We went into sleep outfitters yesterday to find a new mattress and had a sales lady named Brandy who was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. We were able to get delivery the very next day an hour earlier than anticipated and Thomas and Caleb who delivered the mattres work quick efficient and very courteous. I highly recommend doing business here. I would definitely buy more merchandise from them also.

We chose to go to sleep outfitters in Frankfort to get an idea on the different options available for adjustable beds. Nick spent a great deal of time with us and was professional, answered all of our questions. It was not our intention to purchase on this day however we felt comfortable and purchased the king split. If Nick had not been so personable and also informative we would have continued our search.Following the purchase I had several conversations with Brandy regarding scheduling and rescheduling the delivery. She appreciated that we were waiting for carpet and was also professional and personable.The delivery persons arrived before the scheduled time, called prior to, and were also professional and did a great job. The same day as delivery we experienced difficulties with one of the remotes. We contacted Lauren who assisted us and resolved our issue with the remote. It was so nice to have someone confident she could reach someone with the answer and contact us. She did exactly what she told us she would do and again was professional and personable. It was a pleasure to work with this team and we are also very pleased with the product.A big thank you for making the process easy!

We visited the Frankfort location. We arrived half an hour before closing, which I felt guilty for, and Lauren the sales lady was more than willing to help us on the hunt for better sleep! She was very informative and knew exactly how to answer all of our questions with knowledgeable insight about what they had to offer as well as warranty information. I highly recommend that you look no further when debating a new mattress. I would give more stars if they were available!!!

My mother and I just stopped in to get a bed frame and the sales lady told us the difference and what to use on our flooring. Very helpful. Will get a mattress here when time comes

After researching online, I identified the brand of mattress that I wanted, but needed to test the different levels of firmness. Paul was helpful on the phone, ensuring they had the mattresses in store. While in store, he was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He gave me the space needed to make a decision and I was able to purchase the mattress on the same day. Another store said it would take 7-10 business days for the mattress to be delivered but at Sleep Outfitters, the mattress could be delivered in two days! Paul also adjusted the delivery date and time for my convenience and the delivery went seamlessly. It’s been three weeks and I’m happy with the decision to purchase locally from Sleep Outfitters, and recommend to others!
