I loved my order yes I got brushes(yawn) but as a nail artist knows a great brush is worth it. I am a polygel fan but because of the sticky factor HATE the 2 side brush/spatula. It makes everything stickier. And I like a bigger brush. These were perfect, and I have a separate spatula. NO MORE MESS!!! I got my order in maybe 3-5 days, super fast.

The Nail Superstore is my now my number 1supplier. I always use a sugar scrub for all pedicures. My concern with scrubs is the accumulation of oil that might remain in the tub after use. I first tested it on my hands to see if they felt oily after I used it. They felt very clean and refreshed with no greasy feeling. If I had oiliness on my hands, that would mean I would have excess residue in my tub after my pedicures. Their prices are very reasonable. I am using the Green Tea and Lemongrass Soak, Scrub and Massage lotion. I love it and so do my clients. The soak does a lot of the work for you softening the skin making it easier to smooth the heels especially. The products I ordered were heavy in terms of shipping weight. My shipping was FREE! I placed a $300+ order. Upon receiving it, there were 4 items missing from my order list. Checked the invoice and they claimed 2 of my items were out of stock so they were giving me a store credit. I guess 2 of my other items were also out of stock because they sent the cheapest most useless drill bits to replace something that didn’t even serve the same purpose. I emailed them to get my refund and find out how to return them and they told me that they would give me the store credit only once I returned the items that they shouldn’t have ever sent. They’re expecting me to pay for shipping for items that I didn’t even order ! They have a 100% guarantee for the return policy and state you have the option of full refund. I didn’t do anything wrong here and somehow I’m having to pay for it. Terrible company and service.

As for product, it is excellent as always.But as for delivery, this is the first time that I had to pay per box 2 boxes $5.25= $10.50 added to be delivered. And did not receive my delivery until it was paid. I may be looking for another vendor if this is the new normal.

Ive shopped online with The Nail Superstore for several years now and Ive always been satisfied. I do my own nails and buy many my acrylic powders (Artisan brand) from this store. Mind you that they dont have hundreds and hundreds of powders from which to choose, but if you need normal colors, you should check them out. I love that they have a small size and larger one and both are very affordable. Of course, they have many other products from which to choose, but Ive never been disappointed in their service or products! I will definitely continue to buy products from them.

I have ordered plenty of professional items from other retailers and the quality of this companys dipping powder set was subpar. I was so disappointed. Additionally, they advertise free shipping until you get to the end, they want your business address; wont take personal. Okay fine, I then tried to enter the business address and it wouldnt register the address as a business. So I had to pay an additional shipping residential fee on top of an unnecessary signature fee that I couldnt decline. So shipping was NOT free. Interestingly enough, another review commented about the shipping and the company responded they would take it into consideration. I can see it has not been.When I tried to return the item, I get told then via email there may be a restocking fee. There either is or isnt one. So I asked, and it was confirmed there was one. Just loosing more money. They should be upfront with the fee as that is nowhere on the return request page. While they responded quickly through their return page, its ridiculous to pay a restocking fee in addition to shipping you have to pay both ways. The items already cant be used to return it so why the restocking fee.Im just taking a loss with this one and wont be ordering again. While the prices are okay, if you dont like/need/cant use an item just be prepared to keep it or lose money returning it.

I bought the nail trainer hand so I can practice on it. But I set a time to return the item back. Because the nails of the hand will fall off easily. I have one already, the same brand, the fingers broke off and the nails will come off too easy. I just used it twice for it to fall apart that fast. So I bought another one from here. I tested the nails on the hand and it will come off easily too. The nails were not firm on the hand. I contacted then and talking to Elizabeth about the issue. I came in and she seen what I was talking about. So we checked out a few of the hands, she noticed how the nails will come off easily and some didnt. Until we found one hand, the nails was set on firmly. With no pressure from Elizabeth, she just wanted me to be happy with my item. And YES I was.
