Dont bring your equipment here to get serviced. They dont know what theyre doing. If you look at their reviews on here you will notice a theme. I brought my extractor in and had to come back 3 times to have them correct mistakes they made while servicing my equipment. Lost a lot of time, money, and even a customer due to their incompetence. Was not reimbursed in any way. And the manager has terrible customer service skills. He doesnt even understand the products hes selling. He tried to tell me their fiber rinse is the same as Jon Dons even tough Jon Dons has 3 ingredients and theirs has a huge list. Not even close... When it was all said and done he would not admit or take responsibility for any part of the hole ordeal. He kept making excuses and tried to blame me somehow. Do yourself a favor and go to Jon Dons instead.
This Place…..!!NOT RECOMMENDED!!, !!AT ALL!!. I have been in the Water Restoration - Carpet & Upholstery cleaning business for 20 years, operating a Truck Mount Unit. And I have never experienced incompetence of this magnitude. Customer Service satisfaction is very very low. First of all, the place is very dull and unfriendly. Second, they don’t give discounts. I spend at least at minimum $300 to $600 on just chems and supplies and not a single discount. When I ask they say “the discount is built into the price”.Truck Mount Maintenance service is at a very ‘LOW SATISFACTORY’. On Three different occasions Truck Mount equipment have either failed to work completely, or worked only for a short period even right after I left their shop. I called them right from my customer’s drive way to see what can be done to fix the issue so I dont lose money. They told me “we have done what we can to help you. what else do you want us to do?””.Maintenance services DON’T LAST at all.
I have had a pleasant experience shopping for carpet cleaning tools and supplies at Aramsco. Andres is a big part why, he is helpful, patient and polite.
Horrible service, we have brought a machine 4 times for the same thing. They returned it to us and the same problem occurred their answer was bring your own tools to test it becuse we don’t have the right tools to test it with!! Tough Jon don was bad! Never mind going back to Jon don!
We rented a machine from them, had a label that said tested and approved . I leaked all over my hardwood floors. Really unhappy with this people it is never their fault their techs claim that machines are fix and they arent but their boss says they are 100% trained honestly I dont believe they are! They told us the machine was tested with their equipment but wasnt 100% tested since they didnt have the right tools to tested with!
Do not use this place, they fix my machine 4 times for the same problem and keep charging me for different things to fix as soon as I get the machine back works for an hour and does the same thing... then they let me barrow a rental and said its been inspected and I go out to a job and leaks water damaging the customers floor. They do not know what they are doing!

Since Interlink Supply has acquired a company formerly known as ABLE SUPPLY it has been nothing but headache.I recently contacted the store, three times, three various days, getting the same answer and going nowhere fast. One would think a large corporate conglomerate who devours up small mom n pop shops and makes them their own; would have a serious one up on customer service, or at least the follow through thereof. Wrong.Dear Interlink supply google review reader - your company makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a very dull fork.Today is the third day I am calling about a simply inquiry for a rather common machine you sell - and the part I seek isnt even all too difficult to find. The main reason I sought out your companies help is because that is where we bought the US Products HHP 310 to begin with; logically one would think you would help me out when the things you sell need parts replaced. Ah, damn me and my business oriented logic.After speaking to several different individuals who all promised - Oh yes we will contact the MFG and get more information on that part for you. - click- (Never asking for my company info or phone number or email. I suspect they are ESP or just innately know who I am...). Dejavu for day two, and dejavu for day three.Not sure how YOUR business operates but I make my bread and butter off of the machines, tools, and cleaning agents we use. We also make sure to follow through with our clients when they voice a need or concern.At this point - I am willing to pay the higher prices of your local competition sheerly because this is yet another time my company (Who spends rather handsomely on supplies and materials, might I add) has been treated like some kind of bother versus an actual customer waving money in your faces.Ridiculous. I am truly saddened by the fact that THIS is what our industry has to look forward to. My suggestion is you hire a outside consultant, preferably a great I/O psychology major whose specializes in customer service training - then proceed to revamp your companies standards of whats acceptable in customer transactional relations because currently - you get an F.To all those reading, if you respect your time as a fellow business owner - go elsewhere.
