All of the staff were friendly and not aggressively trying to make a sale. Leigh was the main salesperson we dealt with and she was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions or got the answer for us. Her manager was also excellent and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to Nissan Cool Springs. Thanks!
I brought my car in to be checked due to a recall from Nissan. My car is only a year old and works great. But when they gave it back there was a rattling sound coming from the left side of the wheel area. I called and spoke to JR and he was incredibly rude, condescending, and blamed the problem on me. He said his guys did not do anything to create an issue. I asked him why he was being rude and was just asking to look at the car to see if there was something loose, but before I could ask this he told me that cars break all the time and it would be my responsibility. When I tried to ask for clarification he said “he was speaking” and didn’t let me finish. He acted like I was not smart enough to understand. It is amazing how poor the customer service is at Nissan of Cool Springs and how rude he was. I will be calling to file a formal complaint. I expected better from Nissan!
Took my Titan to this dealership for an issue (that would be covered under warranty).They were able to reproduce the issue (after I showed them how). They refused to fix the issue because it didnt throw a code. So basically, unless there is a code, this dealership service department will not diagnose an issue further. It must be too hard or challenging for them.They asked me to pick up the truck saying that will not fix the issue. I refused to believe this! I asked them, how is this acceptable?. They replied saying, just come get your truck.Apparently this dealership has a bad reputation with their service department. I can see why.I did call Nissan Consumer Affairs to file a complaint against the dealership. Nissan Consumer Affairs asked that I take the truck to Murfreesboro Nissan. So I did, and guess what?! That dealership fixed the issue!!I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.
Nissan of Cool Springs is an A-1 dealership. They know their vehicles and there is no “Hard Sell”.They were very helpful and made my auto leasing a breeze. They did not have the color of Rogue I was wanting but, they looked in their incoming stock and found that what I wanted was to be delivered soon.I traded my 2019 Rogue and it had quite a bit of equity so it made sound the deal even better!I would highly recommend this dealership as I have purchased 2 vehicles there. Also, their service department is top notch!

I requested a oil change and a in cabin filter replacement, I supplied the in cabin filter. The guy who took in my vehicle, gave the service for free, a couple of days later, I went to a facility and went in. I come back out to leave and my truck wont start. I found out that this place, cool springs nissan, left my battery cables loose. So now my battery will not hold a charge. They even left the thing that use to loosen the oil filter under my hood. I dont even know if they changed my oil filter as I requested. Also the oil and tires notices werent reset. Im highly upset because the only reason I come to this place is because of my wife, I work fairly close so when I go there usually I get great service.
Was told to make appointment for brake recall at my last Nissan oil change. Dropped my car off at 9am and they called a noon to say they didn’t have the part and to come back in a few months. Huge waste of time and doesn’t make sense at all. She said they will call me in a few months when they have the part. Why wasn’t I told when I made the appointment that they didn’t have the part? Or told this morning? Poor customer service.
Super friendly and helpful. Really took the time to discuss options for my cares care. Genuinely engaging with customers is always the case with service here. They even helped find published deals online for a small discount. I have them do all the “heavy lifting” type maintenance on my 2015 Nissan Pathinder.
I paid my car off and called four days in a row to cancel gap insurance and get my refund. No one will return my calls. We emailed and left several messages. Clearly they don’t want to refund what is clearly owed to me. Guess it’s a trip to the dealer. Customer service sucks!

Awful awful place wouldn’t tell me the interest rate until right before it was time to sign so the last minute after they had me and my child wait over 2 hours thinking we were actually getting the car and well after 9:00pm while manager used tactics such as guilt, shame, and being condescending after I questioned an added service I had not agreed to on my contract. Was a GREAT lesson tho for my 16 year old how people/men can be slimy & manipulative
Great service, no upselling unnecessary services that weren’t needed. Service staff saw me quickly and were polite and professional. Comfortable waiting area if you’re hanging out for the vehicle. The text message system for recommended work and status is great for not feeling bullied into extras. Car came back cleaned. Everything was amazing, which in contrast to many others service centers and local oil change/type places was a welcomed change of pace. Will be back as often as needed for as long as the service is this good.

We had called to inquire about battery replacement pricing and we’re quoted at a full cost of about $160 with a good warranty. However, when we went the next day, the total cost was $209. We were very frustrated that the full amount was not explained in the phone call. We likely will not be back.

