I have been with metro pcs for about 3 months. I have been in ths westend store several times and Tara Robinson has helped me when she could. But they have no phones because they wont ship them to her so she is leaving the company on Friday because she is tired of being embarrassed having to tell customers she cant help them because she has no phones.

I just want to.say theres no one better than Mac at the Frankfort store.He is the best.

They only ever had one or two phones in stock the many times Ive stopped in. Deals keep changing. And then didnt have the proper change when I went in to make a payment. Making change out of 5 $20s for an $83 bill shouldnt be an issue.

Employee slammed my activation with accessories and features. She lied and said that I had to purchase these things in order to start service. Beware! They have turned hands repeatedly since opening because of corruption.
