Aric was wonderful in helping my husband and I find a mattress. He did not rush us and did not push us into anything. Very pleasant interaction and conversation with him. The customer service was superb. The mattress delivery ranges somewhere between 3-5 weeks +/- so we havent received our mattress yet. My review is solely on the customer service and interaction in the store. We had many questions and he was willing to answer and find the answers if needed. Pleasant experience.

Aric walked us around and showed us a few different models and he found us the perfect mattress for a great price. I had shopped at a different store and they strung us along. Aric got us a good deal and a super fast delivery.

Aric was wonderful, his customer service skills, his attention and quick response to questions and concerns was very helpful. The attention to his customers was awesome, but not pushy like other sales people I have experienced.

The manager Eric is very helpful and we got such a great deal on our new king size bed we got a new twin for our grandson too.

Excellent customer service from Eric. Went in told him what i needed & my price range. Walked out in less than 15min w 2 new mattress sets tht were delivered the next day!

Manager felt pushy and one track minded and the prices were pretty bunk. i got a good twin size memory foam mattress for $110 on amazon, while the spring mattresses here are $99 (not including tax) and felt very bland and unpleasant. their other mattresses looked comfy, but had bad pricing.

Best place to buy a new mattress in Versailles or otherwise, the man working there is friendly and very helpful and helped me find a mattress I liked rather than just pushing the expensive ones on me.