The team at the dealership is light years ahead of the rest. One call to E.Price and Conner Lewis. And the Truck was picked cleaned and ready for delivery. I drove 3 hours and 30 minutes arriving 10 minutes before closing and they treated us like it was 10am. No rush or concerns about being so late in the day. Conner was so smooth and patient through the entire process.This location should be the training center for all dealerships.

My wife and myself were out for a drive in our Fiat Spider Abarths, when I decided to stop by Nissan of Cool Springs to look at a truck that we were needing. We were met by a sales consultant named James who was an absolute delight! We expressed what we were looking for and what we would be using it for. He showed us around until we found what we were looking for. He didnt try to up sale us or talk us into something that we didnt need. We landed on the Nissan Frontier PRO 4X. We test drove a couple of different ones and found one that we liked. We didnt feel any pressure at any time to buy from James.My wife and I talked and decided to trade in both of our cars on the truck. They gave us a very fair amount for both of them, and a fair price for the truck itself. After another long discussion, and some tears, we decided to let go of both of the Fiats for the Frontier. Overall, it was a great experience with some very nice people. If you happen to be in the market for a new vehicle, pay James a visit and he will help you any way possible!

We bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from Nissan of Cool Springs. The car is great, but our experience at the dealership was severely lacking.A tip if you’re buying used: make sure to ask for the CarFax and read it thoroughly before agreeing to purchase. We didn’t take the time to read it thoroughly and took the salesperson at his word that it had never been in an accident and found out when we got home that it had been in a moderate wreck.We were at the dealership for a total of 6 hours with about 2 hours of that spent waiting on financing to call us to the financing office. Once we got back to financing, we were unhappy with the way the finance representative handled our questions and he made too many mistakes.When we discovered we had been misled about the accident history, we contacted the salesperson who had the manager call us the next business day. The manager made every effort to resolve our issues, so that’s why the dealership gets two stars instead of one.
Only issue I had with Nissan was that they recommended that I was in need of four new tires and they would replace for a little over 1,000. I didn’t believe that was the case nonetheless took it over to another tire replacement center for a second opinion and the manager measured all tires and informed me that all the tires looked good and to check back in at another 10,000 miles. He checked tread wear and tire measurement. I like the service at Nissan but it’s always good to get a second opinion.
This was my 2nd scheduled oil change, tires rotated. The first time was a great experience. This time I had a 11:30 appointment, 3 hours later they were finished! Was not happy! I understand things happen but they should call you to let you know they are that far behind.Hoping next time will be better
7:30 am service appointment. Service Advisor met me promptly, provided an estimated completion time. I was able to work in the lobby area and my vehicle was completed promptly and on schedule. I continue to use Cool Springs Nissan Service department due to the customer service and value that I receive.
Lance and the staff did a great job helping me with getting a new car. I had some issues with trading my old car in but they stayed with me and checked on me and gave me the best deal possible.They really showed that is was more than just selling a car from them. I would urge you to go there if you looking to get a maxing deal on a new car, they will surely take care of you.

These people should be reported. If you advertise something for a certain price you sell it for that price. We were planning on driving 8+ hours to purchase a vehicle from them until we happened to mention we had our own financing and then all of a sudden theres almost $2000 worth of hidden fees they were adding onto the purchase price that they refused to negotiate. The $700 doc fee was bad enough then they started tacking other stuff on that is NOT mentioned on the listing. Not sure if they can do anything about it but Im contacting the BBB. Shady to the nth degree this is not how you do business.

