I’ve only been there to pick up my prescription from their drive thru window. Always quick and efficient and friendly. There is never a line and they also text you when your prescriptions are ready for pick up.

If you have Covid test appointment at this location you’d better come on time, they don’t accept early show ups. I had my appointment at 10am, came at 9:45 and was told to come back sharp at 10, because “we’ve just opened and need to prepare everything”

No help from staff to get the best price on ships! CVS is expensive even through Good RX ! Transferred over to Osco ! Saved $75 !

The bathrooms were beyond gross. NOBODY offered help. Customers were on the store with NO MASKS. The store is dirty. People are rude

I had my covid 19 test on a Tuesday and Saturday I had my results emailed, only waited 4 days, not bad at all staff was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Test came back negative. Staff keep it up.

Long lines and not enough staff

My mother recently visited this location and had such positive experience that she repeatedly asked me to write a review.Recently, there was a shortage in availability for her medication. The pharmacy not only helped track down the medication, but helped her with the cost of the medication. Thank you very much for helping my mother get the medicine she needed!

The covid testing is terrible and the woman Hispanic young lady is terribly rude! Doesnt belong in a customer service position

8/9/20 Update: I have never received results from my COVID test. No call or communication and everytime I call/email the various contacts provided, no one can help me. It is terribly frustrating and very, very irresponsible of CVS.7/23/20 Update: Still no test results after 20 days! The one time someone responded to me they said, in general, it may take 10 business days, which at that point had already passed. I understand there is a national shortage of tests, but that is no excuse for not having a contact person to check-in with for the status of lab results. There are clinics (not CVS) which will return your results in hours.I completed a COVID-19 test here on 7/3/20. You schedule online and go through the drive-thru to do a self-administered nasal swab. The employee at the window was very friendly and supportive.However, it has been 12 days now and I have not received my test results despite being quoted 2-4 days in the literature. The phone numbers provided are an endless loop that eventually kicks you off of the service without the ability to talk to a human. Offering testing without an ability to follow-up is unethical and potentially harmful to the community. I am very disappointed in this experience and would strongly suggest you find another place to get COVID testing.

This is the first time I have gone to this CVS and honestly I am disappointed in myself that I have not been going to this one from the beginning. The techs are VERY helpful and nice, especially the one that helped me. I believe her name is Justyna.. she was extremely sweet and very helpful when helping me with my prescriptions!!!!! Honestly the best service I have received in a while. THANK YOU CVS!!!!!!!

One person works in the store. Expect to stand in line a long time. Last year was the same, no it’s not Covid. It’s cvs being cheap.

The staff did not help any customers at all, and let me just stand around pushing a customer service button with no answer. I put my items back and left the store without purchasing anything. A very disappointing visit.

Mens bathroom literally the grossest one Ive ever been in. Have you ever seen a black urinal cake? Me neither. How about a urinal stained with piss? Hope you dont have to go #2 because the toilet is splattered with fieces and there is no toilet paper or seat covers for you to use.

Maggie at the pharmacy is awesome. Shes always friendly and helpful. Patience is a virtue and shes got it. Shes the best staff member on ur pharmacy team. She deserves a promotion ;)

After sitting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes in 90 degree weather,Get to the window, the tech comes to window. I hand her my prescription.She didn’t even have my prescription in her hands for 30 seconds, and didn’t even look at my recordsShe tell me that she has to call me doctor to figure out what the prescription are for.Are you not trained to read these things in school. NO THIS IS THE FOUR TIME THIS CVS Has done this to me. Look at a person history before you make that decision. I have been on the same meds for the last ten years. Sorry to say but your techs are just to damm lazy to do any work, and look at the customer info. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS CVS AGAIN!!!!!

Terrible customer service this colossal of a whale wanna be blonde chick never attended me. Instead she was on the phone with her mother talking in spanish. Thank god for another worker that came by and did his job ringing my stuff up.

So I usually go to Walgreens although the CVS is closer to me.... however Ive been recently injured and have nerve injury.... the doctor told me to go to a nearest pharmacy and get vitamin b complex..... so I went to up to the young pharmacist and told her about this and this is what she said:::: nerve damage is permanent and I said no its not, you didnt learn that in school, and this is what she said: LMAF: Im sorry I dont know anything about this ..... stupid girl..... so why do you give advice if you dont know anything???? WORD OF ADVICE FROM ME: GO TO WALGREENS for any questions.... you wont find them here.... I wouldnt even trust them with my prescription.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!
