was treated extremely friendly and professionally. They took all of my information and inspected the car. IMMEDIATELY they thought they could buff all or most of the scratch out and keep my costs minimal and under the deductible. 30 minutes later I was driving off the lot with not just that long scratch buffed out but a few other older scratches buffed out as well.....at NO CHARGE. Suffice it to say I cannot be more pleased.Shane Terrell, his son and co-worker were just wonderful, personable and the epitome of what quality customer service is all about. As someone who also works in sales and customer service I cannot recommend these folks enough.....their FIRST thought was what can we do to help this customer before we go down the insurance road. They could have just as easily run the estimate and worked this as a claim and made a quick buck...but they took care of me initially and guess what.....they will be getting ALL of my body shop related business.It is not about making a one time deal...it is about building relationships. I highly recommend these guys.....

Visited this super business in Frankfort Ky today for an estimate on a fender-bender that was priced at $484. Tristan was an excellent rep for this company, very personable and highly efficient. Called a tech over to look at the bumper, pushed it back into place on the spot, and painted over a minor scratch.The cost? No charge. Needless to say this company has all my future business and I will tell everyone I meet what an honest business this is. You will get an honest estimate.

We hit a coyote and it destroyed the front end of our new car, which Collision essentially totally rebuilt. We had a couple minor issues after we got the car back, and they took care of it right away. Its really nice to see a mechanic that stands behind their work! They went above and beyond to make sure the car was working again. 10/10, would recommend.

Dont go work for this shop. They are not capable of doing complete estimates or ordering the right parts. Even the most obvious parts like broken in half grills are missed, and when you point this out they are still not ordered. This shop is a joke.

I went in with a water leak in the back of the car. They checked it by running a hose over the entire car, then told me my front and back windshield were leaking. (I never saw the front leak). I paid $175 to get both windshields resealed. I asked the main guy (owner? manager?) what happens if it didnt work. I explained that I thought it was the sunroof. He told me that they couldnt guarantee water leaks. The entire diagnostic method they used was ridiculous. How can you tell WHERE a leak is if you water everything all at once?! The end result-my car is still pouring in water and I am out a lot of money and live paycheck to paycheck. I wont trust these guys again.

DOOCH was written on my car in an attempt to say Douche with their finger on the inside of my windshield behind my rearview mirror.

I would definitely return to Fortune Frankfort again, if necessary. I had a terrible experience with Fortune Lexington after my Nissan was rear-ended, and even I could see that they did a horrible job. I asked to take the car to Fortune Frankfort, and Im so glad I did!Fortune Frankfort corrected the issue I noticed and pointed out other problems that I had not even been able to specify. Fortune Frankfort ordered the new parts, set me up with a rental car, did everything possible to accommodate me, and corrected the issues that Fortune Lexington apparently could not be bothered to address. And it didnt cost me a penny! I will never take my car to Fortune Lexington again, but I will gladly take my car to Jonathan and Shane at Fortune Frankfort, if needed. They actually seemed to care about me and my car, they validated my concerns, and they certainly did not cut corners in restoring my car to its pre-collision state.

I recently had an issue where a huge piece of plastic was hanging down scraping the road under my Prius. I called Fortune Collision & asked if they could take a look & give me an estimate. Shane the manager assured me that they could get to it as soon as I got there. When I arrived, he introduced himself & had my car pulled into the garage. I sat waiting for what I thought was my estimate. Meanwhile Shane handled other business on his phone, but talked to me in interim. It wasnt very long when the mechanic returned w/ the keys & Shanes assistant handed them to me stating that everything was done. Thats right! Shane had the plastics pinned up for me & did not charge! I shook his hand & told him I would be back to have some minor spots worked on.

I had a wreck on my 2013 Altima and was not drivable. I was looking for someone to check out the damage and let me know how long it would take to fix it. Went to couple of places in Frankfort along with Fortune Collision (FC) Frankfort. Folks at other places would not even come to see the car unless they know I was going to get it done from them. I gave a call to FC and Shane from FC came right away. I like the response and was sure FC would get the repair done faster than anyone else. They towed my car, which was a mile from their shop, at no cost. Couple of days later went to FC to check on the car once it was taken apart. Shane walked me around the car and show me couple of crappy fixes that Glenn Body shop @ Lexington had done from my previous wreck. Also, he showed me the damage to the radiator from the new wreck that was not visible to the insurance evaluator. He followed up with the insurance regarding the radiator. Two weeks from then got a call from Shane and kaching! the car was fixed. The next day I took it for a long drive. All was good.I like FCs quick responses. Every time I called or message Shane was quick to respond.I like their reception. Every time I was there at the shop I was received well by everyone, even on the shop floor.I like their clean work.Hope I wont have another wreck but if it so happens I know where I am going. I would recommend Fortune Collision for an honest and clean work.