Based on the visit, I would not recommend your shop to anyone. We were notified of a recall on our vans airbag system. We called ahead and scheduled an appointment a week out from our call. We dropped our van off. Then, so frustratingly, I read the words Order Replacement Parts under the recommendation for the primary analysis. Translation, we dropped our family van off, overnight and then over the course of most of a day, and the parts for our airbag recall (what Lana explained is a critical safety recall potentially interfering with airbag deployment on the drivers side) hadnt been ordered, meaning we would need to bring our family van back another day and also drive for another month (parts are estimated to arrive June 24) with a critical safety problem. Your shops process aside, expectation management is key for customer satisfaction. No one explained to us your process. Therefore, our expectations werent properly managed and I remain disappointed and frustrated with the level of communication we received and the apparent lack of emphasis on timely resolution of critical safety fixes by Nissan. We love our van. We are not in love with, and there is no special experience synced with, our service visit to what is the closest Nissan dealership to us, and also the closest dealership / shop to the Nissan North American headquarters.UPDATE: I received a call from Nissans owner loyalty department. This call was basically an attempt at empathy without actually addressing my concerns or frustration or addressing the bad policy. The recall policy itself was not explained to us and our expectations werent managed on the front end. No one has really addressed this from a change of policy perspective. I still would absolutely not recommend your service center to anyone that I know because of the lack of communication and apparent internal confusion about service center policies. Is anyone at Nissan going to address what, from our perspective, is a non-proconsumer approach to mitigating a critical safety issue with a Nissan product. We were told that the recall fixes a problem with airbag deployment. My wife drives the NV 3500, our family van. She drives around our children in the van. Nissans policy communicates that the value of whatever dollar amount can be assigned to the recall parts is greater than the lives of the occupants of a 12 passenger vehicle.Disappointed and not impressed.
I was very happy with my latest visit to your dealership, Roy was very helpful with my issue and tried to get it resolved, however my car didnt show any issues at the time of service, therefore I have to wait and see if the issue persists. I had the most pleasant car buying experience this afternoon with Darius at Nissan of Cool Springs.Darius called me this morning, asked me the type of car I was looking for, etc. I went this afternoon to Nissan of Cool Springs and Darius had my car ready and waiting for me to test drive. But WAIT! Before my test drive, he walked me around the Rogue, explained and pointed out the advantages and beauties of this car. Once inside the car, he thoroughly explained and answered any questions I had about the car, performance, etc. All this took place quickly but I did not feel rushed.Darius is the one to ask for when looking and buying a Nissan at Nissan of Cool Springs.Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with gave excellent customer service!!Thank you, again, Darius.
Went to Nissan of Cool Spring told the salesperson what I could do he came back said no problem. Then he found us a car and has our trade valued. Then he showed us a car we liked and made us a deal on the price. After test driving it he said he messed up and he priced the car to us wrong that it was actually a little cheaper. So we said get the deal ready. Around 4hrs later when I hadnt heard anything I called him and he said he messed up again and then car was actually $2900 more not less. So after wasting all that time we couldnt come to a deal after doing all the pricing before test driving.
Yea so I got my brakes fixed and an oil change and they charged me $200 just for the labor. Even if they took 2 hours to do those 2 things that would be $100/hr for labor. Thats kinda insane. Most likely not coming back here to get my car serviced unless its something completely necessary.

My daughter bought her first car, they wrote up all the paperwork with the wrong vin number, took months to try and get this fixed. Still dont know if all of it is completely fixed, communication was horrible. Bought maintenance package because of the screw up with the vin number had to pay for oil change/tire rotation that was already paid for and have been trying to get a refund since July 1, 2021 and today is August 18, 2021. Service is horrible will never buy another car from this dealership.

I would have to say the worst vehicle buying experience I ever had. First of all, no one greeted my wife and myself when we enter the facility. Without getting into a lot of details a Titan platinum reserve that’s price at around 63040.00 - 2000.00 discount 61040.00 ended up costing me almost 70000.00 dollars. They are a bunch of con artists and liars. They add a lot of non- factory items to the vehicle that are 100x more than what they cost they don’t give you a choice to say if you want them or not. The price I agreed to pay for the truck was totally different when I was ready to sign the final paperwork.Sales Manager check the buyer’s sheet that 499.00 is right up top next to accessories . I was told if I purchased the truck it would be removed. I asked for all the initial paperwork to be told they carry no weight. I don’t need them . Just put it this way I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Trust me I have bought a lot of cars never experienced anything like it.

