Awesome dollar general on the outskirts of Frankfort. The store is well stocked and has a wide selection of items. The prices were reasonable and the store was fairly clean.

They have random things everytime I go in. More often than not the ransoms are the best finds. But they are also convenient for quick snacks or e rations

Caled 4 times no one answered they hang up phone everytime. Rude at best!!

Good place to get all you need for your home & family at a reasonable price. Cashiers are friendly there, and the manager is helpful in finding things that I needed that werent yet on shelves, where at the other store closer to my home, the manager is always saying if its not on the shelves we dont have it, n wont look, and seems as if shes always in a bad mood or hurry, or doesnt want to be there. I will drive to the store that has friendlier cashiers, and I find more items I need. Also is wheelchair accessible, and doors open for you, they also open another register if a line is forming. Store also has more variety.

The store was very neatly organized for the most part. I was happy to see everything in the seasonal aisle set up and merchandising nicely. They did have some sloppy 70% off sales outside and inside that could be straightened up a little bit better but other than that overall good experience.

Cashier was very friendly. I must have been on a restock day because almost every idle was full of inventory things. It was difficult to maneuver. Unfortunately they were out of the shampoo I needed. Its a dollar general if youve been to one youve pretty much been to all of them. However I was very excited to see they had a book by my favorite author, so an impulse buy occurred.

A quick place to get items for walk-in. Have always followed pandemic guidelines when I am there

Really like their selection for quick milk runs or even cream cheese! Store is a little untidy in spots but it is much better than it was a few months ago.

Of all the dollar stores in Frankfort this is my favorite one by far. They have the best selection, its always clean, and the employees are always nice and helpful.

I Was Very Disappointed when I went in for a quick stop, There were Several people without Mask period, And the Cashier had hers way down on her Chin !!!!What’s Wrong with you the sooner everyone follows the rules the sooner we will have more freedom

Dollar General is an extremely reliable chain of stores; consistent discounted prices on name brand quality merchandise.

It has good service could use a little bit more organization set overall seems to be a very busy store has a lot of theft wish you could do better in that area

They just remodeled this location, more organized, and added more frozen food choices, which is nice. Price change on somethings. You could save on some items if you download app for coupon. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because some of the staff are not customer friendly.

Good service found everything I was looking for and more. A bit messy but you can tell the small stocker lady is always stocking cleaning or arranging. She is always there doing something productive. Better than it was few months ago.

This store is ALWAYS a complete mess. Product in the aisles. The service is terrible. They let the Indian gas station owners in the area buy up ALL the milk and ALL of whatever pop is on sale so they can double the price and sell in their store. The MAIN REASON for this correspondence is that they are closing and locking the doors at 5 and even 10 minutes till close and saying theyre supposed to. The sign on the door says 10pm. I hope someone will address these issues.

I go to buy my over the counter medications there, because the DG Brand is a quality, less costly Brand. They have saved me so much money over the years.I also I have found my my Cascade Dishwasher Packs, Dawn Dishwashing Liquid, Clorox Bleach, Tide, Campbells Soup, Spam, Beef Stew, Tuna, and more there, especially when when they also offer their DG Discount you can you use on a application and bring your paper coupons too!!! YOU CAN SAVE BIG HERE!!!You can buy small appliances such as toasters, can openers, coffee makers, etc. Which wont break your bank!!! 😀😘Their employees are friendly and helpful. 😀

Its convenient but its a death trap. There is so much inventory thats its overflowing into the aisles. Not to mention its a complete mess within the aisles. Everytime I go, the employees are always out front smoking and sitting down. Always have to wait for an employee to put out their cigarette to check you out. Only reason I go when I go is because its close and saves me a trip across town.

Getting better, just always short staffed which is not the employees fault. Employees are generally friendly, however the management could definitely use a refresher on how to speak to their employees.

No one was wearing a mask except for the cashier. All the other customers had not a mask one on.
