Cam was the BOMB! I would highly recommend this store and working with him if you need to upgrade or switch (from Sprint or any other service) to T-Mobile! Very thankful for everything he did for my mom and I today :)

Best store and agents ever! Migrated to T-Mobile from Sprint and recieved best customer support ever getting the right phone and tech support to set my phone apps, redundant backups, cloud service and user education too for once use every available option on my phone. Chose a Samsung S21 Ultra even though Jerome initially recommended a simpler phone at half the cost. Jerome reviewed the phone, storage, backups and plans with me thoroughly. Carter and Xavier further assisted me which was great. Phone is fantastic thanks to their help. Reviewed the phone overnight, made a list of questions and expectations. Returned to the store observing their interactions as they were swamped with customers with complex issues and shopping for phones and they kept the situation well in hand. All customers shopping questions were.addressed and tech issues resolved(2 hours). Patiently waited and Jerome reviewed my lists and I not only got answers but shown demo of all apps including Google suite which to me is a challenge. Brought my lap top and accomplished all tasks with Drive, Google Drive 2 TB, VPN, T-MOBILE, my account and most importantly my backups. Now backups to Drive, PC, SMS Text Recover and Restore - Google One, and most importantly USB flash drive. Much more than experienced Sprint and Best Buy techs have been able to do. Cant compliment this store staff enough. Have a Smart Phone I can use now to benefit from its capabilities as well as lowered my bill significantly and security with redundant backups and sync is awesome. Appreciate Jerome and Carter for going the extra distance to demo all added services and ensured they worked seamlessly. Wont ever go anywhere else. Great products but most importantly fantastic staff. Job well done and reflects highly on their store and management!

Just got the iPhone 12 Pro after having the Xr for going on two years. Megan and Alex were there when I did this and they made it the easiest process ever. I’m not an easy person to deal with and they were extremely patient and helpful, something that you don’t see a lot these days. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me.

The store Manager, Keywon, told me adding a new line would be free because it was the third line. They were also running a deal on the IPhone 12 Pro Max. After paying the transfer costs he changed the story saying we didnt qualify for the free line. Then offered us $330 for the IPhone XS. On their website it said the XS qualified as a trade in for $550 on the 12 Pro Max as well as is a qualified phone the IPhone on them when activating a new line, which we were doing. So over all, horrible experience, none of the information matched what the websites or in store posters advertised. The only positive note was the manager provided a $30 credit on our account for a waisted 3 hours in the store due to his lack of knowledge.

The best above and beyond customer service I have ever seen in a cellular phone store. The manager and her staff are very personal, professional and knowledgeable. Great experience and will do all my business with this T-Mobile store

Today was the first time in 7 years of being a Tmobile customer that Ive had such a wonderful experience! Robert, a visiting manager from the Richmond store, spent an hour and a half crunching numbers and making sure that I understood all the prices and features I was getting. I didnt feel rushed into a decision or like things were just glossed over! Thanks Robert!

The gentleman and lady that waited on me were awesome. I was having issues separating my line from my exhusbands account. They were very patient and helpful even though my ex was being extremely rude because he didnt want come to the store. They made a difficult situation easy.

Rude at this store!! And, T-MOBILE gets a ZERO in customer service and you are contracting with them and the local people cannot help you. JUST DONT. But, if you must, go across town to Leonardwood where the staff are VERY NICE>