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks from Nissan of Cool Springs in October 2020. At that time I also purchased two add-on protection services. For clarity, these services are sold by the salesmen in the finance office, not by the salesmen who you speak with on arrival to test drive a vehicle and negotiate sales price.One of these add-ons was a Total Warranty Services (TWS) maintenance package. When I purchased this package I was told that it would include all necessary maintenance for my vehicle such as oil, oil filters, brake pads, CVT fluid, windshield washer fluid, windshield wiper blades, etc. The salesman said it was all-inclusive. This persuaded me to purchase the package, and so I did.My other add-on purchase was an appearance protection package called Permaplate. The salesman told me that this package includes paint repairs from rock chips, swirl marks, bird droppings, sun oxidation, and anything else that may damage my paint. For the price I thought it was a good deal, considering it may get expensive to repair rock chips in the paint on my brand new vehicle should something unfortunate happen, so I made this purchase as well.A few months later I was in need of an oil change. I wasnt sure how the TWS package worked so I gave TWS a call. On this call, they informed me that my package only included oil, an oil filter, and a brake inspection, nothing else. Hearing this made me very angry, because I was supposed to be covered for all my maintenance costs.At that time I also had a small rock chip in the paint on my front bumper, so I decided I would call Permaplate to make sure I wasnt also lied to about my coverage with this package. And of course, Permaplate does NOT cover rock chips or swirl marks.I was absolutely lied to about what was included in the packages that I purchased, and was furious with Nissan of Cool Springs. I contacted the general manager (Eric) by email on March 10, 2021 and he was quite helpful even though I was very upset. He said he would work with me to get full refunds for both the TWS and Permaplate packages, and said it would take about 4 weeks to complete. I was okay with this, relieved, and hopeful that this process would go smoothly. He told me that I would need to fill out a form for TWS and that there isnt a form for Permaplate but that he would handle it internally.Two months later on May 19, 2021 (which is much longer than 4 weeks) I received a refund for the TWS plan. I informed him that I had not received the refund for Permaplate, and he assured me he was working on it but that it may take some more time.I emailed him two and a half months later on July 30th, 2021 asking for an update. But got no reply.Again on August 5, 2021 : No replyAgain on August 26, 2021: No replyIt is now September 2, 2021 and I have been dealing with this issue for nearly 6 months. Due to not getting a reply from the general manager at Nissan Cool Springs for over 2 months, I am writing this review. Hopefully my refund will eventually be issued, if so I will update this review accordingly.

Dealership was quick and efficient at resolving concerns regarding my 2021 Armada purchase. I feel they went above and beyond to take care of helping me connect to the infotainment system. I would highly recommend these guys!!
It was an awful experience. We show up and our salesman won’t even look at my husband. At one point during negotiation when I would look at my husband, he asks very rudely, “What is your relationship??!” Once he realized we were married, he would look at my husband more. We agreed on a price and a couple things that would be fixed on the vehicle. The salesman told us it would be fixed in about a week. We paid part of the price of the vehicle. I got a text almost a week later saying that the car was done and ready to be picked up. I was working, so my husband went to pick it up. When he went to pick it up, the car wasn’t even fixed like the salesman said it was. The salesman did not even bother to check for himself that the car was ready. My husband said he tried to make it better by offering giftcards, cash, etc. I was very upset with the situation. We slept on it and decided we didn’t want to deal with this dealership anymore even though we needed a car ASAP. They refunded our money and sent a picture of the transaction to us. We will never go back to this dealership.
Everything was just OK. Didnt actually cat h the advisors name as he wasnt very friendly or talkative. Basically, had me park close to another vehicle and asked why I was there. I had an appointment. Waltrip Honda I know my advisors name and even his cell. Me not knowing your advisors name caused problems at pick up.

Great experience with our dealer. As soon as we mentioned that we won’t be buying today, the manager came in and shooed us away. We will not be returning due to this.

My boyfriend was looking to purchase a new car and had an amazing experience with Derek!! He was so patient and helpful. My boyfriend was a first time car owner and when we were not prepared with proper paper work, + all our questions we were asking Derek provided us with all the help & answers we needed. He sat with us for hours and set our minds at ease with his helpful answers and pointers. This was a very enjoyable experience ( as stress comes with car shopping ) he gave us peace of mind. The only reason Im giving this place two stars, is because their sales team was professional and helpful. This has been a terrible experience otherwise and feel, with no hyperbole, that Nissan of Cool Springs (NCS) outright shopped for a more expensive loan and in so doing will (at least right at this moment) cause me to pay an extra $7,200 for my car!I purchased a used, certified vehicle from NCS, the initial sales experience was very easy, no complaints. My credit wasnt perfect but far from terrible, so when the finance department said they had secured a loan through Global I was happy. This was June 16. I live about an hour drive each way, thats relevant I think to point out.So as June turns into July and I am preparing to make my first payment, I receive word that the lender sent the loan back that a new lender was found, that the terms were sufficiently similar and that I needed to travel back down to NCS to sign new loan documents. So I did. Indeed the terms were similar, essentially identical.It is the end of July, the lender has contacted me, Ive provided some additional docs (I was self-employed at the time) and they said they were only waiting on the loan docs to be transmitted to them from NCS. Fine. The next week I call the lender back, seeing if there were any updates, as I still dont have a way to make my first payment. Im told that because they hadnt been sent the docs from NCS that the loan expired, but that if NCS would send it over they can get reset.Interestingly, the next day, i get two CreditKarma alerts that two hard inquiries have hit my credit. I havent applied for anything else during this period. Perplexed, I looked, they were auto loans.I contacted NCS to inquire as to 1) why the loan docs werent transmitted, and 2) why auto lenders were hard inquiring my credit.Even more interestingly, the reply was that the SECOND lender bounced the loan back, and that a THIRD lender has been found. But, of course I need to travel down there for a THIRD time to sign paperwork.I go down there and meet with the chief lending officer, John Morris. When he hands me the paperwork, I notice that the monthly payment is over $100 more! Essentially the interest rate on the first two loans is about 9.7%, this one is 21+%!!! I inquire as to why this is and tell him the reason I made the deal in the first place was because the loan payment was below a certain amount. This completely blows that out of the water. But because I need the damn car and have been driving it for over a month and a half at this point, Im reluctant to have to start completely over. Particularly with my new work schedule.Needless to say, what I think happened, was that NCS shopped for a more expensive loan, knowing they would make more money on the increased number of points available. Finding one, they stuck it on me. Im not a victim, and I could have refused. But this is completely unethical and bad business. I assume the second lender could have lied and said they were waiting for loan docs when in fact they just rejected me, but why would they, what incentive do they have? They could have just said we decided not to fund you, sorry, bye. that would have been that.Im guessing NCS assumed I was relatively unsophisticated when it comes to auto lending, and I am, but I have experience in the law and know potentially illegal practices when I see them. Im now going to have to look into a refinance, on my own, which wont be quick. Im also looking into civil action.In short, these guys, at least their finance department is not on the up and up, watch out.

