Wow. Just absolutely disgusting. The entire store is in shambles. The floors are all tore up, which is a severe tripping hazard. The shelves are in complete disarray. Products just scattered everywhere. The cashier literally never looked up from her phone, except to scan my items. Very rude & disrespectful.Will never be back here again.

I’ve heard nothing but positive comments from every regular that shops here. Telling me how clean it is and how much the store has improved just in a couple of weeks. Every time I’ve been in there, the employees are cleaning and reorganizing making the place look amazing. The isles are clear of clutter and everything is in its place. Best crew working there in my opinion.

Staff are extremely helpful and polite. The store is clean and stocked conveniently. Overall this Family Dollar is a great shopping experience

This is a great place. Staff is friendly as can be. The manager of the store really put the works in on it. She made it very clean and she keeps it clean!

I have to admit a year ago this store was horrible it has taken the whole team to get it where its at today.... Not just present employees but past ones as well they put in hard work and long hours to give our customers a better shopping experience.... We have new friendly smiling faces, new lighting among other things we have done lots of cleaning and some rearranging to make your shopping experience a great one and we arent done hoping to move to a new building i didnt give the store 5 stars becaue we arent quite there yet we still have some more positive things in mind to help you enjoy your trip to our store hope you can come in and see what we have done

The store has came a long way in the last year. It seems like they have a great team of employees working there now who work hard to make sure the customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

Store staff is friendly and I know they are doing the best they can but the store is a mess. Its hard to get down isle due to merchandise in floor. Stocking carts in the way. Not the store that it once was when long time manger Chris was there. But they are friendly and helpful so Im sure that get it worked out in time.

This store is a nasty place. filthy. Everything is piled up on the shelves. Or sitting in the aisles in boxes. It smells funky. The floors are broken up and dirty. The cashier was nice and apologetic for the boxes but it is like that every time we have been in there, which isnt often. Maybe twice in the last 6 months. We assumed they were going out of business... still possible i suppose.

The lady who was working the register was a complete sweetheart! That store is horribly messy! Its beyond ridiculous! Stuff thrown around everywhere. Different size and brand diapers just thrown on a shelf, i couldnt even manover my cart around without running over clothes, shoes, toys, ect! I will not be back to this store. I will continue shopping at the west side location.

Ill admit a long while ago I made a bad post but now that Michelle Sexton has took over its way cleaner they always have everything I need every time I go in she greets her customers she helps out when I cant find what Im looking for or will suggest what she thinks would be better in that items place, shes awesome! 🤗

Since the last manager, Chris, has left, the place has become just as unorganized and messy and the others in Frankfort. You need a new, qualified manager. Contact Debra K Costa on Facebook. She would get the store back in order for you. Lots of managerial experience.
