I came here to get my ring repaired to replace a diamond that had fallen out and get it appraised for insurance purposes. Ive been trying to find a credible jeweler who will repair and appraise the ring for me AND someone I can trust since I will be leaving my ring with them to appraise. Ive heard good things about Distinctive Jewelry for some time and since my ring needed to be repaired, I decided to give them a try. I wasnt disappointed. Every person there was friendly and extremely helpful. Took their time to explain what was needed and the cost was very reasonable. While working with them, they made me feel right at home and very comfortable with explaining the needs of my ring to include being cleaned, fixing of some prongs and replacing the diamond that was missing.

The owner has treated my 91 year old uncle so preciously on two occasions. My uncle has a Timex that he wears daily. About 2 months ago it needed the battery replaced. The owner replaced it at no charge. Today we went in with a second old watch that we wanted the band moved from the one watch to the other. Again he serviced my uncle’s watch no charge. What a good man.