Nissan of Cool Springs’ service department is top notch and by far the best Nissan dealership to take excellent and professional care of one’s vehicle maintenance and repair needs. My husband and I went in just to look today and were greeted by Bishoy. He was the most professional and amazing person we have ever dealt with in this industry! He truly cares about his buyers and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy! Overall the dealership gave us the best experience we’ve ever had while buying a car. It was painless. Wonderful service. I came in for inspection of a possible recall. It was fairly quick and painless and they even washed my car!
As soon as we left the lot nothing but problems. An add on item they sold us was not installed. Paid cash for the car and after 2 months the car was never registered to us through the state. Once it was registered to us they sent the wrong tags. I’ll go elsewhere next time

I have always had a great experience with the service at this dealership. I’ve owned a Nissan for 10 years (2 different vehicles) and always had them serviced here. I would like to recognize Matthew Harmon who handled my service today. He greeted me professionally and did not try to sell me services that I didn’t need. He reviewed the details of my most recent visit to ensure that I wasn’t going to pay to have something done that was already addressed. In today’s world, trust plays a big role in where I do business. To date, Nissan of Cool Springs has earned my trust.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Was told I needed an engine air filter which is probably right. Then I was told I needed a cabin filter for $100 after tax. My vehicle only has 30,000 miles on it and I seriously doubt it needed one. Obviously the technician pulled out the old one and when he put it back the fan motor now clicks when running. This issue wasnt happening when I took it for servicing. I checked that I would probably buy from this dealership only because of LJ who sold us the vehicle. But other than that, not really sure it will happen because of this service issue.

My husband and I have bought Nissan’s for the past 20 years. Not only are they great cars but the service department at Jim Johnson Nissan in Bowling Green Ky. and Cool-springs Nissan in Franklin Tn are simply the best! We will never trust the care of our cars with anyone else.
Jabare was my service advisor this time, and he was extremely attentive and professional. I’ve also worked with Jennifer S. Many times, and she is really fantastic. Communication with the customer is key with these things, and those two individuals at Nissan of Cool Springs are great communicators.

Had oil changed and tires rotated. They called wanted to change engine air filter so ok. They also wanted to change cabin filter. A vehicle with 30,000 miles. I said no and when I drove vehicle now the air Dan is hitting something making noise. Obviously when pulling out cabin filter they didn’t get it back right or messed up something. Taking it back to get this corrected hopefully. Very disappointed

My wife in I came in on Sunday to test drive a Nissan Kicks and the car was clean filled up with gas a ready for us when got their for our appointment with E Price. We were not pressured at all to buy by Mr. Price. He showed me and my wife around the car informing us about the features of the car and even showing them on the window sticker. He was very professional and very responsive to all questions. Going into a Nissan dealership I expected mediocre service but I was surprised with top of the line customer service. Once we got into finance the gentleman explained all the paperwork in easy to understand terms as well as the options for protection on our new car. He had us in and out in 15 minutes. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I will recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to talk to E Price and to Nissan Of Cool Springs!
